id=\"docs-internal-guid-3b4d0907-f363-ade1-f3fe-f97c4318cca8\">2016\u5e74\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u5171\u4eab\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u5174\u8d77\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5a92\u4ecb\uff0c\u501f\u52a9\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u652f\u4ed8\u6280\u672f\u7684\u5927\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u8bde\u751f\u4e8e\u6821\u56ed\u4e2d\u7684\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u5feb\u901f\u8fdb\u5165\u4e2d\u56fd\u5404\u5927\u57ce\u5e02\u3002\u51e0\u4e4e\u662f\u4e00\u591c\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u7ea2\u9ec4\u84dd\u5404\u8272\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u5982\u540c\u96e8\u540e\u6625\u7b0b\u822c\uff0c\u51fa\u73b0\u5728\u5927\u8857\u5c0f\u5df7\u5404\u4e2a\u89d2\u843d\uff0c\u5176\u5728\u6570\u91cf\u3001\u8f90\u5c04\u9762\u3001\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u4f53\u9a8c\u7b49\u5404\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\u8fc5\u901f\u8d85\u8d8a\u4e86\u5176\u4ed6\u77ed\u9014\u4ea4\u901a\u5de5\u5177\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0e\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u6709\u6869\u516c\u5171\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u7cfb\u7edf\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u5728\u6280\u672f\u4e0a\u548c\u8fd0\u8425\u4e0a\u90fd\u6709\u9769\u547d\u6027\u7684\u7a81\u7834\u3002\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u7cfb\u7edf\u65e0\u9700\u8bbe\u7f6e\u56fa\u5b9a\u7684\u9501\u6869\u53ca\u670d\u52a1\u7ec8\u7aef\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8eGPS\u3001\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u3001\u624b\u673a\u652f\u4ed8\u7b49\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u6253\u5f00\u624b\u673a\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66APP\u626b\u63cf\u8f66\u8eab\u4e8c\u7ef4\u7801\uff0c\u5373\u53ef\u65b9\u4fbf\u5730\u5b9e\u73b0\u8f66\u8f86\u89e3\u9501\u53ca\u652f\u4ed8\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5927\u5927\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\u4e0e\u4fbf\u6377\u6027\u3002<\/span><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-c4caa2f2-f870-a0b9-d2bc-1ad43a095667\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u4ea4\u901a\u4e0e\u53d1\u5c55\u653f\u7b56\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff08ITDP\uff09<\/span><span>\u5728\u5929\u6d25\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a93%\u7684\u7528\u6237\u8ba4\u53ef\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e\u730e\u8c79\u5168\u7403\u667a\u5e93\u7edf\u8ba1\uff0c\u622a\u6b622017\u5e744\u6708\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u8fd0\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u6570\u91cf\u5df2\u8fbe45\u5bb6\uff0c\u5171\u6295\u653e\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u7ea6720\u4e07\u8f86\u3002\u636e\u4e2d\u56fd\u6700\u5927\u7684\u4e24\u5bb6\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\u516c\u5e03\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u6469\u62dc\u5355\u8f66\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u8d85\u8fc750\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u6295\u5165\u8fd0\u8425\uff0c\u7d2f\u8ba1\u6295\u653e\u8d85\u8fc7300\u4e07\u8f86\u5355\u8f66\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u65e5\u4f7f\u7528\u6b21\u6570\u8d85\u8fc72000\u4e07\uff0c\u7cfb\u7edf\u5f00\u901a\u81f3\u4eca\u7d2f\u8ba1\u9a91\u884c\u6b21\u6570\u8d85\u8fc76\u4ebf\u6b21\uff1bofo\u5355\u8f66\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u8d85\u8fc770\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u6295\u5165\u8fd0\u8425\uff0c\u540c\u6837\u7d2f\u8ba1\u6295\u653e\u8d85\u8fc7300\u4e07\u8f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u7684\u7206\u53d1\u5f0f\u589e\u957f\u5feb\u901f\u91ca\u653e\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u57ce\u5e02\u539f\u672c\u88ab\u538b\u6291\u7684\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u51fa\u884c\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4e5f\u6539\u5584\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u51fa\u884c\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u5927\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u6392\u653e\u3002\u9ad8\u5fb7\u5730\u56fe\u300a2017Q1\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e3b\u8981\u57ce\u5e02\u4ea4\u901a\u5206\u6790\u62a5\u544a\u300b\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4f34\u968f\u7740\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u7684\u51fa\u73b0\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u3001\u4e0a\u6d775\u516c\u91cc\u5185\u7684\u5c0f\u6c7d\u8f66\u77ed\u8ddd\u79bb\u51fa\u884c\u660e\u663e\u51cf\u5c11\uff0c\u95f4\u63a5\u53cd\u66202016\u5e74\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u3001\u4e0a\u6d77\u7684\u63a8\u5e7f\u66ff\u4ee3\u4e86\u90e8\u5206\u77ed\u8ddd\u79bb\u7684\u9a7e\u8f66\u51fa\u884c\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u5c0f\u6c7d\u8f66\u77ed\u8ddd\u79bb\u51fa\u884c\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff0c\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u5927\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u548c\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u6570\u91cf\u7684\u7206\u70b8\u5f0f\u589e\u957f\u4e5f\u5bf9\u539f\u6709\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u7ba1\u7406\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u5f3a\u70c8\u7684\u51b2\u51fb\u3002\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u9a91\u884c\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u6df7\u4e71\u548c\u7f3a\u5931\u4f7f\u5f97\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u6210\u4e3a\u5404\u57ce\u5e02\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u95e8\u5934\u75bc\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u5404\u5730\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u95e8\u4e5f