noreferrer\"><span>\u7b2c\u4e09\u5c4a\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u9645\u65b0\u578b\u963b\u71c3\u6280\u672f\u3001\u963b\u71c3\u6750\u6599\u5de5\u4e1a\u5c55\u89c8\u4f1a<\/span><\/a>&rdquo;\u3002\u5c55\u4f1a\u5b98\u65b9\u7f51\u7ad9\u62a5\u9053\u79f0\uff0c\u4e0e\u4f1a\u8005\u6709300\u4e07\u4eba\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u96be\u4ee5\u7f6e\u4fe1\uff0c\u4f46\u8ba8\u8bba\u7684\u6d88\u9632\u5b89\u5168\u5374\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u73b0\u5b9e\u610f\u4e49\u3002\u9500\u552e\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u7684\u5229\u6da6\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u751f\u4ea7\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5316\u5b66\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u7684\u4e09\u5bb6\u897f\u65b9\u516c\u53f8\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u9500\u552e\u589e\u957f\u80cc\u540e\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u529b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7a0d\u7a0d\u6df1\u5165\u5730\u89c2\u5bdf\u8fd9\u6b21\u5c55\u4f1a\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u548c\u6574\u4e2a\u4e16\u754c\uff0c\u4e00\u573a\u5373\u5c06\u6765\u4e34\u7684\u73af\u5883\u548c\u4eba\u7c7b\u5065\u5eb7\u707e\u96be\u4fbf\u5f00\u59cb\u9732\u51fa\u7aef\u502a\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u7acb\u5373\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u573a\u53ef\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u7684\u707e\u96be\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6c99\u53d1\u3001\u7535\u8111\u548c\u513f\u7ae5\u73a9\u5177\u4e2d\u6dfb\u52a0\u5316\u5b66\u963b\u71c3\u5242\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u542c\u8d77\u6765\u4e3b\u610f\u4e0d\u9519\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u52a8\u7269\u5b9e\u9a8c\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u969c\u788d\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u8fd8\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u795e\u7ecf\u7cfb\u7edf\u548c\u751f\u6b96\u7cfb\u7edf\u635f\u4f24\u3001<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cancer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>\u764c\u75c7<\/span><\/a>\u3001<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Attention_deficit_disorder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>\u6ce8\u610f\u529b\u7f3a\u9677\u591a\u52a8\u75c7<\/span><\/a>\u3001\u4e0d\u80b2\u75c7\u3001\u7cbe\u5b50\u6570\u91cf\u51cf\u5c11\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Endocrine_disruption\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>\u5185\u5206\u6ccc\u5931\u8c03<\/span><\/a>\u3001<a noreferrer\"><span>\u5c3f\u9053\u4e0b\u88c2<\/span><\/a>\uff08\u4e00\u79cd\u9634\u830e\u7578\u5f62\uff09\u3002\u800c\u4e14\uff0c\u5404\u79cd\u7814\u7a76\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u662f\u5426\u5bf9\u5f53\u524d\u513f\u7ae5<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Autism\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5<\/span><\/a>\u548c\u80a5\u80d6\u75c7\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u6709\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6d88\u8d39\u54c1\u4e2d\u6dfb\u52a0\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u7684\u597d\u5904\u5c1a\u672a\u5f97\u5230\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u672a\u8ba9\u90a3\u4e9b\u5173\u6ce8\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5065\u5eb7\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u6ee1\u610f\u3002\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u80fd\u591f\u51cf\u6162\u4f46\u662f\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u80fd\u675c\u7edd\u8d77\u706b\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ecf\u5316\u5b66\u5904\u7406\u7684\u6750\u6599\u95f7\u70e7\u51e0\u79d2\u949f\u6216\u51e0\u5206\u949f\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u4f1a\u5192\u70df\uff0c\u800c\u5192\u70df\u662f\u9020\u6210\u706b\u707e\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u51cf\u5c11\u70df\u96fe\u3001\u5b89\u88c5\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u70df\u96fe\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u3001\u55b7\u6c34\u706d\u706b\u7cfb\u7edf\u4ee5\u53ca\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u6267\u884c\u6d88\u9632\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u662f\u51cf\u5c11\u706b\u707e\u6b7b\u4ea1\u548c\u706b\u707e\u76f8\u5173\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u8bf8\u591a\u66f4\u4e3a\u6709\u6548\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5bf9\u4eba\u7c7b\u5065\u5eb7\u9020\u6210\u540c\u6837\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u5371\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u3001\u73af\u4fdd\u4eba\u58eb\u751a\u81f3<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iaff.