href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2022\/08\/16\/1117658727\/shallow-rhine-river-has-a-devastating-effect-on-commercial-traffic\">\u6c34\u4f4d\u8fc7\u4f4e<\/a>\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u8d27\u8239\u65e0\u6cd5\u6b63\u5e38\u901a\u822a\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u6cb3\u6c34\u6e29\u5ea6\u8fc7\u9ad8\uff0c\u6cd5\u56fd\u6838\u7535\u7ad9\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u51cf\u5c11\u53d1\u7535\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u636e\u8377\u5170\u7279\u91cc\u5965\u591a\u65af\u94f6\u884c\uff08Triodos Bank\uff09\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u6700\u65b0\u5206\u6790<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/europes-extreme-heat-could-wipe-out-eu-growth-2026-triodos-bank-says-2026-08-10\/\">\u4f30\u7b97<\/a>\uff0c\u6781\u7aef\u5929\u6c14\u6216\u4f7f\u6b27\u76df2026\u5e74\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4ea7\u51fa\u51cf\u5c11\u7ea61%\uff0c\u7ea6\u54081800\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\uff08\u7ea6\u5408 1.37 \u4e07\u4ebf\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff09\uff0c\u8db3\u4ee5\u62b5\u6d88\u6b27\u76df\u672c\u5e74\u5ea6\u7684\u9884\u671f\u7ecf\u6d4e\u589e\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b27\u6d32\u8fc7\u53bb\u51e0\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u79cd\u79cd\u906d\u9047\uff0c\u5bf9\u975e\u6d32\u800c\u8a00\u5e76\u4e0d\u964c\u751f\u3002\u6570\u5341\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u975e\u6d32\u8bb8\u591a\u5730\u533a\u4e00\u76f4\u9971\u53d7\u4e25\u91cd\u5e72\u65f1\u3001\u70ed\u6d6a\u548c\u91ce\u706b\u4e4b\u82e6\u3002\u975e\u6d32\u672c\u571f\u793e\u7fa4\u548c\u653f\u5e9c\u4ece\u4e2d\u79ef\u7d2f\u4e86\u8bb8\u591a\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ecf\u9a8c\u6216\u8bb8\u5bf9\u6b27\u6d32\u4e43\u81f3\u4e16\u754c\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u90fd\u6709\u501f\u9274\u610f\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-\u5386\u53f2\u8d23\u4efb\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5386\u53f2\u8d23\u4efb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6c14\u5019\u6301\u7eed\u5347\u6e29\u4e14\u4e0d\u7a33\u5b9a\uff0c\u7531\u6b64\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u5355\u51ed\u4e00\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u96be\u4ee5\u5e94\u5bf9\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u5168\u7403\u5317\u65b9\u56fd\u5bb6\u8fd8\u662f\u5168\u7403\u5357\u65b9\u56fd\u5bb6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u591a\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u975e\u6d32\u4e0e\u201c\u53d1\u8fbe\u201d\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u5bf9\u8bdd\u4e3b\u8981<a href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/en\/climate\/we-are-not-here-to-beg-africa-asserts-agency-at-ethiopia-climate-summit\/\">\u56f4\u7ed5<\/a>\u5386\u53f2\u8d23\u4efb\u5c55\u5f00\u3002\u662f\u8c01\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u95ee\u9898\uff1f\u8c01\u53d7\u5bb3\u6700\u6df1\uff1f\u8c01\u53c8\u6b20\u8c01\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u4e9b\u91cd\u8981\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u7b54\u6848\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u300a\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u6846\u67b6\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\uff08United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change\uff09\u6846\u67b6\u4e0b<a href=\"https:\/\/unfccc.int\/resource\/docs\/convkp\/conveng.pdf\">\u5efa\u7acb<\/a>\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u6c14\u5019\u8c08\u5224\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e2d\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6700\u660e\u663e\u7684\u4f53\u73b0\u4fbf\u662f\u5bf9\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e0e\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u5212\u5206\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5171\u540c\u4f46\u6709\u533a\u522b\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u539f\u5219\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5f53\u5168\u7403\u53d8\u6696\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u5371\u5bb3\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u4eba\u4eec\u5f3a\u70c8\u611f\u77e5\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u96be\u907f\u514d\uff0c\u5bb3\u65e0\u5dee\u522b\u5730\u51b2\u51fb\u7740\u5168\u4e16\u754c\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5e94\u5f53\u63d0\u51fa\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\uff1a\u5982\u4f55\u5c06\u6c14\u5019\u6b63\u4e49\u7684\u4e3b\u5f20\uff0c\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u80fd\u591f\u4fdd\u62a4\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u884c\u52a8\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u975e\u6d32\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u878d\u8d44\u7f3a\u53e3\u51f8\u663e\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u975e\u6d32\u5bf9\u5168\u7403\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u7d2f\u8ba1\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u7684\u8d21\u732e\u4e0d\u8db34%\uff0c\u5374\u627f\u53d7\u7740\u5168\u7403\u6700\u4e25\u5cfb\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u6c14\u5019\u653f\u7b56\u5021\u8bae\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08Climate Policy Initiative\uff09\u4e0e\u5168\u7403\u9002\u5e94\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08Global Center on Adaptation\uff09\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u8054\u5408\u5206\u6790\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u975e\u6d32\u6c14\u5019\u9002\u5e94\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u9700\u6c42\u5de8\u5927\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u81f3\u5c11\u9700\u8981700\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u30022023\u5e74\uff0c\u975e\u6d32\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u9002\u5e94\u8d44\u91d1\u7ea6\u4e3a148\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff08\u7ea6\u5408993\u4ebf\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff09\uff0c\u662f2017\u5e74\u7684\u4e24\u500d\u591a\uff0c\u4f46\u8ddd\u79bb\u5b9e\u9645\u9700\u6c42\u4ecd\u76f8\u53bb\u751a\u8fdc\u3002\u975e\u6d32\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u4e5f\u505a\u4e86\u76f8\u4f3c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.afdb.org\/sites\/default\/files\/documents\/publications\/adaptation_brochure_infographics_press1_1.pdf\">\u4f30\u7b97<\/a>\uff1a\u76ee\u524d\u6bcf\u5e74\u6d41\u5411\u975e\u6d32\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u9002\u5e94\u8d44\u91d1\u4ec5\u4e3a110\u4ebf\u81f3130\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff08\u7ea6738-871\u4ebf\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff09\uff0c\u800c\u8d44\u91d1\u9700\u6c42\u7ea6\u4e3a700\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff08\u7ea64700\u4ebf\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u975e\u6d32\u56f4\u7ed5\u6c14\u5019\u8d54\u507f\u7684\u8ba8\u8bba\u65e5\u76ca\u5347\u6e29\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u4e0d\u96be\u7406\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2026\u5e749\u6708\u5e95\uff0c\u6570\u767e\u540d\u6c14\u5019\u6d3b\u52a8\u4eba\u58eb\u3001\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5b66\u8005\u548c\u653f\u7b56\u5236\u5b9a\u8005\u5c06<a href=\"https:\/\/www.afalab.org\/the-latest\/events\/2026\/african-symposium-on-climate-reparations\/\">\u9f50\u805a<\/a>\u80af\u5c3c\u4e9a\u8499\u5df4\u8428\uff0c\u53c2\u52a0\u9996\u5c4a\u975e\u6d32\u6c14\u5019\u8d54\u507f\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\uff08African Symposium on Climate Reparations\uff09\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u9053\u5fb7\u4e3b\u5f20\u7b80\u5355\u800c\u6709\u529b\uff1b\u5c3c\u6cca\u5c14<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/dIu70IzePpw?si=Jj_bfvOAMZQURFC7\">\u906d\u53d7<\/a>\u6bc1\u706d\u6027\u6d2a\u707e\u540e\uff0c\u5f53\u5730\u4e5f\u54cd\u8d77\u4e86\u540c\u6837\u7684\u547c\u58f0\u3002\u5de5\u4e1a\u5316\u56fd\u5bb6\u6570\u767e\u5e74\u6765\u901a\u8fc7\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u5f00\u91c7\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unep.org\/news-and-stories\/press-release\/rich-countries-use-six-times-more-resources-generate-10-times\">\u79ef\u7d2f<\/a>\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u8d22\u5bcc\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u5bf9\u8fd9\u573a\u5371\u673a\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u6240\u8d1f\u8d23\u4efb\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u5c0f\u7684\u8f83\u8d2b\u7a77\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u5374\u627f\u53d7\u7740\u4e0e\u5176\u8d23\u4efb\u4e0d\u6210\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7684\u4e25\u91cd\u540e\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u9610\u660e\u9053\u4e49\u7acb\u573a\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u653f\u6cbb\u5c42\u9762\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u503c\u5f97\u8ffd\u95ee\uff1a\u4e3a\u4e86\u5e94\u5bf9\u8fd9\u573a\u5371\u673a\uff0c\u4f55\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u6700\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u4fc3\u6210\u5408\u4f5c\u4e0e\u6295\u8d44\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u897f\u65b9\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u73af\u5883\u6b63\u5904\u4e8e\u53d8\u52a8\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\u6c14\u5019\u653f\u7b56\u6b63\u906d\u5230\u53f3\u7ffc\u653f\u515a\u6108\u52a0\u5f3a\u70c8\u7684\u53cd\u5bf9\uff0c\u53d1\u5c55\u5408\u4f5c\u4e0e\u6c14\u5019\u878d\u8d44\u9884\u7b97\u4e5f\u9762\u4e34\u538b\u529b\u3002\u5404\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u65e5\u76ca\u5173\u6ce8\u80fd\u6e90\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u4ee5\u53ca\u6108\u53d1\u52a8\u8361\u7684\u5730\u7f18\u653f\u6cbb\u73af\u5883\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6c14\u5019\u884c\u52a8\u8fd8\u8981\u4e0e\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u4f18\u5148\u4e8b\u9879\u4e89\u593a\u8d44\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6c14\u5019\u6b63\u4e49\u7684\u7406\u636e\u4e1d\u6beb\u6ca1\u6709\u51cf\u5f31\uff0c\u4f46\u8981\u5728\u653f\u6cbb\u5c42\u9762\u5c06\u5176\u4ed8\u8bf8\u5b9e\u8df5\u5374\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u56f0\u96be\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u6362\u4e00\u4e2a\u89d2\u5ea6\u7406\u89e3\u6c14\u5019\u5f71\u54cd\u4e0e\u97e7\u6027\u7684\u672a\u6765\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff1a\u5373\u5c06\u5176\u89c6\u4e3a\u5404\u65b9\u5171\u540c\u9762\u5bf9\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6781\u7aef\u5929\u6c14\u5e2d\u5377\u5168\u7403\u5357\u5317\u5404\u5730\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e5f\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5951\u673a\uff1a\u5404\u56fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u3001\u4e5f\u5e94\u5f53\u643a\u624b\u5e94\u5bf9\u6c14\u5019\u9002\u5e94\u8fd9\u4e00\u5171\u540c\u800c\u7d27\u8feb\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
