sink\uff09\u2014\u2014\u80fd\u591f\u6c47\u96c6\u78b3\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u5e7f\u4e3a\u4eba\u77e5\u7684\u78b3\u6c47\u65e0\u7591\u662f\u68ee\u6797\u3001\u8349\u5730\u3001\u6cbc\u6cfd\u7b49\u9646\u5730\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u4f46\u8fd1\u51e0\u5e74\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u968f\u7740\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u95f4\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u4e13\u95e8\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08IPCC\uff092019\u5e74<a href=\"https:\/\/chinadialogue.org.cn\/zh\/6\/72946\/\">\u201c\u57fa\u4e8e\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u201d<\/a>\u6982\u5ff5\u65b9\u5174\u672a\u827e\uff0c\u8ba9\u201c\u84dd\u78b3\u201d\uff08\u84dd\u8272\u78b3\u6c47\uff09\u6982\u5ff5\u5728\u79d1\u5b66\u754c\u915d\u917f\u4e86<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-019-11693-w\">\u8d85\u8fc710\u5e74<\/a>\u4e4b\u540e\u7ec8\u4e8e\u8fdb\u5165\u5927\u4f17\u89c6\u91ce\u3002\u5728IPCC\u90a3\u4efd\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u5f0f\u7684\u62a5\u544a\u4e2d\uff0c\u84dd\u78b3\u4e3b\u8981\u6307\u201c\u690d\u88ab\u8986\u76d6\u7684\u6cbf\u6d77\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u201d\uff0c\u5178\u578b\u7684\u662f\u4e09\u7c7b\u2014\u2014\u7ea2\u6811\u6797\u3001\u76d0\u6cbc\uff0c\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/15310\/?lang=zh-hans\">\u6d77\u8349\u5e8a<\/a>\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u7684\u690d\u7269\u3001\u52a8\u7269\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5e95\u90e8\u6c89\u79ef\u7269\u90fd\u50a8\u5b58\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u78b3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u4e0a\u5bf9\u84dd\u78b3\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u548c\u63d0\u5021\u6b63\u9010\u6e10\u4ece\u6d77\u5cb8\u5e26\u8fdb\u5165\u6d77\u6d0b\u3002\u6bd4\u5982<a href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/17840\/?lang=zh-hans\">\u78f7\u867e\u3001\u9c7c\u7c7b<\/a>\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/13512-priceless-poo-the-global-cooling-effect-of-whales\/?lang=zh-hans\">\u9cb8\u7c7b<\/a>\u7684\u56fa\u78b3\u80fd\u529b\u5f00\u59cb\u53d7\u5230\u5173\u6ce8\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u5e7f\u53d7\u5173\u6ce8\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.science.org\/doi\/10.1126\/sciadv.abb4848#:~:text=Limiting%2520blue%2520carbon%2520extraction%2520by,the%2520increase%2520of%2520carcasses%2520deadfall\">\u7814\u7a76<\/a>\u63d0\u51fa\uff1a\u51cf\u5c11\u6355\u635e\uff0c\u8ba9\u66f4\u591a\u5927\u578b\u9c7c\u7c7b\u5728\u6d77\u4e2d\u81ea\u7136\u6b7b\u4ea1\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u589e\u52a0\u201c\u84dd\u78b3\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u5341\u4e09\u4e94\u201d\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u84dd\u78b3\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u80fd\u89c1\u5ea6\u4e5f\u9010\u6b65\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u8d77\u521d\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u540c\u6837\u5728\u6d77\u5cb8\u5e26\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec2016\u5e74\u542f\u52a8\u7684\u201c\u5357\u7ea2\u5317\u67f3\u201d\u6e7f\u5730\u4fee\u590d\u5de5\u7a0b\uff0c2020\u5e74\u9881\u5e03\u7684\u4e3a\u671f\u4e94\u5e74\u7684\u300a\u7ea2\u6811\u6797\u4fdd\u62a4\u4fee\u590d\u4e13\u9879\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212\u300b\