href=\"https:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/international\/campaigns\/toxics\/electronics\/the-e-waste-problem\">e<span>\u5783\u573e<\/span><\/a>\u7684\u503e\u9500\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u8fdd\u53cd\u4e86\u56fd\u9645\u7acb\u6cd5\uff0c\u7ed9\u7b80\u964b\u57ce\u9547\u91cc\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u57ce\u9547\u90fd\u662f\u5728<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nigeria\"><span>\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a<\/span><\/a>\u7684\u62c9\u683c\u65af\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ghana\"><span>\u52a0\u7eb3<\/span><\/a>\u7684\u963f\u514b\u62c9\u7684\u5783\u573e\u711a\u70e7\u4e2d\u5174\u8d77\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u6d3b\u52a8\u5bb6\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u4e0d\u9053\u5fb7\u7684\u5e9f\u54c1\u5546\u4ee5\u51fa\u53e3\u5b66\u6821\u548c\u533b\u9662\u4f7f\u7528\u6750\u6599\u4e3a\u4f2a\u88c5\uff0c\u6b63\u5728\u5411\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elearning-africa.com\/newsportal\/english\/news90.php\"><span>\u975e\u6cd5\u503e\u5012<\/span><\/a>\u6570\u4ee5\u767e\u4e07\u5428\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/international\/campaigns\/toxics\/electronics\/where-does-e-waste-end-up\"><span>\u5371\u9669\u5783\u573e<\/span><\/a>\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u6b63\u5728\u547c\u5401\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u5bf9\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u51fa\u53e3\u7981\u4ee4\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5783\u573e\u80fd\u591f\u91ca\u653e\u94c5\u3001\u6c34\u94f6\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5371\u9669\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&ldquo;\u52a0\u7eb3\u6b63\u5728\u65e5\u76ca\u6210\u4e3a\u6b27\u7f8e\u5783\u573e\u7684\u503e\u5012\u5730\uff0c&rdquo;\u52a0\u7eb3\u73af\u4fdd\u8bb0\u8005\u8054\u5408\u4f1a\u4e3b\u5e2d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ghana.gov.gh\/ghana\/government_urged_check_import_electronic_waste.jsp\"><span>\u9ea6\u514b&middot;\u963f\u7eb3\u6069<\/span><\/a>\u8bf4\u3002&ldquo;\u90a3\u4e9b\u62c6\u89e3\u663e\u793a\u5668\u7684\u4eba\u544a\u8bc9\u6211\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u611f\u5230\u6076\u5fc3\u3001\u5934\u75bc\u5e76\u4f34\u6709\u547c\u5438\u95ee\u9898\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6708\u90fd\u670950\u591a\u4e07\u53f0\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u62b5\u8fbe\u62c9\u683c\u65af\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u53ea\u6709\u5927\u7ea6\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u8fd8\u80fd\u591f\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u5269\u4e0b\u7684\u90fd\u5f53\u4f5c\u5e9f\u54c1\u51fa\u552e\u4e86\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u6253\u788e\u3001\u711a\u70e7\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&ldquo;\u6bcf\u5e74\uff0c\u51e0\u767e\u4e07\u5428\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u4ece\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u7136\u540e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.consumersinternational.org\/\"><span>\u518d\u73b0\u4e8e\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6<\/span><\/a>\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u7ba1\u56fd\u9645\u7981\u4ee4\uff0c&rdquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.consumersinternational.org\/Templates\/Internal.asp?NodeID=97534&amp;int1stParentNodeID=89651&amp;int2ndParentNodeID=89692\"><span>\u56fd\u9645\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u8054\u76df<\/span><\/a>\u7684\u5362\u514b&middot;\u5384\u666e\u79cb\u5c14\u5947\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5728115\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e2d\u4ee3\u8868\u8d85\u8fc7220\u4e2a\u6d88\u8d39\u56e2\u4f53\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u7ec4\u7ec7\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u975e\u6cd5\u8d38\u6613\u7684\u5229\u6da6\u76f8\u5f53\u53ef\u89c2\u3002\u4ece\u4e00\u5428\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u8def\u4e2d\u63d0\u53d6\u51fa\u6765\u7684\u91d1\u5b50\u53ef\u80fd\u6bd4\u4ece\u4e00\u5428\u91d1\u77ff\u77f3\u4e2d\u63d0\u53d6\u7684\u8fd8\u8981\u591a\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u90a3\u4e9b\u5411\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u6350\u732e\u4e8c\u624b\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u6148\u5584\u56e2\u4f53\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u975e\u6cd5\u503e\u5012\u6b63\u5728\u4f7f\u5b83\u4eec\u5904\u4e8e\u5371\u9669\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>1992\u5e74<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Basel_Convention\"><span>\u5df4\u585e\u5c14\u7981\u4ee4<\/span><\/a>\u5ba3\u5e03\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u5411\u6b20\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u51fa\u53e3\u5371\u9669\u5783\u573e\u4e3a\u975e\u6cd5\uff0c\u81ea\u4ece\u5f15\u5165\u8be5\u7981\u4ee4\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u65e5\u5e38\u7269\u54c1\u3002\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u548c\u4f01\u4e1a\u90fd\u5728\u4ee5\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5feb\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u66f4\u6362\u88c5\u5907\uff0c\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u4e00\u5ea7\u65b0\u7684\u5783\u573e\u5c71\