\u4eca\u5e74\u521d\u6211\u53c2\u52a0\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u578b\u4e2d\u6b27\u6c11\u95f4\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u7ed3\u675f\u4e4b\u524d\u6b27\u6d32\u7684\u53c2\u4f1a\u8005\u5411\u4e3b\u529e\u65b9\u8d60\u9001\u793c\u7269——\u56db\u6761\u5de7\u514b\u529b\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u8fd8\u7279\u610f\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u5b83\u4eec\u80cc\u540e\u5173\u4e8e\u751f\u6001\u519c\u4e1a\u3001\u516c\u5e73\u8d38\u6613\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u4ee5\u663e\u793a\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u7b26\u5408\u73af\u4fdd\u3001\u516c\u5e73\u8d38\u6613\u7684\u539f\u5219\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u5750\u5728\u6211\u65c1\u8fb9\u7684\u4e00\u4f4d\u670b\u53cb\u5f00\u73a9\u7b11\u8bf4\uff0c“\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u90fd\u5b66‘\u574f’\u4e86\uff0c\u4ece\u4e66\u672c\u4e0a\u77e5\u9053\u4e2d\u56fd\u662f\u793c\u4eea\u4e4b\u90a6\uff0c\u5230\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u5c31\u5230\u5904\u9001\u793c\u7269\u3002”\u867d\u7136\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u8d60\u9001\u793c\u7269\u672a\u5fc5\u662f“\u5165\u4e61\u968f\u4fd7”\uff0c\u6309\u4e2d\u56fd\u89c4\u5219\u529e\u4e8b\uff0c\u4f46\u9001\u793c\u7269\u7684\u5b66\u95ee\u5374\u5341\u5206\u503c\u5f97\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u501f\u9274\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u6240\u8c13“\u793c\u4eea\u4e4b\u90a6”\uff0c\u662f\u6587\u5316\u610f\u4e49\u4e0a\u7684“\u793c\u4eea”\uff0c\u8fdc\u975e“\u793c\u54c1”\u3002\u4f46\u4eca\u5929\uff0c“\u793c”\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u5df2\u7ecf\u5b8c\u5168“\u7269\u8d28\u5316”\u3001“\u793c\u54c1\u5316”\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u4f20\u7edf\u8282\u65e5\u4e5f\u6ca6\u4e3a“\u9001\u793c”\u7684\u7531\u5934\uff0c\u5931\u53bb\u4e86\u5b83\u4eec\u539f\u672c\u7684\u6587\u5316\u542b\u4e49\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u4e2d\u79cb\u8282\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6700\u660e\u663e\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u3002\u4f20\u7edf\u91cc\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u4f1a\u5728\u8fd9\u4e00\u5929\u5168\u5bb6\u56e2\u805a\uff0c\u4e00\u8d77\u5403\u6708\u997c\u3001\u8d4f\u660e\u6708\uff0c\u800c\u5982\u4eca\u6210\u4e86\u548c\u9886\u5bfc\u3001\u540c\u4e8b\u641e\u597d“\u5173\u7cfb”\u3001\u8001\u677f\u9001\u7ed9\u5458\u5de5\u798f\u5229\u7684\u7531\u5934\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u4f46\u6708\u997c\u672c\u8eab\u4ef7\u683c\u5e76\u4e0d\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u793c\u54c1“\u9ad8\u6863\u6b21\u3001\u9ad8\u4ef7\u503c”\u7684\u539f\u5219\u3002\u4e8e\u662f\u5546\u5bb6\u8fce\u5408\u9001\u793c\u8005\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5f00\u53d1\u51fa\u5404\u79cd“\u9ad8\u9644\u52a0\u503c”\u7684\u6708\u997c\u3002\u539f\u672c\u4e0d\u5305\u88c5\u6216\u53ea\u7b80\u5355\u7528\u7eb8\u5305\u88c5\u7684\u6708\u997c\u88ab\u793c\u54c1\u5316\uff0c\u5305\u88c5\u65e5\u76ca\u8c6a\u534e\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u4e2d\u56fd\u6709\u4e2a\u6210\u8bed\u53eb“\u4e70\u691f\u8fd8\u73e0”\uff0c\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u53e4\u4ee3\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u6545\u4e8b\uff1a\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u8981\u5356\u51fa\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5b9d\u73e0\uff0c\u6545\u800c\u7528\u7ea2\u6728\u505a\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u76f8\u5f53\u6f02\u4eae\u7684\u76d2\u5b50\u6765\u88c5\u5b83\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u4e70\u8005\u4ed8\u4e86\u94b1\u5374\u53ea\u8981\u76d2\u5b50\u4e0d\u8981\u5b9d\u73e0\u3002\u6709\u4eba\u628a\u6708\u997c\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u79f0\u4f5c\u73b0\u4ee3\u7248\u7684“\u4e70\u691f\u8fd8\u73e0”\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8c6a\u534e\u5305\u88c5\u4e2d\