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e09\u79cd\u5178\u578b\u6ee8\u6d77\u84dd\u78b3\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u4fee\u590d\u88ab\u5199\u5165\u4e86<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gov.cn:8080\/zhengce\/zhengceku\/2020-06\/12\/content_5518982.htm\">\u5168\u56fd\u91cd\u8981\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u4fdd\u62a4\u548c\u4fee\u590d\u91cd\u5927\u5de5\u7a0b\u603b\u4f53\u89c4\u5212<\/a>\u3002\u4eca\u5e744\u6708\uff0c\u6e5b\u6c5f\u7684\u4e00\u7247\u7ea2\u6811\u6797\u8fd8\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u5168\u56fd\u9996\u4e2a\u57fa\u4e8e\u84dd\u8272\u78b3\u6c47\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zhanjiang.gov.cn\/yaowen\/content\/post_1438666.html\">\u78b3\u4ea4\u6613\u9879\u76ee<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u800c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bf9\u84dd\u78b3\u7684\u5173\u6ce8\u4e5f\u5df2\u7ecf\u8d85\u8d8a\u6d77\u5cb8\u5e26\u3002\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u90e8\u526f\u90e8\u957f\u3001\u56fd\u5bb6\u6d77\u6d0b\u5c40\u5c40\u957f\u738b\u5b8f\u57287\u6708\u7684\u4e00\u573a\u53d1\u5e03\u4f1a\u4e0a<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.people.com.cn\/n1\/2021\/0707\/c1004-32151338.html\">\u8c08\u5230<\/a>\u84dd\u78b3\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u4ed6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u5173\u4e8e\u84dd\u78b3\u4ea4\u6613\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u89c4\u5212\u5c06\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u4e24\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5176\u4e00\u662f\u63a8\u7ea2\u6811\u6797\u3001\u6d77\u8349\u5e8a\u3001\u76d0\u6cbc\u8fd9\u4e09\u79cd\u88abIPCC\u627f\u8ba4\u7684\u84dd\u78b3\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5176\u4e8c\u662f\u63a8\u201c\u6e14\u4e1a\u78b3\u6c47\u201d\u548c\u201c\u6d77\u6d0b\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u78b3\u6cf5\u201d\u7b49\uff0c\u201c\u8fd9\u90fd\u662f\u5c06\u6765\u84dd\u78b3\u4ea4\u6613\u5927\u6709\u53ef\u4e3a\u7684\u9886\u57df\u201d\uff0c\u4ed6\u8bf4\u3002\u8fd9\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u964c\u751f\u6982\u5ff5\u53ef\u80fd\u56f0\u6270\u4e86\u8bb8\u591a\u4eba\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u4ee3\u8868\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bf9\u84dd\u78b3\u7684\u63a2\u7d22\u548c\u7406\u89e3\u4e5f\u540c\u6837\u6b63\u4ece\u6d77\u5cb8\u5e26\u8fdb\u5165\u6d77\u6d0b\uff0c\u53ea\u4e0d\u8fc7\u53d6\u5411\u4e0e\u4f17\u4e0d\u540c\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u201c\u6e14\u4e1a\u78b3\u6c47\u201d\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u5de5\u7a0b\u9662\u9662\u58eb\u3001\u6d77\u6d0b\u6e14\u4e1a\u4e0e\u751f\u6001\u5b66\u5bb6\u5510\u542f\u5347\u57282010\u5e74\u6700\u5148\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u201c\u78b3\u6c47\u6e14\u4e1a\u201d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u636e\u4ed6\u8bf4<a href=\"https:\/\/sd.dzwww.com\/sdnews\/202109\/t20210909_9123596.htm\">\u7075\u611f\u6765\u81ea\u4e8e<\/a>\u6b64\u524d\u56fd\u9645\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u5411\u6d77\u4e2d\u6492\u94c1\u80a5\u5316\u6d77\u6c34\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6d6e\u6e38\u690d\u7269\u751f\u957f\u5438\u6536\u5927\u6c14\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u3002\u8fd9\u8ba9\u4ed6\u60f3\u5230\uff1a\u591a\u517b\u6247\u8d1d\u540c\u6837\u53ef\u4ee5\u56fa\u78b3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5