href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Five-Year_Plans_of_China#Ninth_Five-Year_Plan.2C_1996-2000\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u7b2c9\u4e2a&ldquo;\u4e94\u5e74\u8ba1\u5212&rdquo;<\/a>\u671f\u95f4\uff081996\uff0d2000\u5e74\uff09\u7ecf\u6d4e\u589e\u957f\u7387\u4e3a8.6%\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u7565\u4f4e\u4e8e\u957f\u671f\u589e\u957f\u6f5c\u529b\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8d39\u603b\u91cf\u589e\u957f\u7387\u4ec5\u4e3a1.1%\uff0c\u5404\u7c7b\u4e3b\u8981\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u660e\u663e\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u4f462002\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0cGDP\u5e74\u5747\u589e\u957f\u7387\u8fbe\u523010.82%\uff0c\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8d39\u603b\u91cf\u589e\u957f\u7387\u4e0a\u6da8\u4e3a11.83%\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u5448\u4e0a\u5347\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002\u8fd9\u8868\u660e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u589e\u957f\u8fc7\u5feb\uff0c\u8d44\u6e90\u73af\u5883\u538b\u529b\u8fc7\u5927\uff0c\u4ee3\u4ef7\u8fc7\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u8bbe\u60f3\uff0c\u4ece2006\u5e74\u81f32020\u5e74\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684GDP\u5e74\u5e73\u5747\u589e\u957f\u7387\u4e3a7.5-8.0%\uff0c2020\u5e74\u7684GDP\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e2000\u5e74\u76844.65\uff0d4.98\u500d\uff0c\u52302020\u5e74\u5355\u4f4dGDP\u80fd\u8017\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u4e0b\u964d10\uff0d20%\u30022030\u5e74\u4e4b\u540e\u4e2d\u56fd\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u7edd\u5bf9\u6570\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73b0\u4e0b\u964d\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u5355\u4f4d\u4ea7\u51fa\u80fd\u8017\u51cf\u5c11\u4e00\u534a\uff1b\u5168\u56fd\u603b\u7528\u6c34\u91cf\u57fa\u672c\u4e0d\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u964d\u4f4e\u519c\u4e1a\u7528\u6c34\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff0c\u5168\u793e\u4f1a\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u5360GDP\u6bd4\u91cd\u75311.3%\u63d0\u9ad8\u52302.5%\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u51cf\u5c111\/3\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u68ee\u6797\u8986\u76d6\u7387\u8fbe\u523023\uff0d24%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e94\u5bf9\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6295\u8d44\u9886\u57df\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u690d\u6811\u9020\u6797\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u78b3\u6c47\u6765\u6e90\uff0c\u68ee\u6797\u7684\u51cf\u6392\u6f5c\u529b\u5de8\u5927\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u68ee\u6797\u8986\u76d6\u7387\u4ece1949\u5e74\u65f6\u76848.6%\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u5230\u76ee\u524d\u768418.21%\uff0c2000&mdash;2005\u5e74\u5168\u7403\u5e74\u5747\u51cf\u5c11\u68ee\u6797\u9762\u79ef730\u4e07\u516c\u9877\uff0c\u800c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e74\u5747\u589e\u52a0\u68ee\u6797\u9762\u79ef405.8\u4e07\u516c\u9877\u3002\u5168\u7403\u4eba\u5de5\u6797\u9762\u79ef\u5e74\u5747\u589e\u52a0280\u4e07\u516c\u9877\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e74\u5747\u589e\u52a0148.9<span>\u4e07\u516c\u9877\uff0c\u5360\u5168\u7403\u4eba\u5de5\u6797\u5e74\u5747\u589e\u91cf\u768453.2%<\/span>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u6797\u4e1a\u5c40\u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c1999&mdash;2005\u5e74\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u68ee\u6797\u56fa\u78b3\u80fd\u529b\u753120\u4e16\u7eaa80\u5e74\u4ee3\u521d\u7684136.42\u5428\/\u516c\u9877\u589e\u52a0\u523021\u4e16\u7eaa\u521d\u7684 150.47\u5428\/\u516c\u9877\u30021980&mdash;2005\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u901a\u8fc7\u6301\u7eed\u4e0d\u65ad\u5730\u5f00\u5c55\u9020\u6797\u548c\u68ee\u6797\u7ecf\u8425\uff0c\u7d2f\u8ba1\u51c0\u5438\u6536\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b346.8\u4ebf\u5428\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u63a7\u5236\u6bc1\u6797\u51cf\u5c11\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf4.3\u4ebf\u5428\u30022004\u5e74\u4e2d\u56fd\u68ee\u6797\u51c0\u5438\u6536\u4e86\u7ea65\u4ebf\u5428\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u5f53\u91cf\uff0c\u7ea6\u5360\u540c\u671f\u5168\u56fd\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u603b\u91cf\u76848%\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53d1\u5c55\u4f4e\u78b3\u7ecf\u6d4e\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u5b9e\u73b0\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\u65b9\u5f0f\u8f6c\u53d8\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5951\u673a\u3002<a