u7684\u6708\u997c\u5e76\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u597d\u5403\uff0c\u4f46\u90a3\u4e9b\u5305\u88c5\u5b9e\u5728\u6f02\u4eae\uff0c\u6254\u4e86\u592a\u53ef\u60dc\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u8fdb\u5165\u516c\u4f17\u8bdd\u8bed\u6b63\u662f\u4ece\u6708\u997c\u5f00\u59cb\u3002\u8fd1\u51e0\u5e74\u7684\u4e2d\u79cb\u8282\uff0c\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u603b\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u70ed\u70b9\u8bdd\u9898\uff0c\u76f8\u5173\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u95e8\u53d1\u901a\u77e5\u3001\u63d0\u51fa\u6307\u5bfc\u610f\u89c1\uff0c\u5230\u5e02\u573a\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u7763\u5bdf\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u4e0a\u6f14\u4e00\u573a\u8fd9\u6837\u7684“\u653b\u52bf”\u3002\u5a92\u4f53\u3001\u516c\u4f17\u4e5f\u4f1a\u70ed\u70c8\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e00\u756a\uff0c\u6d6a\u8d39\u8d44\u6e90\u3001\u6c61\u67d3\u73af\u5883\u3001\u6ecb\u957f\u5962\u4f88\u4e4b\u98ce\u7b49\u7b49\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\u88ab\u4e00\u4e00\u8bba\u8ff0\uff0c\u5e94\u8be5\u8bf4\uff0c\u793e\u4f1a\u5bf9\u5305\u88c5\u8fc7\u5ea6\u7684\u7f3a\u70b9\u5df2\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u8ba4\u77e5\u3002\u53ef\u60dc\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u4e0d\u51fa\u534a\u6708\uff0c\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u7684\u8bdd\u9898\u5c31\u4f1a“\u8fc7\u65f6”\uff0c\u4e0d\u518d\u6709\u4eba\u5173\u6ce8\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u5982\u4eca\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u62c9\u952f\u6218\u8fd8\u5728\u6bcf\u5e74\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u4f46\u8fc7\u5ea6\u95ee\u9898\u5df2\u7ecf\u8513\u5ef6\u5230\u5404\u79cd\u5546\u54c1\u7684\u5305\u88c5\u4e2d\u3002\u6e29\u5586\u5409\u6240\u5728\u7684\u5317\u4eac\u51ef\u53d1\u73af\u4fdd\u79d1\u6280\u54a8\u8be2\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u98df\u54c1\u52a0\u5de5\u4f01\u4e1a\u548c\u9910\u996e\u4e1a\u7684\u5305\u88c5\u7269\u3002\u4ed6\u63d0\u5230\uff0c“\u6709\u4e9b\u5ba2\u6237\u5230\u6211\u8fd9\u91cc\u7ffb\u6765\u7ffb\u53bb\uff0c\u627e\u4e0d\u7740\u5408\u9002\u7684\u5305\u88c5\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u6211\u8bf4\u4f60\u8981\u4ec0\u4e48\u6837\u7684\uff1f\u8981\u6700\u8d35\u7684\uff01\u4ed6\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6700\u8d35\u7684\u5305\u88c5\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u589e\u52a0\u5546\u54c1\u4ef7\u503c\u3002” <\/p>\n

\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5305\u88c5\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u5e9f\u5f03\u7269\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u4e2a\u522b\u6709\u56de\u6536\u4ef7\u503c\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u4f1a\u88ab\u5f53\u4f5c\u5e9f\u5f03\u7269\u8fd0\u5230\u5783\u573e\u586b\u57cb\u573a\u57cb\u6389\u3002\u56fd\u9645\u98df\u54c1\u5305\u88c5\u534f\u4f1a\u79d8\u4e66\u957f\u8463\u91d1\u72ee\u8bf4\uff0c“\u73b0\u5728\u7684\u5305\u88c5\u6750\u8d28\uff0c\u6709\u91d1\u5c5e\u3001\u73bb\u7483\u3001\u7ef8\u7f0e\u7b497\u52308\u79cd\uff0c \u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u6bd4\u8f83\u9ebb\u70e6\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd8\u505a\u4e0d\u5230\u628a\u6240\u6709\u6750\u6599\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u5de5\u827a\u4e0b\u5904\u7406\u3002”\u95ee\u9898\u662f\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u73b0\u5728\u8fd8\u6ca1\u6709\u4e13\u95e8\u56de\u6536\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5305\u88c5\u5e9f\u5f03\u7269\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u5728\u4e00\u6b21\u5173\u4e8e\u5783\u573e\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u8bbf\u8c08\u4e2d\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u53c2\u4e8b\u738b\u7ef4\u5e73\u8bf4\uff0c“\u9650\u5236\u5305\u88c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c1117%\u5de6\u53f3\