{"id":40092715,"date":"2022-12-05T10:22:17","date_gmt":"2022-12-05T10:22:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chinadialogueocean.net\/?p=92715"},"modified":"2023-01-25T21:48:36","modified_gmt":"2023-01-25T21:48:36","slug":"92715","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/zh\/9\/92715\/","title":{"rendered":"\u585e\u5185\u52a0\u5c14\u7684\u9c7c\u7c89\u5382\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6218"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u5341\u5e74\u4e2d\uff0c\u5728\u585e\u5185\u52a0\u5c14\u7ecf\u8425\u7684\u9c7c\u7c89\u5de5\u5382\u4e0d\u53d7\u9650\u5236\u5730\u8fc5\u901f\u6269\u5f20\u3002\u5bf9\u6b64\uff0c\u5e76\u975e\u6240\u6709\u516c\u6c11\u90fd\u8896\u624b\u65c1\u89c2\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5361\u4e9a\u5c14\u6cbf\u6d77\u793e\u533a\u6700\u8fd1\u5c06\u4e00\u5bb6\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u516c\u53f8\u544a\u4e0a\u6cd5\u5ead\uff0c\u79f0\u5176\u5de5\u5382\u6c61\u67d3\u996e\u7528\u6c34\uff0c\u5371\u53ca\u751f\u547d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u539f\u544a\u8981\u6c42\u6682\u65f6\u5173\u95ed\u5df4\u7eb3\uff08Barna\uff09\u9c7c\u7c89\u5382\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e00\u8bc9\u6c42\u572811\u6708\u88ab\u9a73\u56de\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\u73af\u4fdd\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7eff\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u5728\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5206\u652f\u673a\u6784\u5374\u5e76\u4e0d\u8ba4\u4e3a\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u632b\u6298\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u76f8\u4fe1\uff0c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5c06\u4fdd\u62a4\u5973\u6027\u9c7c\u7c7b\u52a0\u5de5\u8005\u548c\u6e14\u6c11\uff0c\u4f7f\u4eba\u4eec\u80fd\u518d\u4e70\u5f97\u8d77\u9c7c\u3001\u4e70\u5f97\u5230\u9c7c\uff0c\u5e76\u4fdd\u62a4\u513f\u7ae5\u514d\u53d7\u5de5\u5382\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u201d\u7eff\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u975e\u6d32\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u8d44\u6df1\u6d77\u6d0b\u9879\u76ee\u4e3b\u4efb\u963f\u91cc\u6b27\u00b7\u5df4\uff08Aliou Ba\uff09\u5728\u4e00\u4efd<a href=\"https:\/\/naturaljustice.org\/joint-statement-from-greenpeace-africa-and-natural-justice\/\">\u58f0\u660e<\/a>\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5df4\u7eb3\u5de5\u5382\u81ea2019\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u8fd0\u8425\uff0c\u662f\u585e\u5185\u52a0\u5c14\u516b\u5bb6\u6ce8\u518c\u9c7c\u7c89\u5382\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u90bb\u56fd\u5188\u6bd4\u4e9a\u548c\u6bdb\u91cc\u5854\u5c3c\u4e9a\u4e5f\u90fd\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u9c7c\u7c89\u548c\u9c7c\u6cb9\u5de5\u5382\uff0c\u4e3a\u6b27\u6d32\u548c\u4e9a\u6d32\u7684\u6c34\u4ea7\u517b\u6b96\u4e1a\u548c\u755c\u7267\u4e1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u9972\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/zh\/6\/77425\/\">\u56e0\u4e3a\u673a\u68b0\u5316\u62d6\u7f51\u6e14\u8239\u4e3a\u5176\u63d0\u4f9b\u5927\u91cf\u5c0f\u9c7c\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9c7c\u672c\u6765\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u624b\u5de5\u6e14\u6c11\u83b7\u53d6\u7684<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u540c\u65f6\u8fd8\u53d7\u5230\u5e9f\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u4e0d\u5584\u548c\u6c61\u67d3\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u5f53\u5730\u793e\u533a\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u79ef\u6781\u5730\u884c\u52a8\u8d77\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4eca\u5e749\u6708\u5728\u585e\u5185\u52a0\u5c14\u57ce\u5e02\u6377\u65af\u4e3e\u884c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u542c\u8bc1\u4f1a\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u662f\u4e00\u6b21\u5386\u53f2\u6027\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u897f\u975e\u516c\u6c11\u6b64\u524d\u5c31\u73af\u5883\u95ee\u9898\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5f88\u4f4e\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u53f8\u6cd5\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u6765\u81ea\u793e\u533a\u3001\u76f8\u5173\u516c\u6c11\u548c\u73af\u4fdd\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u7684\u5173\u6ce8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6765\u81ea\u5361\u4e9a\u5c14\u5e02\uff08Kayar\uff09\u7684\u4eba\u4eec\u51fa\u793a\u4e86\u996e\u7528\u6c34\u4e2d\u67d0\u4e9b\u5143\u7d20\u542b\u91cf\u8fbe\u5230\u5371\u9669\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u8bc1\u636e\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8fd9\u5bb6\u9c7