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>\u56fd\u9645\u6d88\u9632\u5458\u534f\u4f1a<\/span><\/a>\uff0c\u53cd\u5bf9\u4f7f\u7528\u5316\u5b66\u963b\u71c3\u6dfb\u52a0\u5242\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u80fd\u8bc1\u660e\u5176\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u5176\u4ed6\u9632\u706b\u65b9\u6cd5\u65e0\u6cd5\u63d0\u4f9b\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6bd2\u6027\u6700\u5927\u7684\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u662f<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Halogenated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>\u5364\u5316\u7269<\/span><\/a>\uff0c\u542b\u6709\u4e0e\u78b3\u7ed3\u5408\u7684\u6c2f\u6216\u8005\u6eb4\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u901a\u5e38\u5177\u6709\u6301\u4e45\u6027\u548c\u751f\u7269\u7d2f\u79ef\u6027\u3002&ldquo;\u6301\u4e45\u6027&rdquo;\u7684\u610f\u601d\u662f\u5b83\u4eec\u4e0d\u4f1a\u968f\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u8fc7\u53bb\u800c\u6700\u7ec8\u5206\u89e3\u4e3a\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u5982<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Polychlorinated_biphenyl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>\u591a\u6c2f\u8054\u82ef<\/span><\/a>\uff08PCB\uff09\u548c <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Polybrominated_biphenyls\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>\u591a\u6eb4\u8054\u82ef<\/span><\/a>\uff08PBB\uff09\uff0c\u4e09\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u524d\u5c31\u7981\u6b62\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u4f9d\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u6c89\u79ef\u7269\u548c\u91ce\u751f\u52a8\u690d\u7269\u4e2d\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u96be\u4ee5\u89e3\u51b3\u3002&ldquo;\u751f\u7269\u7d2f\u79ef\u6027&rdquo;\u7684\u610f\u601d\u662f\u5b83\u4eec\u5728\u52a8\u690d\u7269\u4e2d\u7d2f\u79ef\uff0c\u8d8a\u5f80\u98df\u7269\u94fe\u4e0a\u7aef\u8d70\u6d53\u5ea6\u8d8a\u9ad8\u3002\u5728\u5168\u7403\uff0c\u4ece\u864e\u9cb8\u3001\u5317\u6781\u718a\u5230\u888b\u737e\u3001\u5bb6\u732b\uff0c\u8fd9\u7c7b\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u5728\u52a8\u7269\u4e2d\u68c0\u6d4b\u51fa\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u9ad8\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5364\u5316\u7269\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u4e09\u5bb6\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u5546\u5728\u63a8\u5e7f\uff1a<a Chemicals Ltd<\/a>\uff09\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u6b27\u76df\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u6b63\u5728\u51cf\u5c11\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e09\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u548c\u9500\u552e\u9010\u6e10\u8f6c\u5411\u4e2d\u56fd\u3002\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u5c55\u4f1a\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u751f\u4ea7\u5546\u7528\u4e8e\u6269\u5927\u5176\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u6240\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u624b\u6bb5\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4ed6\u4eec\u4f3c\u4e4e\u6b63\u5728\u53d6\u5f97\u6210\u529f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u751f\u4ea7\u80fd\u529b\u5df2\u4ece1993\u5e74\u76845\u4e07\u5428\u589e\u52a0\u52302006\u5e74\u768435\u4e07\u5428\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u7ee7\u7eed\u5feb\u901f\u589e\u957f\u3002\u6bd2\u6027\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u5364\u5316\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u4efd\u989d\u4f30\u8ba1\u4e3a20%\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5448\u4e0b\u964d\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u4efd\u989d\u4e3a55%\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u8fd8\u5728\u7ee7\u7eed\u589e\u957f\u30021999\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u751f\u4ea7\u4e862,500\u5428\u6bd2\u6027\u548c\u6301\u4e45\u6027\u6700\u5927\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.cn\/english\/2005-10\/02\/content_74192.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
