href=\"http:\/\/views.ce.cn\/view\/society\/200912\/13\/t20091213_1216347.shtml\">\u6709\u5a92\u4f53\u4eba\u63d0\u8bae<\/a>\u5c06\u5f53\u65f6\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u5916\u5899\u4e0a\u968f\u5904\u53ef\u89c1\u7684\u201d\u62c6\u201d\u5b57\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e00\u5e74\u7684\u5e74\u5ea6\u6c49\u5b57\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u5927\u62c6\u5927\u5efa\u7684\u65f6\u4ee3\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u4e3a\u8fc7\u53bb\u5f0f\u3002\u81ea2021\u5e74\u9650\u5236\u9ad8\u8d1f\u503a\u623f\u4f01\u878d\u8d44\u7684\u201d\u4e09\u9053\u7ea2\u7ebf\u201d\u653f\u7b56\u5168\u9762\u5b9e\u65bd\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u5730\u4ea7\u5f00\u53d1\u4fbf\u4ece\u6b64\u524d\u7684\u6fc0\u8fdb\u6269\u5f20\u8f6c\u5165\u4e86\u5feb\u901f\u6536\u7f29\u7684\u9636\u6bb5\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u57282022\u5e74\u4e0b\u534a\u5e74\u653f\u7b56\u677e\u7ed1\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u6536\u7f29\u7684\u8ff9\u8c61\u4f9d\u7136\u6ca1\u6709\u5f97\u5230\u9006\u8f6c\u3002\u6c34\u6ce5\u3001\u94a2\u94c1\u7b49\u4e0e\u4e4b\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u9ad8\u78b3\u884c\u4e1a\u4e5f\u56e0\u6b64\u53d7\u5230\u6ce2\u53ca\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div href=\"https:\/\/www.nrdc.org\/bio\/jake-schmidt\/chinas-top-industries-can-peak-collective-emissions-2025\">\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u4fdd\u62a4\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08Nature Resources Defense
