href=\"https:\/\/www.earthworks.org\/campaigns\/ditch-ocean-dumping\/\">2.2\u4ebf\u5428<\/a>\u7684\u5371\u9669\u5e9f\u6599\uff0c\u5373\u5c3e\u77ff\u3002\u5c3e\u77ff\u662f\u4ece\u77ff\u77f3\u4e2d\u63d0\u53d6\u77ff\u7269\u540e\u7559\u4e0b\u7684\u6ce5\u6e23\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u542b\u6709\u751f\u4ea7\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u548c\u7837\u7b49\u5929\u7136\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u5f53\u66b4\u9732\u5728\u7a7a\u6c14\u6216\u6c34\u4e2d\u65f6\u4f1a\u53d8\u5f97\u6709\u6bd2\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u5371\u9669\u7684\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u4f1a\u627c\u6740\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u6d77\u5e95\u7684\u8106\u5f31\u751f\u7269\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u4e5f\u4f1a\u968f\u6d77\u6c34\u6269\u6563\uff0c\u6c61\u67d3\u5c45\u6c11\u6d88\u8d39\u7684\u6d77\u9c9c\uff0c\u7834\u574f\u73ca\u745a\u7901\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6816\u606f\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>[chinadialogue_image]<\/p>\n<figure
