href=\"https:\/\/zh.wikipedia.org\/zh-cn\/%25E6%259D%25B1%25E9%259D%259E%25E5%25A4%25A7%25E8%25A3%2582%25E8%25B0%25B7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u4e1c\u975e\u5927\u88c2\u8c37<\/a>\u7684\u60ac\u5d16\u5ced\u58c1\u4e4b\u4e0b\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u76ee\u524d\u5b83\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u8fd8\u8fdc\u672a\u505c\u6b62\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5851\u6599\u548c\u94a2\u67b6\u7ed3\u6784\u5df2\u7ecf\u5360\u636e\u4e8620\u591a\u516c\u9877\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e20\u4e2a\u8db3\u7403\u573a\u7684\u5927\u5c0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7ecf\u7406\u5e26\u6211\u4eec\u53c2\u89c2\u4e86\u519c\u573a\u3002\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u682a\u897f\u7ea2\u67ff\u3001\u751c\u6912\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u5b83\u4e00\u4e9b\u852c\u83dc\u6392\u6210500\u7c73\u957f\u7684\u7eb5\u5217\u5728\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u8301\u58ee\u6210\u957f\u3002\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u88d4\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u4eec\u6b63\u5728\u4fee\u7b51\u94a2\u7b4b\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c \u800c\u4e39\u9ea6\u6280\u672f\u7684\u91c7\u7528\u5219\u4f7f\u4e24\u4e2a\u51fa\u6c34\u5b54\u7684\u51fa\u6c34\u91cf\u51cf\u5c11\u5230\u6700\u4f4e\u6c34\u5e73\u30021\u5343\u540d\u5987\u5973\u6bcf\u5929\u8981\u91c7\u6458\u3001\u5305\u88c550\u5428\u852c\u83dc\u300224\u5c0f\u65f6\u4e4b\u5185\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u852c\u83dc\u5c31\u88ab\u8fd0\u5230320\u516c\u91cc\u5916\u7684\u4e9a\u7684\u65af\u4e9a\u8d1d\u5df4\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u518d\u88ab\u7a7a\u8fd0\u52301600\u516c\u91cc\u5916\u7684\u8fea\u62dc\u3001\u5409\u8fbe\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e2d\u4e1c\u5176\u5b83\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5546\u5e97\u548c\u9910\u9986\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zh.wikipedia.org\/zh-cn\/%25E5%259F%2583%25E5%25A1%259E%25E4%25BF%2584%25E6%25AF%2594%25E4%25BA%259A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u57c3\u585e\u4fc4\u6bd4\u4e9a<\/a>\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u7cae\u98df\u6700\u4e3a\u77ed\u7f3a\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u6709\u8d85\u8fc71\u53433\u767e\u4e07\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u9700\u8981\u7cae\u98df\u63f4\u52a9\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u81ea\u76f8\u77db\u76fe\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u5374\u62ff\u51fa\u81f3\u5c113\u767e\u4e07\u516c\u9877\u6700\u4e3a\u80a5\u6c83\u7684\u571f\u5730\u7ed9\u90a3\u4e9b\u5bcc\u88d5\u56fd\u5bb6\u53ca\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u4e3a\u5bcc\u6709\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u4ed6\u4eec\u518d\u5c06\u519c\u4ea7\u54c1\u8fd0\u56de\u672c\u56fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5305\u62ec\u963f\u74e6\u8428\u6e29\u5ba4\u5728\u5185\u76841\u5343\u516c\u9877\u571f\u5730\u88ab\u79df\u8ba9\u7ed9\u8eab\u5bb6\u5343\u4ebf\u7684\u6c99\u7279\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u5546\u4eba<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/lists\/2009\/10\/billionaires-2009-richest-people_Mohammed-Al-Amoudi_AQ88.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u9ed8\u7f55\u9ed8\u5fb7&middot;\u963f\u6bdb\u8fea<\/a>\uff0c\u79df\u671f\u662f99\u5e74\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5168\u740350\u5927\u5bcc\u7fc1\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u8fd9\u4f4d\u51fa\u751f\u4e8e\u57c3\u585e\u4fc4\u6bd4\u4e9a\u7684\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u914b\u957f\u540d\u4e0b\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/apps\/news?pid=20601116&amp;sid=aIFZN6VBgYR4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u6c99\u7279\u4e4b\u661f<\/a>\u516c\u53f8\u8ba1\u5212\u5728\u672a\u6765\u51e0\u5e74\u65a5\u8d44$20\u4ebf\u6536\u8d2d\u57c3\u585e\u4fc4\u6bd4\u4e9a\u768450\u4e07\u516c\u9877\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