href=\"https:\/\/www.mohurd.gov.cn\/gongkai\/fdzdgknr\/sjfb\/tjxx\/jstjnj\/index.html\">\u7ffb\u4e86\u4e00\u756a<\/a>\u5de6\u53f3\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u4f34\u968f\u7740\u5206\u7c7b\u540e\u5783\u573e\u7684\u51cf\u91cf\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u711a\u70e7\u4f01\u4e1a\u5f00\u59cb\u201c\u5403\u4e0d\u9971\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5\u6708\uff0c\u829c\u6e56\u751f\u6001\u59d4\u6258<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epmap.org\/\">\u4e0a\u6d77\u9752\u60a6<\/a>\uff0c\u4e00\u5bb6\u5173\u6ce8\u73af\u5883\u6570\u636e\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u5bf9<a href=\"https:\/\/ljgk.envsc.cn\/\">\u751f\u6d3b\u5783\u573e\u711a\u70e7\u53d1\u7535\u5382\u81ea\u52a8\u76d1\u6d4b\u6570\u636e\u516c\u5f00\u5e73\u53f0<\/a>\u4e0a\u7684\u5de5\u5382\u8fd0\u8425\u6570\u636e\u505a\u4e86\u6574\u7406\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5e73\u53f0\u7531\u751f\u6001\u73af\u5883\u90e8\u4e3b\u5bfc\uff0c\u4ece2020\u5e741\u6708\u8d77\uff0c\u6bcf\u65e5\u516c\u5f00\u5168\u56fd\u751f\u6d3b\u5783\u573e\u711a\u70e7\u5382\u524d\u4e00\u65e5\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u65e5\u5747\u503c\u548c\u8fd0\u884c\u6570\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a\uff0c5\u6708\u4efd\u5168\u56fd\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u5783\u573e\u711a\u70e7\u53d1\u7535\u5382\u201c\u8ba1\u5212\u5185\u505c\u8fd0\u201d8499\u5929\u6b21\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u711a\u70e7\u5382\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u711a\u70e7\u7089\u505c\u8fd0\u4e00\u5929\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u53d1\u751f\u4e868499\u6b21\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6709\u90e8\u5206\u711a\u70e7\u7089\u5f53\u6708\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e00\u534a\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u6ca1\u6709\u5f00\u673a\u3002\u9664\u53bb\u8bbe\u5907\u8001\u5316\u7b49\u505c\u8fd0\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u76f8\u5f53\u591a\u7684\u5783\u573e\u711a\u70e7\u7089\u95f2\u7f6e\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u662f\u5783\u573e\u711a\u70e7\u5382\u7684\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u5904\u7f6e\u80fd\u529b\u5927\u5e45\u5ea6\u63d0\u5347\uff1b\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u662f\u5783\u573e\u5206\u7c7b\u540e\uff0c\u711a\u70e7\u5382\u65e0\u5783\u573e\u53ef\u70e7\uff0c\u5783\u573e\u711a\u70e7\u884c\u4e1a\u9677\u5165\u4ea7\u80fd\u8fc7\u5269\u7684\u50f5\u5c40\u3002\u8981\u6ee1\u8db3\u8fc7\u5269\u7684\u711a\u70e7\u4ea7\u80fd\uff0c\u53cd\u8fc7\u6765\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4f7f\u66f4\u591a\u5783\u573e\u88ab\u711a\u70e7\u5904\u7f6e\uff0c\u6709\u8fdd\u5783\u573e\u5206\u7c7b\u7684\u521d\u8877\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u5c40\u9762\u80cc\u540e\uff0c\u662f\u4e0d\u540c\u90e8\u59d4\u95f4\u76f8\u4e92\u77db\u76fe\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u52a0\u5f3a\u5730\u533a\u95f4\u548c\u90e8\u95e8\u95f4\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u534f\u8c03\uff0c\u4ece\u57ce\u5e02\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u5c5e\u6027\u4e0a\u79d1\u5b66\u5904\u7f6e\u5783\u573e\uff0c\u65b9\u80fd\u63a8\u8fdb\u5783\u573e\u5206\u7c7b\u653f\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-\u5206\u7c7b\u540e\u711a\u70e7\u51cf\u91cf\">\u5206\u7c7b\u540e\u711a\u70e7\u51cf\u91cf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\u4e2d\u56fd\u53ea\u6709\u4e0a\u6d77\u5e02\u516c\u5e03\u4e86\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u5783\u573e\u7684\u91cf\u3002\u5728\u5783\u573e\u5206\u7c7b\u8fdb\u5165\u201c\u5f3a\u5236\u65f6\u4ee3\u201d\u540e\uff0c\u4ece\u4e0a\u6d77\u7684\u6570\u636e\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u7269\u548c\u6e7f\u5783\u573e\u56de\u6536\u91cf\u7684\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u5bfc\u81f4\u711a\u70e7\u5783\u573e\u51cf\u5c11\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u56e0\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e0a\u6d77\u57282019\u5e747\u6708\u5f00\u59cb\u5b9e\u65bd\u5177\u6709<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.cn\/xinwen\/2019-07\/01\/content_5405044.htm\">\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u5206\u7c7b\u653f\u7b56<\/a>\u540e\uff0c\u5e72\u5783\u573e\u7684\u91cf\u4e0d\u589e\u53cd\u964d\u3002\u4ee52021\u5e74\u4e3a\u4f8b\uff0c\u4e0a\u6d77\u5e02\u5171\u5206\u51fa\u6e7f\u5783\u573e\u548c\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u7269\u5408\u8ba1<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sohu.com\/a\/672906413_121687424\">646.1\u4e07\u5428<\/a>\uff0c\u5360\u751f\u6d3b\u5783\u573e\u4ea7\u751f\u91cf\u7684\u6bd4\u7387\u8d85\u8fc7<a href=\"https:\/\/sthj.sh.gov.cn\/hbzhywpt1103\/hbzhywpt1112\/index.html\">54%<\/a>\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u4e00\u6bd4\u4f8b\u57282018\u5e74\u4ec5\u4e3a\u4e0d\u53ca<a href=\"https:\/\/sthj.sh.gov.cn\/hbzhywpt1103\/hbzhywpt1112\/20210304\/8c7198de2f6e445c98919886091ad42f.html\">21%<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe
