href=\"https:\/\/epi.yale.edu\/Home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u4e16\u754c\u73af\u5883\u7ee9\u6548\u6392\u540d<\/a>\uff0c\u6db5\u76d6\u4e86\u4ece\u6c61\u67d3\u5230\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6837\u6027\u7684\u5404\u79cd\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u53ea\u6392\u5728104\u4f4d\u3002\u4f46\u5370\u5ea6\u7684\u6392\u540d\u66f4\u4f4e\uff0c\u5728120\u4f4d\u3002\u8bbd\u523a\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u90e8\u5206\u539f\u56e0\u4e0d\u662f\u5728\u4e8e\u8be5\u56fd\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5728\u4e8e\u957f\u671f\u7684\u8d2b\u56f0\u3002\u5370\u5ea6\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u5f97\u5206\u5f88\u4f4e\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u519c\u6751\u7684\u8d2b\u6c11\u4f9d\u9760\u80fd\u6548\u5f88\u4f4e\u7684\u6728\u67f4\u548c\u755c\u7caa\u6765\u70e7\u706b\u505a\u996d\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8d2b\u56f0\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u5168\u90e8\u7684\u7406\u7531\u3002\u5370\u5ea6\u6700\u987d\u56fa\u7684\u73af\u5883\u95ee\u9898\u5728\u4e8e\u6c11\u7528\u6c34\u65b9\u9762\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u6cb3\u6d41\u5944\u5944\u4e00\u606f\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u5728\u4e8e\u5de5\u4e1a\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u800c\u5370\u5ea6\u5219\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u751f\u6d3b\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u5c31\u8fde\u4e9a\u7a46\u7eb3\u6cb3\u4e5f\u96be\u9003\u5384\u8fd0\u3002<a noreferrer\">\u5b83\u53d1<\/a>\u6e90\u4e8e\u559c\u9a6c\u62c9\u96c5\u5c71\uff0c\u6d41\u7ecf\u5fb7\u91cc\uff0c\u4f46\u6b63\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u6bcf\u5929\u4ece\u9996\u90fd\u6eda\u6eda\u6d8c\u5165\u76849.5<span><span>\u4ebf\u52a0\u4ed1<\/span>\u6c61\u6c34\uff0c\u8fd9\u6761\u5927\u6cb3\u9762\u4e34\u6bc1\u706d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u6ca1\u4eba\u628a\u8fd9\u5f53\u56de\u4e8b\uff0c\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u6253\u7b97\u89e3\u51b3\u3002\u65e9\u57281992\u5e74\uff0c\u4e00\u4f4d\u66fe\u7ecf\u5728\u4e9a\u7a46\u7eb3\u6cb3\u4e0a\u9a7e\u9a76\u5e06\u8239\u7684\u5370\u5ea6\u9000\u5f79\u6d77\u519b\u519b\u5b98\u5411\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2006\/09\/29\/world\/asia\/29water.html?pagewanted=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u8d77\u8bc9\u653f\u5e9c<\/a>\uff0c\u6307\u63a7\u653f\u5e9c\u4f7f\u5370\u5ea6\u6559\u5f92\u65e0\u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\u671d\u5723\u6c90\u6d74\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u5baa\u6cd5\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002\u7ed3\u679c\u4ed6\u6253\u8d62\u4e86\u5b98\u53f8\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u52d2\u4ee4\u6c34\u52a1\u5f53\u5c40\u5bf9\u6392\u5165\u6cb3\u4e2d\u7684\u6c61\u6c34\u8fdb\u884c\u6cbb\u7406\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u4ece\u90a3\u4ee5\u540e\uff0c\u5fb7\u91cc\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u53c8\u589e\u52a0\u4e8640%\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5efa\u8d77\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u6c61\u6c34\u5904\u7406\u5382\uff0c\u4f46\u6392\u5165\u6cb3\u4e2d\u7684\u6c61\u6c34\u534a\u6570\u4ecd\u7136\u6ca1\u6709\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4efb\u4f55\u5904\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u4f9b\u6c34\u65b9\u9762\u4e5f\u5b58\u5728\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u4eba\u53e3\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4f9b\u6c34\u8ddf\u4e0d\u4e0a\u6025\u589e\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u7535\u529b\u77ed\u7f3a\u4f7f\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u9053\u4f9b\u6c34\u53d8\u5f97\u5f88\u4e0d\u7a33\u5b9a\uff1b\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u90a6\u56e0\u4e3a\u514d\u8d39\u4f9b\u7535\u8bb8\u53ef\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u83b7\u5f97\uff0c\u519c\u6c11\u548c\u5de5\u5382\u90fd\u8fc7\u5ea6\u62bd\u6c34\u3002\u8fd9\u5bf9\u84c4\u6c34\u548c\u6c34\u6e90\u5206\u914d\