O crescimento da Am\u00e9rica Latina, por exemplo, alcan\u00e7ou 1,2%, um resultado ainda mais modesto do que a m\u00e9dia global, que chegou a 3,6%. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\">Os fluxos internacionais e os investimentos estrangeiros diretos (IED) sofreram impactos com o aumento da avers\u00e3o ao risco, incertezas pol\u00edticas e econ\u00f4micas, baixa lucratividade e poucos incentivos para investidores nos Estados Unidos, segundo a <a href=\"https:\/\/unctad.org\/en\/PublicationsLibrary\/diaeiainf2019d1_en.pdf?user=46\"><span class=\"LinkdaInternet\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Confer\u00eancia das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas sobre Com\u00e9rcio e Desenvolvimento<\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\">As estimativas variam em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos IEDs, mas novos dados compilados pela <a href=\"http:\/\/www.redalc-china.org\/monitor\/informacion-por-pais\/informacion-por-pais\"><span class=\"LinkdaInternet\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Rede Acad\u00eamica da Am\u00e9rica Latina sobre a China<\/span><\/span><\/a> (Red ALC-China) mostram que, em 2018, o fluxo de investimentos para a Am\u00e9rica Latina sofreu uma queda pelo terceiro ano consecutivo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\">O IED chin\u00eas para a Am\u00e9rica Latina disparou durante os anos em que as commodities tinham pre\u00e7os altos, mas diminuiu quase um ter\u00e7o no ano passado \u2013 passou de 12 bilh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares para 8,4 bilh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares. Em 2016, esse valor era de quase 16 bilh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>[chinadialogue_fullwidth]<\/p>\n<div class=\"flourish-embed\" data-src=\"visualisation\/308629\"><\/div>\n<p><script src=\"https:\/\/public.flourish.studio\/resources\/embed.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n[\/chinadialogue_fullwidth]<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\">Os \u00faltimos dados da Red ALC-China revelaram que os investimentos chineses v\u00eam sendo atra\u00eddos por pa\u00edses e setores diferentes. Historicamente, o Brasil e a Argentina sempre ficavam com a maior fatia, mas isso come\u00e7ou a mudar quando as economias desses pa\u00edses passaram a enfrentar dificuldades. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\">O Chile e o Peru foram beneficiados por um pequeno aumento nos IEDs chineses, que atualmente est\u00e3o sendo direcionados para o setor industrial e de servi\u00e7os.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class='cdo-shortcode--image'><\/p>\n<div class=\"flourish-embed\" data-src=\"visualisation\/302333\"><\/div>\n<p><script src=\"https:\/\/public.flourish.studio\/resources\/embed.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\">A maior parte dos investimentos chineses est\u00e1 se concentrando em mat\u00e9rias-primas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\">Enrique Dussel Peters, coordenador da Red ALC-China, disse que esses novos padr\u00f5es apresentam novas oportunidades para a Am\u00e9rica Latina, mas os pa\u00edses est\u00e3o deixando de aproveitar:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\">\u201cAs empresas chinesas podem beneficiar projetos atrav\u00e9s do fornecimento de m\u00e3o de obra chinesa e de in\u00fameros outros servi\u00e7os que elas t\u00eam para oferecer\u201d, disse ele a <i>Di\u00e1logo Chino<\/i>. \u201cOs chineses costumam ser pragm\u00e1ticos nessas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es, n\u00e3o tem nada a ver com uma tentativa de domina\u00e7\u00e3o por parte de &#8216;chineses malvados&#8217;, \u00e9 s\u00f3 que eles trabalham assim\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\">Dussel Peters encorajou os pesquisadores, bem como todos os outros p\u00fablicos que v\u00eam acompanhando o relacionamento entre a Am\u00e9rica Latina e a China, a revisarem as suas conclus\u00f5es para constru\u00edrem uma vis\u00e3o mais clara das tend\u00eancias nos fluxos de capital chin\u00eas \u00e0 regi\u00e3o, bem como dos seus impactos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[chinadialogue_fullwidth]<\/p>\n<div class=\"flourish-embed\" data-src=\"visualisation\/308530\"><\/div>\n<p><script src=\"https:\/\/public.flourish.studio\/resources\/embed.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n[\/chinadialogue_fullwidth]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O crescimento econ\u00f4mico mundial teve um ritmo mais lento no ano passado.