510\u542f\u5347\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u51e1\u662f\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u6295\u5165\u9975\u6599\u7684\u6e14\u4e1a\u90fd\u5177\u6709\u78b3\u6c47\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u662f\u85fb\u7c7b\u548c\u8d1d\u7c7b\u7684\u517b\u6b96\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u751f\u7269\u80fd\u591f\u901a\u8fc7\u5149\u5408\u4f5c\u7528\u6216\u6ee4\u98df\u6d6e\u6e38\u690d\u7269\u4ece\u5927\u6c14\u548c\u6d77\u6c34\u4e2d\u5438\u6536\u78b3\u5143\u7d20\u3002\u5510\u542f\u5347\u57282017\u5e74<a href=\"https:\/\/aoc.ouc.edu.cn\/2017\/0820\/c9821a69011\/pagem.htm\">\u8868\u793a<\/a>\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u6d77\u6c34\u8d1d\u7c7b\u548c\u85fb\u7c7b\u517b\u6b96\u5bf9\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u51cf\u6392\u7684\u8d21\u732e\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e\u6bcf\u5e74\u65b0\u589e\u9020\u6797\u9762\u79ef70\u591a\u4e07\u516c\u9877\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gov.cn\/xinwen\/2016-10\/11\/content_5117519.htm\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u70ed\u5e26\u96e8\u6797\u751f\u6001\u4fdd\u62a4\u7ea2\u7ebf\u9762\u79ef<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5510\u542f\u5347\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u78b3\u6c47\u6e14\u4e1a\u7684\u5bf9\u8c61\u4e5f\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u8d1d\u7c7b\u548c\u85fb\u7c7b\uff0c\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5305\u62ec\u9c7c\u7c7b\u3001\u5934\u8db3\u7c7b\u3001\u7532\u58f3\u7c7b\u548c\u68d8\u76ae\u52a8\u7269\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u5176\u9014\u5f84\u4e5f\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u517b\u6b96\uff0c\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5305\u62ec<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aquaticjournal.com\/article\/yykxjz\/2013\/1\/70\">\u6d77\u6d0b\u6355\u635e<\/a>\u3002\u4ed6\u5efa\u8bae\u5229\u7528\u6d77\u6d0b\u751f\u7269\u98df\u7269\u94fe\u89c4\u5f8b\u4ee5\u53ca\u6d77\u6d0b\u73af\u5883\u7684\u7269\u7406\u5316\u5b66\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u7acb\u4f53\u5316\u7684\u7efc\u5408\u517b\u6b96\uff0c\u8ba9\u4e0d\u540c\u6c34\u6df1\u7684\u85fb\u7c7b\u3001\u8d1d\u7c7b\u3001\u68d8\u76ae\u7c7b\u4e92\u76f8\u5229\u7528\u4ee3\u8c22\u7269\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u9ad8\u6548\u5b9e\u73b0\u6e14\u4e1a\u7684\u78b3\u6c47\u529f\u80fd\uff1b\u4ed6\u8fd8\u5efa\u8bae\u53d1\u5c55\u6d77\u6d0b\u7267\u573a\u2014\u2014\u901a\u8fc7\u6295\u653e\u9c7c\u7901\u3001\u91c7\u7528\u9c7c\u7fa4\u63a7\u5236\u6280\u672f\u7b49\uff0c\u5c06\u4eba\u5de5\u653e\u6d41\u7684\u9c7c\u7c7b\u5728\u76f8\u5bf9\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u6d77\u6d0b\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u805a\u96c6\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u8f85\u4e4b\u4ee5\u5728\u8fd1\u5cb8\u5efa\u8bbe\u6d77\u8349\u548c\u6d77\u85fb\u5e8a\uff0c\u5728\u6df1\u6d77\u517b\u6b96\u5927\u578b\u85fb\u7c7b\uff0c\u5728\u589e\u52a0\u6c34\u4ea7\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u78b3\u6c47\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u78b3\u6c47\u6e14\u4e1a\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4ef7\u503c\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u4ec5\u6765\u81ea\u6e14\u4e1a\u672c\u8eab\uff0c\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u6765\u81ea\u78b3\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u5510\u542f\u5347\u66fe<a
