noreferrer\">\u6b27\u7f8e\u6a21\u5f0f<\/a>\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u53d8\u5f97\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a&ldquo;\u8106\u5f31&rdquo;\u3002\u6625\u8282\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5357\u65b9\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u96ea\u707e\u4e5f\u5145\u5206\u66b4\u9732\u4e86\u5bf9\u5316\u77f3\u80fd\u6e90\u8fc7\u5206\u4f9d\u8d56\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5404\u79cd\u5f0a\u7aef\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u6ca1\u6709\u4e86\u7cae\u98df\u3001\u6c34\u3001\u7a7a\u6c14\u3001\u80fd\u6e90\u7b49\u751f\u6d3b\u5fc5\u9700\u54c1\uff0c\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u53ea\u80fd\u662f\u4e00\u573a\u5669\u68a6\u3002<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u62e5\u670913\u4ebf\u4eba\u53e3\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d70%\u5de6\u53f3\u662f\u519c\u6c11\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u7279\u70b9\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u53ea\u80fd\u662f\u751f\u6001\u6587\u660e\u578b\u7684\u3002\u5927\u529b\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u7279\u8272\u7684\u751f\u6001\u5c0f\u57ce\u9547\uff0c\u53d1\u5c55\u519c\u4e1a\u751f\u6001\u5faa\u73af\u7ecf\u6d4e\uff0c\u662f\u89e3\u51b3\u76ee\u524d\u7269\u4ef7\u4e0a\u6da8\u3001\u5c31\u4e1a\u538b\u529b\u5927\u3001\u80fd\u6e90\u7d27\u5f20\u3001\u57ce\u4e61\u73af\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u7b49\u8bf8\u591a\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6240\u5728\u3002\u4ee5\u80fd\u6e90\u4e3a\u4f8b\uff0c\u957f\u671f\u4ee5\u6765\u4e2d\u56fd\u519c\u6c11\u505a\u996d\u548c\u53d6\u6696\u4e3b\u8981\u4f9d\u9760\u4f5c\u7269\u79f8\u79c6\u3002\u4f46\u968f\u7740\u519c\u6c11\u751f\u6d3b\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u4e0d\u65ad\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u4ee5\u53ca\u5404\u79cd\u5bb6\u7528\u7535\u5668(\u5f69\u7535\u3001\u51b0\u7bb1\u3001\u6d17\u8863\u673a\u3001\u7a7a\u8c03\u7b49)\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u8fdb\u5165\u519c\u6237\uff0c\u519c\u6751\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u4e89\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u5de8\u5927\u80fd\u6e90\u7f3a\u53e3\u3002\u636e\u6d4b\u7b97\uff0c\u52302020\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u519c\u6751\u4eba\u5747\u6d88\u8017\u6807\u51c6\u7164\u5c06\u75310.62\u5428\u589e\u52a0\u52301.99\u5428\uff0c\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u80fd\u6e90\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u957f\u671f\u89c4\u5212\uff082005-2020\uff09\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u589e\u91cf\u768460%\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u5317\u65b9\u519c\u6751\u73b0\u573a\u8003\u5bdf\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u519c\u6751\u9010\u6b65\u6dd8\u6c70\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u79f8\u79c6\u7089\u7076\uff0c\u6539\u7528\u7535\u7089\u3001\u6db2\u5316\u6c14\u3001\u8702\u7a9d\u7164\u53d6\u6696\u505a\u996d\uff1b\u8fc7\u5269\u7684\u79f8\u79c6\u5219\u5728\u7530\u95f4\u5730\u5934\u5927\u91cf\u711a\u70e7\uff0c\u5e26\u6765\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u30022007\u5e749\u670826\u65e5\uff0c\u56e0\u6d4e\u5357\u673a\u573a\u5468\u56f4\u5927\u91cf\u711a\u70e7\u79f8\u79c6\uff0c\u6765\u8bbf\u7684\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u56fd\u5bb6\u675c\u9a6c\u8bae\u5458\u4e13\u673a\u65e0\u6cd5\u964d\u843d\uff1b\u79f8\u79c6\u711a\u70e7\u7684\u6d53\u70df\u8fd8\u8fdb\u5165\u4e86\u6d4e\u5357\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u519c\u6751<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/homepage\/show\/single\/en\/1095-The-world-where-I-am-A-city-up-in-smoke-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u711a\u70e7\u79f8\u79c6<\/a>\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u73af\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u662f\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u7126\u70b9\u548c\u96be\u70b9\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u968f\u7740\u519c\u6751\u4eba\u53e3\u5927\u91cf\u6d8c\u8fdb\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0d\u65ad\u81a8\u80c0\uff0c\u57ce\u5e02\u75c5\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u4e25\u91cd\uff1b\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u51fa\u73b0\u5927\u91cf&ldquo;\u7a7a\u5fc3\u6751&rdquo;\uff0c&ldquo;\u7559\u5b88&rdquo;\u513f\u7ae5\u548c&ldquo;\u7559\u5b88&rdquo;\u8001\u4eba\u6ca1\u4eba\u7167\u987e\uff0c\u6614\u65e5\u751f\u673a\u52c3\u52c3\u7684\u519c\u6751\u4e0d\u590d\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u519c\u6c11\u5b81\u9759\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u53d1\u751f\u6539\u53d8\uff0c\u5e78\u798f\u6307\u6570\u4e0d\u65ad\u964d\u4f4e\u3002\u66f4\u7cdf\u7cd5\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5728\u5feb\u901f\u57ce\u5e02\u5316\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fc7\u5269\u4eba\u53e3\u4e25\u91cd\u5f71\u54cd\u4e86\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u548c\u8c10\u548c\u5b89\u5b9a\u3002\u7a76\u5176\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u53d1\u5c55\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4ec5\u91cd\u89c6\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u800c\u5ffd\u89c6\u4e86\u5360\u4e2d\u56fd\u793e\u4f1a\u57fa\u7840\u5730\u4f4d\u7684\u5e7f\u5927\u519c\u6751\u3002\u4e2d\u592e\u6bcf\u5e74&ldquo;\u4e00\u53f7\u6587\u4ef6&rdquo;\u90fd\u5f3a\u8c03&ldquo;\u4e09\u519c&rdquo;\u95ee\u9898\uff08\u5373\u519c\u4e1a\u3001\u519c\u6751\u3001\u519c\u6c11\u8fd9\u4e09\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\uff09\uff0c\u7136\u800c\uff0c&ldquo;\u4e24\u4f1a&rdquo;\uff08\u6ce8\uff1a&ldquo;\u4e24\u4f1a&rdquo;\u662f\u6307\u4e2d\u56fd\u6bcf\u9694\u4e94\u5e74\u4e3e\u884c\u7684\u4eba\u6c11\u4ee3\u8868\u5927\u4f1a\u548c\u653f\u534f\u4f1a\u8bae\uff09\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u70ed\u95e8\u8bdd\u9898\u5374\u662f\u57ce\u5e02\u4f4f\u623f\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u3001\u533b\u7597\u3001\u7269\u4ef7\u3001\u80fd\u6e90\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u7b2c\u4e8c\u3001\u4e09\u4ea7\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\u548cGDP\u589e\u957f\u7b49\uff0c\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u5728\u57ce\u5e02\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\uff0c\u800c\u5bf9\u4e8e<a
