href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Contraction_and_Convergence\"><span>\u6536\u7f29\u4e0e\u6536\u655b<\/span><\/a>&rdquo;\u89c2\u70b9\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u7684\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u89c2\u70b9\u627f\u8ba4\u5927\u578b\u5de5\u4e1a\u5316\u56fd\u5bb6\u5fc5\u987b\u5bf9\u4ed6\u4eec\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u53d8\u6696\u8d1f\u6700\u5927\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5141\u8bb8\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u589e\u52a0\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u76f4\u81f3\u8fbe\u5230\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u6c34\u5e73&mdash;&mdash;\u5373&ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.carbondemocracy.com\/\"><span>\u78b3\u6c11\u4e3b<\/span><\/a>&rdquo;\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u5728\u4f26\u6566\u6bcf\u5e744\uff0c400\u4e07\u5428\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u4e2d\uff0c\u5bb6\u5ead\u6392\u653e\u5360\u4e8638%\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u53d6\u6696\u53c8\u5360\u4e86\u5bb6\u5ead\u603b\u6392\u653e\u7684\u5927\u7ea6\u4e00\u534a\u3002&ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenhomesconcierge.co.uk\/\"><span>\u6807\u51c6\u7eff\u8272\u5bb6\u5ead\u670d\u52a1<\/span><\/a>&rdquo;\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u6210\u529f\u7684\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u4f26\u6566\u5357\u90ca\u7684\u8def\u6613\u65af\u6c49\u59c6\u5df2\u7ecf\u670940\u4e2a\u5bb6\u5ead\u5728\u5229\u7528\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u4e2a&ldquo;\u95e8\u623f&rdquo;\u5f0f\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenhomesconcierge.co.uk\/\"><span>\u670d\u52a1<\/span><\/a>\u5c06\u88ab\u63a8\u5e7f\u5230\u4f26\u6566\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u3002\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u5c31\u662f\u8865\u8d34\u6027\u7684\u9694\u79bb\uff0c\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u5fae\u578b\u53d1\u7535\u7684\u5b89\u88c5\u8865\u8d34\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fbe\u5230500\u82f1\u9551\uff081000\u7f8e\u5143\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u5546\u4e1a\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u90e8\u95e8\u5728\u4f26\u6566\u7684\u6392\u653e\u4e2d\u5360\u4e8640%\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230\u7ea61\uff0c760\u4e07\u5428\u3002\u8ba1\u5212\u4e2d\uff0c\u5de5\u5546\u4e1a\u7684\u51cf\u6392\u91cf\u7ea6\u4e3a760\u4e07\u5428\u3002\u5404\u79cd\u6fc0\u52b1\u548c\u884c\u4e3a\u6539\u53d8\u80fd\u591f\u5b9e\u73b0\u90e8\u5206\u51cf\u6392\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u65b0\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u6392\u653e\u6807\u51c6\u4e5f\u80fd\u6709\u4e9b\u8bb8\u6548\u679c\u3002\u5173\u4e8e\u8ba1\u5212\u4e2d\u8fd9\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u8be6\u7ec6\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6709\u671b\u4e8e12\u6708\u5e95\u4e4b\u524d\u53d1\u5e03\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>2008\u5e74\uff0c\u4f26\u6566\u5c06\u5f00\u59cb\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u7684\u516c\u5171\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u8fdb\u884c<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Emissions_trading\"><span>\u78b3\u8d38\u6613<\/span><\/a>\u673a\u5236\u4e0b\u662f\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u3002\u4ed6\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4ece\u5e0c\u601d\u7f57\u673a\u573a\u548c\u4f26\u6566\u57ce\u5e02\u673a\u573a\u8d77\u98de\u7684\u822a\u73ed\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ea\u670915%\u4e0e\u5546\u52a1\u6709\u5173\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u4ee5\u4f11\u95f2\u4e3a\u76ee\u7684\u7684\u7a7a\u4e2d\u65c5\u884c\u5267\u589e\uff0c\u4ed6\u8ba4\u4e3a\u822a\u73ed\u7684\u78b3\u6210\u672c\u5e94\u8be5\u5728\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u6765\u3002\u4ed6\u8bf4\uff0c\u6bcf\u5f20\u673a\u7968\u5f81\u653615\u82f1\u9551\uff0830\u7f8e\u5143\uff09\u7684<a
