href=\"https:\/\/corpgov.law.harvard.edu\/2023\/09\/23\/the-eus-new-esg-disclosure-rules-could-spark-securities-litigation-in-the-us\/\">\u8981\u6c42<\/a>\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u96c4\u5fc3\u52c3\u52c3\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/legal\/legalindustry\/companies-need-integrate-climate-reporting-across-functions-comply-with-2023-10-20\/\">\u65b0\u7acb\u6cd5<\/a>\u3002\u6bd5\u9a6c\u5a01\u7814\u7a76\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c2022\u5e74\uff0c\u5168\u740358\u4e2a\u6700\u5927\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\u6536\u5165\u6392\u540d\u524d100\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u4e2d\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/assets.kpmg.com\/content\/dam\/kpmg\/xx\/pdf\/2023\/04\/big-shifts-small-steps.pdf\"> \u7ea6\u670980%<\/a>\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u73af\u5883\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u548c\u6cbb\u7406\uff08ESG\uff09\u62a5\u544a\u6216\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u62a5\u544a\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u662f2010\u5e74\u524d\u7684\u4e24\u500d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u8d44\u672c\u5e02\u573a\u4e5f\u6709\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8d8b\u52bf\u30022020\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u80a1\u7968\u548c\u503a\u5238\u53d1\u884c\u8005\u5c31\u88ab<a href=\"https:\/\/en-rules.hkex.com.hk\/node\/3841\/revisions\/10732\/view\">\u8981\u6c42<\/a>\u53d1\u5e03ESG\u62a5\u544a\u3002\u5185\u5730\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u76d1\u7ba1\u90e8\u95e8\u6b63\u5728\u52aa\u529b<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2023-02-22\/china-mulls-mandatory-esg-disclosures-for-domestic-public-firms\">\u6269\u5927<\/a>ESG\u62a5\u544a\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c06\u5927\u5927\u63d0\u9ad8\u8fd9\u4e9b\u80a1\u7968\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u62a5\u544a\u7387\u30022021\u5e74\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u7ea6 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arx.cfa\/~\/media\/5092D1846093425F8F6129B4E05EED93.ashx\">30%<\/a>\u7684A\u80a1\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u5728\u5185\u5730\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\uff09\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86ESG\u62a5\u544a\uff0c\u6bd42020\u5e74\u768425%\u6709\u6240\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u4e0d\u5230\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u5168\u7403\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u6269\u5927\u62a5\u544a\u90fd\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u6ee1\u8db3\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u65e5\u76ca<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unpri.org\/policy\/demand-for-climate-data-is-not-going-away\/11571.article\">\u589e\u957f<\/a>\u7684\u6570\u636e\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6570\u636e\u5c06\u6c14\u5019\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u98ce\u9669\u7eb3\u5165\u51b3\u7b56\u3002\u4f46\u76d1\u7ba1\u90e8\u95e8\u5982\u4f55\u786e\u4fdd\u62a5\u544a\u7684\u6fc0\u589e\u80fd\u591f\u6ee1\u8db3\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff1f\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u80a1\u7968\u5e02\u573a\u62a5\u544a\u8981\u6c42\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5f00\u7aef\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u6c14\u5019\u4fe1\u606f\u62ab\u9732\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.energypolicy.columbia.edu\/publications\/chinas-climate-disclosure-regime-how-regulations-politics-and-investors-shape-corporate-climate-reporting\/\">\u7814\u7a76<\/a>\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u9879\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u4e24\u9879\u4efb\u52a1\u4e9f\u9700\u5b8c\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESG\u62ab\u9732\u8981\u7b26\u5408\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u9700\u6c42<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e00\u9879\u4efb\u52a1\u662f\u63d0\u9ad8ESG\u62a5\u544a\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u3002<a href=\"https:\/\/www.transitionpathwayinitiative.org\/sectors\">\u8f6c\u578b\u8def\u5f84\u5021\u8bae<\/a>\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/www.transitionpathwayinitiative.org\/sectors\">Transition Pathways Initiative<\/a>\uff09\u5bf9\u5168\u7403\u6392\u653e\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u884c\u4e1a\u4e2d\u7684600\u5bb6\u4e2d\u5916\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u62ab\u9732\u8d28\u91cf\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8bc4\u5206\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5206\u503c\u843d\u540e\u4e8e\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u65b0\u5174\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u540c\u884c\u3002\u78b3\u4e2d\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/business\/article\/3178517\/climate-change-more-chinese-and-asian-firms-disclose-greenhouse-gas\">\u76ee\u6807<\/a>\u3001\u78b3\u8db3\u8ff9\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b9e\u8d28\u6027<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/business\/article\/3207517\/many-chinese-firms-are-skipping-step-1-when-it-comes-esg-disclosures-says-kpmg-study-materiality?module=hard_link&amp;pgtype=article\">\u8bc4\u4f30<\/a>\u7b49\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6bd4\u8f83\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e5f\u547c\u5e94\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\uff08\u5b9e\u8d28\u6027\u8bc4\u4f30\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a<a href=\"https:\/\/assets.kpmg.com\/content\/dam\/kpmg\/pdf\/2014\/10\/materiality-assessment.pdf\">\u6b63\u5f0f\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/a>\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u8bc6\u522b\u5f71\u54cd\u516c\u53f8\u53ca\u5176\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u5173\u8005\u7684ESG\u95ee\u9898\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a