The State Environmental Protection Administration (SEPA) was reported as saying it will track the environmental costs of China’s exporters, and its regional branches will share this information with China’s Ministry of Commerce.<\/p>\n

Zhang Lijun, a SEPA deputy director, was quoted as saying that China is trying to create a system in which prices, taxation, credit, trade and land use could be used to benefit the environment.<\/p>\n
