SAWI\u2019s goal is to increase regional cooperation in the management of the Himalayan River systems and support sustainable, fair and inclusive development, and climate resilience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>SAWI supports activities related to the management of the Greater Himalayas transboundary water systems in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Nepal, and Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Its work<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0focuses on: 1) the Ganges Basin, 2) the Brahmaputra Basin, 3) the Indus Basin, 4) the Sundarbans
