The beach is &quot;regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in China&quot; the Xinhua news agency report added.<\/p>\n<p>The report also cited a senior official from the project, Wang Yongxiao, as saying they were soliciting public opinion about the plant among local residents. &quot;The nuclear power plant is not that horrible and the residents must have some understanding of the