c\u7c89\u5de5\u5382\u7684\u4e00\u8f86\u5361\u8f66\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0e\u996e\u7528\u6c34\u6e90\u5730\u76f8\u901a\u7684\u6e56\u6cca\u4e2d\u503e\u5012\u5e9f\u7269\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/media.greenpeace.org\/collection\/27MDHUFRJWLU\">\u89c6\u9891\u7247\u6bb5<\/a> \u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fbe\u5580\u5c14\u5927\u5b66\u533b\u5b66\u9662\u5bf9\u6c34\u6837\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u68c0\u6d4b\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u9644\u8fd1<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/10Donh_gzgp2NQcWDXRGsc4R8GXuA3Asx\/view?usp=sharing\">\u6e56\u6cca<\/a>\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1i7IlK2bym6Knn1Yo5NI3S9ni5OGdZahI\/view?usp=sharing\">\u81ea\u6765\u6c34<\/a>\u4e2d\u7684\u67d0\u4e9b\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u542b\u91cf\u5f88\u9ad8\u3002\u81ea\u6765\u6c34\u4e2d\u7684\u7852\u542b\u91cf\u6bd4\u56fd\u5bb6\u6807\u51c6\u5141\u8bb8\u7684\u9ad830\u500d\uff0c\u800c\u94ec\u542b\u91cf\u9ad84\u500d\u3002\u8fc7\u91cf\u7684\u7852\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u5455\u5410\u548c\u8179\u6cfb\uff0c\u800c\u94ec\u4f1a\u523a\u6fc0\u80c3\u90e8\u548c\u5bfc\u81f4\u751f\u6b96\u7cfb\u7edf\u53d7\u635f\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u5728\u672a\u7ecf\u5904\u7406\u7684\u5e9f\u6c34\u4e2d\u53ef\u7ecf\u5e38<a href=\"https:\/\/www-pub.iaea.org\/MTCD\/Publications\/PDF\/te_1542_web.pdf\">\u53d1\u73b0<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u9c7c\u7c89\u5382\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\u6392\u653e\u5e9f\u6c34\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u80fd\u559d\u81ea\u6765\u6c34\uff0c\u53ea\u5f97\u4ece\u5546\u5e97\u4e70\u6c34\u559d\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u6536\u5165\u5f88\u4f4e\uff0c\u4e70\u6c34\u5bf9\u6211\u4eec\u6765\u8bf4\u592a\u8d35\u4e86\uff0c\u201d\u9c7c\u7c7b\u52a0\u5de5\u8005\u8fea\u4e9a\u5df4\u00b7\u8fea\u5965\u666e\uff08Diaba Diop\uff09\u544a\u8bc9\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\u6d77\u6d0b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6cd5\u5b98\u4e8e11\u67083\u65e5\u9a73\u56de\u4e86\u6b64\u6848\uff0c\u79f0\u9c7c\u7c89\u5382\u4e0e\u6e56\u6c34\u548c\u81ea\u6765\u6c34\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u56e0\u679c\u5173\u7cfb\u503c\u5f97\u6000\u7591\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>42\u5c81\u7684\u6e14\u6c11\u6469\u5c14\u00b7\u8499\u683c\uff08Mor Mbengue\uff09\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\u6d77\u6d0b\u91c7\u8bbf\u65f6\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u8fd9\u7c7b\u8bc9\u8bbc\u5728\u585e\u5185\u52a0\u5c14\u8fd8\u662f\u65b0\u751f\u4e8b\u7269\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6cd5\u9662\u7cfb\u7edf\u9700\u8981\u65f6\u95f4\u6765\u4e86\u89e3\u8be5\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u5224\u51b3\u975e\u5e38\u5931\u671b\uff0c\u4f46\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e3a\u6b63\u4e49\u800c\u6218\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/zh\/6\/77425\/\">\u5c06\u672a\u7ecf\u5904\u7406\u7684\u5e9f\u6c34\u6392\u5165\u6cfb\u6e56<\/a>\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u5188\u6bd4\u4e9a\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u8c03\u505c\uff0c\u53cc\u65b9\u8fbe\u6210\u4e86\u5ead\u5916<a href=\"https:\/\/www.africanews.com\/2017\/06\/30\/gambia-chinese-fishmeal-factory-settled-out-of-court-case\/\">\u548c\u89e3<\/a> \uff0c\u5de5\u5382\u5f97\u4ee5\u7ee7\u7eed\u8fd0\u8425\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8d21\u6731\u5c14\u73af\u4fdd\u6d3b\u52a8\u4eba\u58eb\u4e4b\u540e\u5bf9\u540c\u4e00\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u8d77\u4e86\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u6307\u63a7\u5176\u901a\u8fc7\u7ba1\u9053\u5411\u6d77\u6d0b\u6392\u653e\u672a\u7ecf\u5904\u7406\u7684\u5e9f\u7269\uff0c\u4f46<a href=\"https:\/\/standard.gm\/golden-lead-case-reaches-high-court\/\">\u6b64\u4e8b<\/a>\u88ab\u63d0\u4ea4\u81f3\u73ed\u73e0\u5c14\u7684\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u540e\u81f3\u4eca\u6beb\u65e0\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u8d77\u8bc9\u91d1\u9886\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u2026\u2026\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u5f00\u4e00\u4e2a\u5148\u4f8b\u3002\u8bb8\u591a\u5f53\u5730\u4eba\u62c5\u5fc3\u5197\u957f\u7684\u6cd5\u5ead\u7a0b\u5e8f\u548c\u8fde\u5e26\u7684\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u4eec\u4f9d\u7136\u53bb\u8fd9\u4e48\u505a\u4e86\uff0c\u201d\u6765\u81ea\u8d21\u6731\u5c14\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u5bb6\u62c9\u660e\u00b7\u8d3e\u897f\uff08Lamin
