COP28\u5927\u4f1a\u5c06\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u8bc4\u4f30\u300a\u5df4\u9ece\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\u5b9e\u65bd\u8fdb\u5c55\u7684\u5168\u7403\u76d8\u70b9\uff08Global Stocktake\uff09\u7ed3\u675f\u3002\u4e00\u4efd\u76d8\u70b9\u62a5\u544a<\/a>\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u5728\u5b9e\u73b0\u300a\u5df4\u9ece\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\u5b9a\u4e0b\u7684\u5c06\u5168\u7403\u5347\u6e29\u5e45\u5ea6\u63a7\u5236\u57281.5\u6444\u6c0f\u5ea6\u4ee5\u5185\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u5e76\u672a\u6b65\u5165\u6b63\u8f68\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u5404\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u4ecd\u6709\u8f83\u5927\u7a7a\u95f4\u52a0\u5feb\u91c7\u53d6\u6c14\u5019\u884c\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
