2007\u5e74\u80af\u5c3c\u4e9a\u653f\u5e9c\u66fe\u8bd5\u56fe\u518d\u6b21\u91cd\u542f\u201cShamba\u201d\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5e76\u51a0\u4ee5\u65b0\u7684\u540d\u5b57\u2014\u2014\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u5efa\u7acb\u4e0e\u751f\u8ba1\u6539\u5584\u8ba1\u5212\uff08Plantation Establishment and Livelihood Improvement Scheme\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0PELIS\uff09\u30022021\u5e741\u6708\uff0c\u65f6\u4efb\u603b\u7edf\u4e4c\u80e1\u9c81\u00b7\u80af\u96c5\u5854\uff08Uhuru Kenyatta\uff09\u4ee5\u4e0d\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u6811\u6728\u780d\u4f10\u5bfc\u81f4\u73af\u5883\u9000\u5316\u4e3a\u7531\uff0c\u5ba3\u5e03PELIS\u8fdd\u6cd5\u3002\u4e09\u5e74\u524d\u4ed6\u5c31\u66fe\u4ee5\u540c\u6837\u7684\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u53eb\u505c\u4e86\u780d\u4f10\u516c\u5171\u548c\u793e\u533a\u68ee\u6797\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