\u5728\u5404\u65b9\u9762\u5bf9\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u5f00\u5c55\u4e86\u5f15\u5bfc\u3001\u89c4\u8303\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u67099\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u51fa\u53f0\u4e86\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4e0d\u8fc7\u73b0\u9636\u6bb5\u5404\u5730\u653f\u5e9c\u5bf9\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u5747\u5904\u4e8e\u63a2\u7d22\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u5e76\u672a\u771f\u6b63\u89e3\u51b3\u4e0a\u8ff0\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"docs-internal-guid-3b4d0907-f363-ade1-f3fe-f97c4318cca8\"><strong>\u63d0\u4f9b\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e13\u7528\u8bbe\u65bd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5171\u4eab\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u5728\u5404\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u76db\u884c\uff0c\u5c06\u57ce\u5e02\u5bf9\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4ea4\u901a\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u6765\u7684\u4e0d\u5f53\u5b9a\u4f4d\u7a81\u663e\u51fa\u6765\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u4f53\u73b0\u51fa\u57ce\u5e02\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e13\u7528\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u532e\u4e4f\u3002\u8ba9\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u51fa\u884c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u65b9\u4fbf\u548c\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u51fa\u884c\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e13\u7528\u8bbe\u65bd\u662f\u57fa\u7840\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8bbe\u65bd\u9700\u8981\u7b26\u5408\u5b9e\u9645\u7684\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u51fa\u884c\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5408\u7406\u7684\u63d0\u4f9b\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u5b58\u653e\u70b9\uff0c\u5982\u5728\u516c\u4ea4\u7ad9\u70b9\u5468\u8fb9\uff0c\u9700\u6c42\u96c6\u4e2d\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u533a\u3001\u5546\u52a1\u533a\u53ca\u5c45\u4f4f\u533a\u5e03\u8bbe\u3002\u8fd9\u4e0d\u4ec5\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e3a\u9a91\u884c\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fbf\u5229\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u51cf\u5c11\u56e0\u968f\u610f\u505c\u653e\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u9020\u6210\u7684\u6df7\u4e71\u3002\u5176\u6b21\u9700\u8981\u5b8c\u5584\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u9053\u5efa\u8bbe\uff0c\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u8212\u9002\u3001\u65b9\u4fbf\u6613\u7528\u7684\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u9053\u4e5f\u662f\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u9a91\u884c\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u4fdd\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5236\u5b9a\u4ea7\u54c1\u6807\u51c6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5171\u4eab\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u5f3a\u5ea6\u3001\u9891\u5ea6\u8fdc\u9ad8\u4e8e\u4e2a\u4eba\u81ea\u6709\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u3002\u91c7\u7528\u5df2\u6709\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u6807\u51c6\u8fdc\u8fdc\u4e0d\u80fd\u6ee1\u8db3\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u9700\u8981\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5171\u4eab\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u7279\u5f81\u6709\u522b\u4e8e\u666e\u901a\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u7684\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u4e13\u9879\u7684\u6280\u672f\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002\u4e3a\u4fdd\u969c\u627f\u79df\u4eba\u9a91\u884c\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u5355\u72ec\u5236\u5b9a\u5171\u4eab\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u66f4\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u652f\u4ed8\u624b\u6bb5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u4e5f\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u5ffd\u7565\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u7684&ldquo;\u793e\u4f1a\u516c\u5e73&rdquo;\u7ef4\u5ea6\u3002<\/span>\u4ee5\u6469\u62dc\u5355\u8f66\u548cofo\u4e3a\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u5178\u578b\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u7edd\u5927\u591a\u6570\u662f\u5e74\u8f7b\u7528\u6237\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u8fd9\u4e00\u73b0\u8c61\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u80fd\u591f\u88ab\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u57fa\u672c\u6761\u4ef6\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u719f\u7ec3\u4f7f\u7528\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u548cAPP\u6765\u79df\u8fd8\u8f66\u548c\u4ed8\u8d39\u3002\u8fd9\u7ed9\u4e2d\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u7fa4\u4f7f\u7528\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u9020\u6210\u969c\u788d\u3002\u800c\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u516c\u5171\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6709\u591a\u79cd\u652f\u4ed8\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u4e3a\u4e2d\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u7fa4\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5e74\u9f84\u66f4\u52a0\u5747\u8861\u3002\u8fd9\u8bf4\u660e\u4ece\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ea4\u901a\u5de5\u5177\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u516c\u5e73\u6027\u65b9\u9762\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u4e3a\u5c45\u6c11\u521b\u9020\u591a\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u652f\u4ed8\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u4e3a\u591a\u6570\u5e02\u6c11\u4fbf\u6377\u4f7f\u7528\u5171\u4eab\u5355\u8f66\u5960\u5b9a\u57fa\u7840\u3002<br