u4e0a\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u90fd\u662f\u4e0d\u5229\u7684\u3002\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u4e5f\u4f1a\u9010\u6e10\u5bfc\u81f4\u964d\u6c34\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u76ee\u524d\u964d\u6c34\u91cf\u8fd8\u5f88\u5145\u8db3\uff0c\u4f46\u90fd\u88ab\u6d6a\u8d39\u6389\u4e86\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u53ef\u80fd\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u826f\u597d\u7684\u7528\u6c34\u6a21\u8303\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u8fd9\u65b9\u9762\u5b83\u8fd8\u662f\u8d70\u5728\u5370\u5ea6\u524d\u9762\u3002\u8fd9\u5f88\u8bbd\u523a\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5370\u5ea6\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u5728\u7b80\u5355\u7684&ldquo;\u96e8\u6c34\u6536\u96c6&rdquo;\u6280\u672f\u4e0a\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u4e30\u5bcc\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u5370\u5ea6\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\u6b63\u5728\u52a0\u901f\u8ffd\u8d76\u4e2d\u56fd\uff0c\u800c\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u751a\u81f3\u6bd4\u670d\u52a1\u4e1a\u8fd8\u8981\u5feb\u3002\u5370\u5ea6\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u9996\u5e2d\u80fd\u6e90\u987e\u95ee\u82cf\u91cc\u96c5&middot;\u585e\u63d0\u70ed\u5207\u5730\u5ba3\u79f0\u5370\u5ea6\u7684\u589e\u957f\u65b9\u5f0f\u8981\u6bd4\u4e2d\u56fd\u6e05\u6d01\u5f97\u591a\u3002\u4ed6\u8bf4\uff1a&ldquo;\u4e2d\u56fd\u589e\u957f\u6bd4\u5370\u5ea6\u5feb\uff0c\u4f46\u4ece2002\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\u5176\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u6d88\u8d39\u4e5f\u589e\u52a0\u4e8611\u500d\uff0c&rdquo;\u800c\u5370\u5ea6&ldquo;\u53ea\u75283.7%\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u589e\u957f\u5c31\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e868%\u7684GDP\u589e\u957f\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u8981\u628a\u8fd9\u4e2a\u589e\u957f\u4fdd\u6301\u4e0b\u53bb\uff0c\u5c31\u5fc5\u987b\u5b9e\u73b0\u53d1\u7535\u80fd\u529b\u6bcf\u4e94\u5e74\u7ffb\u4e00\u756a\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u80fd\u6548\u80fd\u591f\u5f97\u5230\u5947\u8ff9\u6027\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\u3002\u800c\u53d1\u7535\u91cf\u7684\u589e\u957f\u5bf9\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u662f\u6ca1\u4ec0\u4e48\u597d\u5904\u7684\u3002\u5fb7\u91cc\u7684\u51b3\u7b56\u8005\u4eec\u627f\u8ba4\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u7d27\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u7684\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u663e\u7136\u653f\u6cbb\u662f\u5411\u7740\u53d1\u5c55\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u73af\u5883\u503e\u659c\u7684\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u4e8e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e26\u6765\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u7a0e\u6536\uff0c\u8fd9\u53cd\u8fc7\u6765\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e26\u6765\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u516c\u5171\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u5904\u7406\u4f9b\u6c34\u548c\u6c61\u6c34\u7b49\u57fa\u7840\u6027\u73af\u5883\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u4f46\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5370\u5ea6\u5728\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u7ade\u4e89\u4e2d\u4e5f\u9762\u4e34\u5931\u8d25\u7684\u5371\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\uff0c\u5370\u5ea6\u4e00\u5411\u6709\u7740\u5f88\u5f3a\u7684\u6bd4\u8f83\u5fc3\u7406\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8fd9\u79cd\u6bd4\u8f83\u5fc3\u7406\u80fd\u591f\u589e\u5f3a\u5bf9\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u7684\u8ffd\u6c42\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u7ade\u4e89\u5c31\u51b3\u4e0d\u4f1a\u518d\u4ee4\u4eba\u538c\u6076\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6070\u6070\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e86\u5370\u5ea6\u7684\u73af\u5883\u9700\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<table