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>6\u5e74\u524d\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/European_Union\"><span>\u6b27\u76df<\/span><\/a>\u51fa\u53f0\u4e86\u62a5\u5e9f\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u8bbe\u5907(<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/environment\/waste\/weee\/index_en.htm\">WEEE<\/a>)\u6307\u4ee4\uff0c\u5bf9\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\u5f15\u5165\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u7ea6\u675f\u548c\u9650\u5236\u3002\u8be5\u6307\u4ee4\u4e8e2007\u5e741\u6708\u5728\u82f1\u56fd\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u4e25\u683c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weeeman.org\/html\/impact\/about.html\"><span>\u7ba1\u7406<\/span><\/a>\u4e86\u518d\u5faa\u73af\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\uff0c\u5e76\u7981\u6b62\u5176\u51fa\u53e3\u5904\u7406\u3002\u5b83\u8fd8\u5f15\u5165\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c2005\u5e748\u6708\u540e\uff0c\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u7ecf\u8fc7<a href=\"https:\/\/www.time.com\/time\/magazine\/article\/0,9171,1056240,00.html\"><span>\u9002\u5f53\u5904\u7406<\/span><\/a>\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u5fc5\u987b\u7531\u5783\u573e\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u8005\u8fdb\u884c\u8865\u507f\uff0c\u5982\u5236\u9020\u5546\u3001\u96f6\u552e\u5546\u3001\u8d34\u724c\u5546\u548c\u8fdb\u53e3\u5546\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u8054\u76df\u7684\u4f19\u4f34\u7ec4\u7ec7<a href=\"https:\/\/www.danwatch.dk\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=15&amp;Itemid=30\">DanWatch<\/a>\u6709\u8bc1\u636e\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u6765\u81ea\u82f1\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u548c\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u8bbe\u5907\u6b63\u5728\u88ab\u503e\u5012\u81f3\u897f\u975e\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&ldquo;\u6211\u4eec\u62cd\u6444\u4e86\u4e00\u90e8\u7535\u5f71\uff0c\u8bb2\u8ff0\u53ea\u67096\u5c81\u7684\u513f\u7ae5\u5728\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\u641c\u7d22\u91d1\u5c5e\u5e9f\u6599\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5e9f\u6599\u4e0e\u6570\u4ee5\u5343\u8ba1\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cathode_ray_tube\"><span>\u9634\u6781\u5c04\u7ebf\u7ba1<\/span><\/a>\u788e\u7247\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6709\u6bd2\u5783\u573e\u4e71\u4e22\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c&rdquo; DanWatch\u7684\u5171\u540c\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u672c\u6770\u660e&middot;\u970d\u65af\u7279\u8bf4\u3002&ldquo;\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u793e\u4f1a\u90fd\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9ad8\u5ea6\u6709\u6bd2\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u751f\u6d3b\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u800c\u6bd2\u7d20\u6bcf\u5929\u90fd\u5728\u589e\u52a0\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u8fd0\u884c\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\u514d\u4e8e<a href=\"https:\/\/europa.eu\/abc\/index_en.htm\"><span>\u6b27\u76df<\/span><\/a>\u7684WEEE\u89c4\u5219\u3002\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u89c4\u5219\u9f13\u52b1\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u7ffb\u65b0\u548c\u91cd\u65b0\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u5173\u4e8e\u5728\u5176\u8fd0\u5f80\u6d77\u5916\u4e4b\u524d\u5bf9\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u91cd\u65b0\u4f7f\u7528\u8fdb\u884c\u68c0\u67e5\u7684\u5236\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u5728\u82f1\u683c\u5170\u548c\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\uff0c\u5783\u573e\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u53d7<a href=\"https:\/\/www.environment-agency.gov.uk\/aboutus\/?lang=_e\"><span>\u73af\u5883\u7f72<\/span><\/a>\u7684\u5ba1\u6838\u3002&ldquo;\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6001\u5ea6\u662f\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\uff0c\u8fd0\u884c\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u771f\u6b63\u91cd\u65b0\u4f7f\u7528\u662f\u4e00\u4ef6\u597d\u4e8b\uff0c&rdquo;\u8be5\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u987e\u95ee\u827e\u5fb7\u91cc\u5b89&middot;\u54c8\u4e01\u89e3\u91ca\u5230\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u95ee\u9898\u662f&ldquo;\u771f\u6b63\u91cd\u65b0\u4f7f\u7528&rdquo;\u8fd9\u4e2a\u63aa\u8f9e\u3002\u54c8\u4e01\u627f\u8ba4\uff0c\u8be5\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5b8c\u5168\u6ca1\u6709\u8d22\u529b\u6765\u68c0\u67e5\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e2d\u6bcf\u4e00\u4ef6\u7528\u4e8e\u91cd\u65b0\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7269\u54c1\u3002\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u95ee\u9898\u662f\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u91cd\u65b0\u4f7f\u7528\u7269\u54c1\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u4e0d\u5fc5\u901a\u62a5\u8be5\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5b83\u90fd\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u54ea\u4e00\u4e2a\u96c6\u88c5\u7bb1\u662f\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u5408\u6cd5\u7684\u9762\u5411\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u4e8c\u624b\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\uff0c<a