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u5783\u573e\u3002”\u80fd\u591f\u901a\u8fc7\u9650\u5236\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u51cf\u5c11\u8fd9\u4e48\u591a\u6bd4\u91cd\u7684\u5783\u573e\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6025\u4e8e\u89e3\u51b3\u5783\u573e\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u610f\u4e49\u91cd\u5927\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u653f\u5e9c\u4e5f\u8bd5\u56fe\u901a\u8fc7\u5305\u88c5\u6807\u51c6\u548c\u6cd5\u89c4\u6765\u9650\u5236\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u8d28\u91cf\u76d1\u7763\u68c0\u9a8c\u68c0\u75ab\u603b\u5c40\uff08\u7b80\u79f0“\u56fd\u5bb6\u8d28\u68c0\u603b\u5c40”\uff09\u66fe\u57282005\u5e74\u53d1\u5e03\u300a\u6708\u997c\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u56fd\u5bb6\u6807\u51c6\u300b\uff0c\u89c4\u8303\u6708\u997c \u7684\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u95ee\u9898\uff1b\u4eca\u5e749\u6708\u53c8\u53d1\u5e03\u300a\u6708\u997c\u9500\u552e\u5305\u88c5\u8ba1\u91cf\u68c0\u6d4b\u89c4\u5219\u300b\uff0c\u8bd5\u56fe\u6446\u8131\u4e4b\u524d\u68c0\u6d4b\u4eba\u5458\u4e3b\u7ba1\u5224\u65ad\u5305\u88c5\u8fc7\u5ea6\u4e0e\u5426\uff0c\u7528\u6570\u636e“\u8bf4\u8bdd”\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u56fd\u5bb6\u8d28\u68c0\u603b\u5c40\u4eca\u5e743\u6708\u8fd8\u51fa\u53f0\u4e86\u300a\u9650\u5236\u5546\u54c1\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u8981\u6c42—\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u300b\uff0c\u628a\u6cbb\u7406\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u7684\u9886\u57df\u5ef6\u4f38\u5230\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u5305\u88c5\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u6d89\u53ca\u9762\u66f4\u5e7f\u7684\u300a\u9650\u5236\u5546\u54c1\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\u53bb\u5e749\u6708\u5f00\u8fc7\u4e00\u6b21\u7acb\u6cd5\u542c\u8bc1\u4f1a\uff0c\u56fd\u5bb6\u8d28\u68c0\u603b\u5c40\u6cd5\u89c4\u53f8\u6cd5\u89c4\u4e00\u5904\u5904\u957f\u674e\u660e\u521a\u4eca\u5e747\u6708\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5b83\u76ee\u524d\u8fd8\u5904\u4e8e“\u8c03\u7814\u9636\u6bb5”\u3002\u6709\u5a92\u4f53\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u300a\u5305\u88c5\u7269\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u7ba1\u7406\u529e\u6cd5\u300b\u53bb\u5e74\u5e95\u4f1a\u51fa\u53f0\uff0c\u4f46\u53c2\u4e0e\u8be5\u529e\u6cd5\u8d77\u8349\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u5305\u88c5\u603b\u516c\u53f8\u6280\u672f\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9ad8\u7ea7\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u4f59\u6e21\u5143\u8bf4\uff0c“\u73b0\u5728\u8fd8\u5728\u5ba1\u5b9a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d”\u3002<\/p>\n

\u674e\u660e\u521a\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c“\u901a\u8fc7\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u53d1\u5e03\u6761\u4f8b\u3001\u5404\u90e8\u95e8\u53d1\u5e03\u89c4\u7ae0\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5c06\u6765\u6709\u4e00\u5929\u4e0a\u5347\u5230\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5c42\u6b21\uff0c\u89e3\u51b3\u6267\u6cd5\u4f9d\u636e\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u7ed9\u751f\u4ea7\u8005\u3001\u7ecf\u8425\u8005\u3001\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u51c6\u7ef3\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u6211\u4eec\u624d\u80fd\u591f\u4ece\u6839\u672c\u4e0a\u89e3\u51b3\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002” <\/p>\n