class=\"wp-block-cd-related-news alignright block--related-news loading\" data-post-id=\"74938\"><div class=\"block--related-news__image\"><\/div><div class=\"block--related-news__content\"><span class=\"block--related-news__heading\">\u63a8\u8350\u9605\u8bfb<\/span><span class=\"block--related-news__title\"><\/span><\/div><\/a>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6311\u6218\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f15\u8d77\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u6ce8\u610f\u30022020\u5e74\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5373\u5230<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/business\/companies\/article\/3235501\/climate-change-hong-kong-listed-companies-arent-yet-ready-stock-exchanges-new-environmental-risk\">2025\u5e74<\/a>\uff0c\u8bc1\u5238\u53d1\u884c\u8005\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u62a5\u544a\u5fc5\u987b\u8fbe\u5230\u6c14\u5019\u76f8\u5173\u8d22\u52a1\u4fe1\u606f\u62ab\u9732\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\uff08Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0TCFD\uff09\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u5168\u7403\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u5185\u5730\u7684\u62a5\u544a\u6c34\u5e73\u8f83\u4f4e\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u5176\u8fdb\u5c55\u53ef\u80fd\u8f83\u4e3a\u7f13\u6162\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5185\u5730\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u5c06\u91cd\u5fc3\u653e\u5728\u6269\u5927\u80a1\u7968\u5e02\u573a\u62a5\u544a\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u80fd\u529b\u5efa\u8bbe\u4e0a\u3002\u4f46\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u5185\u5730ESG\u5f97\u5206<a href=\"https:\/\/syntaogf.com\/products\/asesg2023\">\u4e0a\u5347<\/a>\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u8bf4\u660e\u81f3\u5c11\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u578b\u4f01\u4e1a\u5bf9\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u62a5\u544a\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u8ba4\u8bc6\u6b63\u5728\u52a0\u6df1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3b\u7ba1\u90e8\u95e8\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0e\u56fd\u9645\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u6807\u51c6\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\uff08International Sustainability Standards Board\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0ISSB\uff09\u7b49\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u7740\u529b\u63a8\u5e7f\u843d\u5b9e\u5168\u7403\u6700\u4f73\u5b9e\u8df5\u3002ISSB\u4e8e\u53bb\u5e746\u6708\u5728\u5317\u4eac<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/business\/article\/3224650\/international-sustainability-standards-board-opens-beijing-office-bolster-asia-capacity-ahead-global\">\u5f00\u8bbe<\/a>\u4e86\u529e\u4e8b\u5904\uff0c\u540c\u5e74\u590f\u5929\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u7b2c\u4e00\u5957\u62ab\u9732\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifrs.org\/news-and-events\/news\/2023\/07\/foundation-welcomes-tcfd-responsibilities-from-2024\/\">\u63a5\u7ba1<\/a>\u4e86TCFD\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002<em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e8c\u9879\u4efb\u52a1\u662f\u6269\u5927\u4ecd\u5728\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u7684\u80a1\u7968\u5e02\u573a\u76d1\u7ba1\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c06\u503a\u5238\u5e02\u573a\u7eb3\u5165\u8fdb\u6765\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u503a\u5238\u5e02\u573a\u89c4\u6a21\u4f4d\u5c45\u4e16\u754c\u7b2c\u4e8c\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230<a href=\"https:\/\/www.icmagroup.org\/market-practice-and-regulatory-policy\/secondary-markets\/bond-market-size\/\">7.4\u4e07\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143<\/a>\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e2d\u592e\u548c\u5730\u65b9\u56fd\u6709\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u503a\u5238\u53d1\u884c\u91cf\u5360\u5927\u90e8\u5206\uff082017\u5e74\u5360\u53d1\u884c\u91cf\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elibrary.imf.org\/display\/book\/9781484372142\/ch004.xml\">80%<\/a>\uff09\u3002\u8ddf\u5728\u80a1\u7968\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u4e00\u6837\uff0cESG\u6570\u636e\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e3a\u6295\u8d44\u516c\u5f00\u503a\u5238\u5e02\u573a<a href=\"https:\/\/russellinvestments.com\/us\/blog\/esg-considerations-in-fixed-income\">\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fe1\u606f<\/a>\u3002\u516c\u5f00\u503a\u5238\u5e02\u573a\u548c\u80a1\u7968\u5e02\u573a\u53ea\u662f\u4f01\u4e1a\u4f17\u591a\u7b79\u8d44\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e2d\u7684\u4e24\u79cd\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u4f01\u4e1a\u9009\u62e9\u54ea\u79cd\u878d\u8d44\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5176\u8fd0\u8425\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u6781\u7aef\u5929\u6c14\u3001\u80fd\u6e90\u8f6c\u578b\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u8bb8\u53ef\u548c\u516c\u53f8\u6cbb\u7406\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\u4e0a\u9762\u4e34\u76f8\u540c\u7c7b\u578b\u7684ESG\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u673a\u9047\u3002\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u62ab\u9732ESG\u4fe1\u606f\u5c06\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u4e86\u89e3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u54cd\u5176\u6240\u6301\u503a\u52a1\u5de5\u5177\u7684\u53d1\u884c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\uff0c\u5e76\u76f8\u5e94\u5730\u7ba1\u7406\u5176\u6295\u8d44\u7ec4\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
