\u7c73\u6b27\u6ce2\u6797\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u7ea6200\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u516c\u91cc<\/a>\uff0c\u6a2a\u8de8\u975e\u6d32\u4e2d\u90e8\u548c\u5357\u90e8\u5927\u7247\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u7531\u70ed\u5e26\u548c\u4e9a\u70ed\u5e26\u8349\u539f\u3001\u7a00\u6811\u8349\u539f\u4ee5\u53ca\u704c\u6728\u4e1b\u6784\u6210\u7684\u751f\u7269\u7fa4\u843d\u533a\u3002\u5f53\u5730\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u77ed\u76d6\u5c5e\uff08Brachystegia\uff09\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5f97\u540d\u7c73\u6b27\u6ce2\uff08\u65af\u74e6\u5e0c\u91cc\u8bed\u91cc\u77ed\u76d6\u5c5e\u690d\u7269\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3amiombo\uff09\u3002\u7c73\u6b27\u6ce2\u6797\u5730\u662f\u6570\u5343\u79cd\u52a8\u690d\u7269\u7269\u79cd\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6816\u606f\u5730<\/a>\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u90a3\u91cc\u7684\u8d44\u6e90\u6b63\u906d\u53d7\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u63a0\u593a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8\u6708\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u300a\u9a6c\u666e\u6258\u5ba3\u8a00\u300b<\/a>\uff08Maputo Declaration\uff09\uff0c\u5373\u7c73\u6b27\u6ce2\u5021\u8bae\uff08Miombo Initiative\uff09\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u5236\u6b62\u5e76\u89e3\u51b3\u7c73\u6b27\u6ce2\u751f\u7269\u7fa4\u843d\u533a\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u5a01\u80c1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u7b7e\u7f72\u5ba3\u8a00\u7684\u4e5d\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u5206\u522b\u662f\u5b89\u54e5\u62c9\u3001\u535a\u8328\u74e6\u7eb3\u3001\u521a\u679c\u6c11\u4e3b\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u3001\u9a6c\u62c9\u7ef4\u3001\u5766\u6851\u5c3c\u4e9a\u3001\u8d5e\u6bd4\u4e9a\u3001\u5357\u975e\u3001\u6d25\u5df4\u5e03\u97e6\u548c\u83ab\u6851\u6bd4\u514b\uff0c\u800c\u83ab\u6851\u6bd4\u514b\u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u7c73\u6b27\u6ce2\u5021\u8bae\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u56fd\u3002\u963f\u65b9\u7d22\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7c73\u6b27\u6ce2\u68ee\u6797\u5e76\u4e0d\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5357\u975e\u5883\u5185\uff0c\u4f46\u5357\u975e\u62e5\u6709\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u68ee\u6797\u7ba1\u7406\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u5176\u52a0\u5165\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4ece\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u7cae\u98df\u53ca\u519c\u4e1a\u7ec4\u7ec7<\/a>\u7684\u4f30\u8ba1\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u4e5f\u8bb8\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u7c73\u6b27\u6ce2\u68ee\u6797\u652f\u6301\u77401\u4ebf\u591a\u519c\u6751\u4eba\u53e3\u548c5000\u4e07\u57ce\u5e02\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u751f\u8ba1\uff0c\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u6606\u866b\u3001\u83cc\u83c7\u3001\u8702\u871c\u3001\u6c34\u679c\u3001\u85af\u7c7b\u4f5c\u7269\u3001\u79cd\u5b50\u3001\u836f\u6750\u3001\u6728\u6750\u71c3\u6599\u7b49\u5404\u79cd\u975e\u6728\u6750\u68ee\u6797\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