\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u6bcf\u5e74\u53d1\u52a8“\u653b\u52bf”\u4ee5\u53ca\u53d1\u5e03\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7684\u89c4\u8303\uff0c\u5176\u5bf9\u8c61\u603b\u662f\u751f\u4ea7\u8005\u3001\u9500\u552e\u8005\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u4ee5\u6b64\u89e3\u51b3\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u6b64\u65b9\u5f0f\u5374\u6709\u6cbb\u6807\u4e0d\u6cbb\u672c\u4e4b\u5acc\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u5982\u679c\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u5e02\u573a\u4f9d\u7136\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u89c4\u8303\u751f\u4ea7\u8005\u548c\u9500\u552e\u8005\u80fd\u5728\u591a\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u594f\u6548\u5462\uff1f\u5173\u4e8e\u6708\u997c\u5305\u88c5\u7684\u89c4\u8303\u5df2\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\uff0c\u5168\u56fd\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u76d1\u7763\u8fd0\u52a8\u4e5f\u641e\u4e86\u597d\u51e0\u5e74\uff0c\u5728\u5404\u79cd\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u5546\u54c1\u4e2d\uff0c\u6708\u997c\u662f\u6700\u5148\u88ab\u5173\u6ce8\u3001\u88ab\u8ba8\u8bba\u6700\u591a\u7684\u5546\u54c1\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u5b83\u7684\u8c6a\u534e\u5305\u88c5\u73b0\u8c61\u4f9d\u7136\u5e74\u5e74\u76db\u884c\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\uff0c\u5546\u54c1\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u8003\u9a8c\u7684\u5176\u5b9e\u662f\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u7edd\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u8d2d\u4e70\u8c6a\u534e\u5305\u88c5\u7248\u7684\u6708\u997c\u5e76\u975e\u81ea\u5df1\u6d88\u8d39\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u793c\u54c1\u9001\u4eba\u3002\u751f\u4ea7\u8005\u5bf9\u4ea7\u54c1\u505a\u8c6a\u534e\u5305\u88c5\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u4e3a\u793c\u54c1\u3002\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u6708\u997c\uff0c\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u95ee\u9898\u6bd4\u8f83\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u9152\u3001\u8336\u53f6\u7b49\uff0c\u90fd\u6709\u9002\u4e8e\u505a\u793c\u54c1\u7684\u7279\u70b9\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u8fce\u5408\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u7528\u793c\u54c1\u52a0\u6df1\u5f7c\u6b64\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u5546\u54c1\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u793c\u54c1\uff0c\u4f46\u793c\u54c1\u5e02\u573a\u5374\u662f\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u91cd\u707e\u533a\uff0c\u5b83\u6240\u9075\u5faa\u7684\u539f\u5219\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u4e2d\u56fd\u8457\u540d\u5bfc\u6f14\u51af\u5c0f\u521a\u7684\u4e00\u53e5\u7535\u5f71\u53f0\u8bcd\u8868\u8fbe\uff1a“\u4e0d\u6c42\u6700\u597d\uff0c\u4f46\u6c42\u6700\u8d35”\u3002\u5982\u679c\u62e5\u6709\u8fd9\u79cd\u4ef7\u503c\u89c2\u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u65b9\u5f0f\u6216\u8005\u9001\u793c\u6587\u5316\u4e0d\u80fd\u6539\u53d8\uff0c\u5bf9\u8c6a\u534e\u5305\u88c5\u5546\u54c1\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u5c31\u4e0d\u4f1a\u6d88\u5931\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u51fa\u53f0\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\u5145\u5176\u91cf\u53ea\u662f\u8ba9\u806a\u660e\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u53d8\u901a\u4e00\u4e0b\u65b9\u5f0f\u800c\u5df2\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u5355\u5355\u662f\u7981\u6b62\u4e00\u79cd\u884c\u4e3a\u89e3\u51b3\u4e0d\u4e86\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u627e\u5230\u4e00\u79cd\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u6709\u4e00\u53e5\u6d41\u884c\u7684\u4fdd\u5065\u54c1\u5e7f\u544a\u8bcd\u53eb“\u9001\u793c\u9001\u5065\u5eb7”\uff0c\u610f\u601d\u662f\u8981\u9001\u7ed9\u5bf9\u65b9\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u6e29\u9971\u89e3\u51b3\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u5bf9\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5927\u3002\u8fd9\u53e5\u8bdd\u53ef\u4ee5\u501f\u7528\u5230\u8fc7\u5ea6\u5305\u88c5\u95ee\u9898\u4e0a\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4e0d\u662f\u4e2a\u4eba\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6574\u4e2a\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u89c2\u5ff5\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u793c\u54c1\u6d88\u8d39\u7684\u89c2\u5ff5\u3002 <\/p>\n
