href=\"http:\/\/www.gov.cn\/zhuanti\/2023lhzfgzbg\/index.htm\">\u5de5\u4f5c\u8ba1\u5212<\/a>\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u589e\u52a0\u56fd\u5185\u7164\u70ad\u4ea7\u91cf\uff0c\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u80fd\u6e90\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u800c\u6839\u636e\u5f53\u524d\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ndrc.gov.cn\/xxgk\/zcfb\/ghwb\/202203\/t20220322_1320016.html?code=&amp;state=123\">\u300a\u201c\u5341\u56db\u4e94\u201d\u73b0\u4ee3\u80fd\u6e90\u4f53\u7cfb\u89c4\u5212\u300b<\/a>\uff082021-2025\u5e74\uff09\uff0c\u7164\u70ad\u5e94\u8be5\u4ece\u4e3b\u4f53\u6027\u80fd\u6e90\u5411\u652f\u6491\u6027\u80fd\u6e90\u8f6c\u53d8\uff0c\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/china\/chinas-xi-says-china-will-phase-down-coal-consumption-over-2026-2030-2021-04-22\/\">\u9884\u8ba1<\/a>\u57282026\u5e74-2030\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u4e0b\u964d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5934\u6761\u65b0\u95fb\u4e4b\u95f4\u5b58\u5728\u7740\u65e2\u771f\u5b9e\u53c8\u660e\u663e\u7684\u77db\u76fe\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 href=\"http:\/\/www.stats.gov.cn\/english\/PressRelease\/202302\/t20230227_1918979.html\">\u62a5\u544a<\/a>\u663e\u793a\uff0c2022\u5e74\u4e2d\u56fd\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u589e\u957f4.3%\uff0c\u80fd\u6e90\u90e8\u95e8\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u589e\u957f2.2%\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6570\u5b57\uff0c\u8ddf\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u4e86\u89e3\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e3b\u8981\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u5f88\u96be\u8fbe\u6210\u4e00\u81f4\u3002\u8fd9\u4e5f\u662f\u8fd120\u5e74\u6765\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u589e\u957f\u9996\u6b21\u8d85\u8fc7GDP\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u53bb\u5e74\u7684GDP\u7684\u589e\u957f\u7387\u4e3a3%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u653f\u5e9c\u5b98\u65b9\u6570\u636e\u53d1\u5e03\u4e00\u5468\u540e\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u80fd\u6e90\u7f72\uff08the International Energy Agency \uff0c\u7b80\u79f0IEA\uff09\u6839\u636e\u4ece\u653f\u5e9c\u6e20\u9053\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u66f4\u8be6\u7ec6\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u516c\u5e03\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf<a href=\"https:\/\/iea.blob.core.windows.net\/assets\/3c8fa115-35c4-4474-b237-1b00424c8844\/CO2Emissionsin2022.pdf#11\">\u6570\u636e<\/a>\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6570\u5b57\u66f4\u4ee4\u4eba\u56f0\u60d1\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ece\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6570\u636e\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u589e\u957f\u5e45\u5ea6\u53ea\u6709\u533a\u533a2%\uff0c\u4e14\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u4e5f\u6709\u6240\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u80fd\u6e90\u7f72\u4e5f\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7535\u529b\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u589e\u52a0\u4e863%\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e0e\u62a5\u9053\u7684\u71c3\u7164\u53d1\u7535\u91cf\u589e\u957f1.4%\u548c\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u53d1\u7535\u91cf\u4e0b\u964d\u4e0d\u7b26\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"block--pull-quote__quote\">\u7535\u5382\u548c\u5de5\u5382\u5fc5\u987b\u71c3\u70e7\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u624d\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u76f8\u540c\u6570\u91cf\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\uff0c\u5e76\u4ea7\u751f\u76f8\u540c\u6570\u91cf\u7684\u6392\u653e\u3002<\/blockquote><cite class=\"block--pull-quote__cite\"><\/cite><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6602\u8d35\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4eba\u4eec\u4ece\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u8f6c\u5411\u7164\u70ad\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u4ec5\u5360\u4e2d\u56fd\u80fd\u6e90\u7ed3\u6784\u76848%\uff0c\u800c\u7164\u70ad\u536056%\uff0c\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u4ec5\u4e0b\u964d\u4e861%\uff0c\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u51cf\u5c11\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c \u6700\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u8fd9\u4e00\u6570\u636e\u77db\u76fe\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u662f\uff0c\u867d\u71362022\u5e74\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7164\u70ad\uff0c\u4f46\u8d28\u91cf\u8f83\u4f4e\u3002\u7164\u70ad\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u80fd\u91cf\u503c\u548c\u78b3\u542b\u91cf\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u7535\u5382\u548c\u5de5\u5382\u5fc5\u987b\u71c3\u70e7\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u624d\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u76f8\u540c\u6570\u91cf\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\uff0c\u5e76\u4ea7\u751f\u76f8\u540c\u6570\u91cf\u7684\u6392\u653e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8017\u91cf\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u65b9\u5f0f\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\uff1a\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u5428\u6570\u6216\u7164\u70ad\u6240\u542b\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u3002\u4e0e\u77f3\u6cb9\u3001\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u548c\u7535\u529b\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u7164\u70ad\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u542b\u91cf\u5dee\u5f02\u5f88\u5927\u3002\u80fd\u91cf\u5bc6\u5ea6\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u5546\u7528\u54c1\u79cd\uff0c\u6bcf\u5428\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u542b\u91cf\u662f\u8d28\u91cf\u6700\u4f4e\u7684\u54c1\u79cd\u7684\u4e09\u500d\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7edf\u8ba1\u62a5\u544a\u8981\u51c6\u786e\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u628a\u7164\u7684\u54c1\u8d28\u53d8\u5316\u8003\u8651\u8fdb\u53bb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
