href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2018\/11\/chart-of-the-day-this-is-how-long-everyday-plastic-items-last-in-the-ocean\/\">\u6570\u767e\u5e74<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u5783\u573e\u6765\u81ea\u4f55\u65b9\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u5168\u7403\u6bcf\u5e74\u4ea7\u751f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unenvironment.org\/interactive\/beat-plastic-pollution\/\">\u8d85\u8fc73\u4ebf\u5428<\/a>\u7684\u5851\u6599\u5783\u573e\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6570\u5b57\u8fd8\u5728\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u8fd9\u5176\u4e2d\u53ea\u6709<a href=\"https:\/\/advances.sciencemag.org\/content\/3\/7\/e1700782\">9%<\/a>\u5f97\u5230\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5176\u4f59\u7684\u8981\u4e48\u88ab\u711a\u5316\uff0c\u8981\u4e48\u88ab\u4e22\u5f03\uff0c\u800c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u88ab\u4e22\u5f03\u7684\u5851\u6599\u5783\u573e\u90fd\u88ab\u586b\u57cb\u5904\u7406\u3002\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u4f1a\u8fd9\u6837\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u5851\u6599\u4e2d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iucn.org\/resources\/issues-briefs\/marine-plastics\">\u4e00\u534a<\/a>\u90fd\u662f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrdc.org\/stories\/single-use-plastics-101#what\">\u4e00\u6b21\u6027<\/a>\u5851\u6599\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8bf4\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u50cf\u5438\u7ba1\u3001\u5851\u6599\u888b\u548c\u6c34\u74f6\u8fd9\u79cd\u7528\u5b8c\u540e\u5c31\u88ab\u6254\u6389\u7684\u5851\u6599\u5236\u54c1\u3002\u6b63\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5851\u6599\u5bb9\u6613\u751f\u4ea7\uff0c\u53c8\u5bb9\u6613\u4e22\u5f03\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u8fdb\u5165\u5783\u573e\u586b\u57cb\u573a\u7684\u5783\u573e\u6570\u91cf\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4e0d\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u5730\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u8fdb\u5165\u73af\u5883\u7684\u5851\u6599\u5783\u573e\u7684\u6570\u91cf\u3002<em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>\u5851\u6599\u5bf9\u6d77\u6d0b\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u4e3a\u4f55\u5982\u6b64\u4e25\u91cd\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u5e7f\u88a4\u800c\u6df1\u5cfb\u7684\u6d77\u6d0b\u5c31\u50cf\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u7eb3\u6c61\u6c60\uff0c\u6536\u96c6\u7740\u6765\u81ea\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u3002\u6d77\u6d0b\u91cc\u7684\u5851\u6599\u5783\u573e\u9664\u4e86<a href=\"https:\/\/www.asc-aqua.org\/content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/ASC_Marine-Litter-and-Aquaculture-Gear-November-2019.pdf\">\u6c34\u4ea7\u517b\u6b96<\/a>\u7528\u6765\u5236\u9020\u7f51\u7bb1\u7684\u805a\u82ef\u4e59\u70ef\u6ce1\u6cab\u4e5f\u662f\u6d77\u6d0b\u5851\u6599\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u6765\u6e90\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>[chinadialogue_image]<\/p>\n<figure