u5e76\u5bf9\u5176\u8fdb\u884c\u5f00\u53d1\u3002\u5230\u76ee\u524d\u4e3a\u6b62\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e70\u4e0b\u56db\u4e2a\u519c\u573a\uff0c\u5411\u6c99\u7279\u5e02\u573a\u63d0\u4f9b\u5c0f\u9ea6\u3001\u7a3b\u5b50\u3001\u852c\u83dc\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u82b1\u5349\u7b49\u4f5c\u7269\u3002\u9884\u671f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u519c\u573a\u7684\u96c7\u5458\u4eba\u6570\u6700\u7ec8\u5c06\u8d85\u8fc71\u4e07\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u975e\u6d32\u670920\u591a\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u5c06\u571f\u5730\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u5730\u51fa\u5356\u6216\u79df\u8ba9\u51fa\u53bb\u8fdb\u884c\u96c6\u7ea6\u5316\u519c\u4e1a\u751f\u4ea7\u3002\u800c\u57c3\u585e\u4fc4\u6bd4\u4e9a\u4ec5\u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u8fd9\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u81ea\u6b96\u6c11\u65f6\u671f\u4ee5\u6765\u6700\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u571f\u5730\u6240\u6709\u6743\u53d8\u66f4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e\u300a\u89c2\u5bdf\u5bb6\u62a5\u300b\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u51e0\u5e74\u91cc\uff0c\u5916\u56fd\u5bcc\u6709\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5df2\u7ecf\u83b7\u5f97\u6216\u6b63\u5728\u4e0e\u5f53\u5730\u653f\u5e9c\u5c31\u56fd\u5bb6\u8865\u52a9\u95ee\u9898\u8fdb\u884c\u8c08\u5224\u7684\u571f\u5730\u591a\u8fbe5000\u4e07\u516c\u9877\uff0c\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e\u4e24\u4e2a\u82f1\u56fd\u7684\u5927\u5c0f\u3002\u672c\u6b21\u8c03\u67e5\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6570\u636e\u7531<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grain.org\/front\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Grain<\/a>\u7ec4\u7ec7\u3001\u56fd\u9645\u73af\u5883\u4e0e\u53d1\u5c55\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iied.org\/general\/about-iied\/about-iied\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IIED<\/a>\uff09\u3001\u56fd\u9645\u571f\u5730\u8054\u76df\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/www.landcoalition.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ILC<\/a>\uff09\u3001<a href=\"https:\/\/www.actionaid.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u884c\u52a8\u63f4\u52a9\u7ec4\u7ec7<\/a>\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u5b83\u4e00\u4e9b\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6536\u96c6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2008\u5e74\u77f3\u6cb9\u4ef7\u683c\u98de\u901f\u4e0a\u6da8\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u5168\u7403\u7206\u53d1\u7cae\u98df\u77ed\u7f3a\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u532e\u4e4f\u65e5\u76ca\u4e25\u91cd\u3002\u6b27\u76df\u575a\u6301\u57282015\u5e74\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5168\u90e8\u4ea4\u901a\u71c3\u6599\u768410%\u6765\u81ea\u751f\u7269\u71c3\u6599\u3002\u53d7\u8bf8\u591a\u539f\u56e0\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5728\u975e\u6d32\u7684\u571f\u5730\u63a0\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\u6b63\u5728\u52a0\u901f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\u5728\u8bb8\u591a\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u571f\u5730\u4ea4\u6613\u5bfc\u81f4\u519c\u6c11\u6d41\u79bb\u5931\u6240\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u793e\u4f1a\u52a8\u4e71\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u8fd9\u79cd&ldquo;\u652b\u53d6\u571f\u5730&rdquo;\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u62b1\u6028\u4e0d\u65ad\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6765\u81ea\u57c3\u585e\u4fc4\u6bd4\u4e9a\u7518\u8d1d\u62c9\u5dde\u7684\u963f\u52aa\u514b\u65cf\u4eba\uff0c\u5c3c\u5361&middot;\u5965\u67e5\u62c9\u7684\u7ecf\u5386\u5c31\u975e\u5e38\u5177\u6709\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u3002\u867d\u7136\u4ed6\u76ee\u524d\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u82f1\u56fd\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5374\u7ecf\u5e38\u4e0e\u8001\u5bb6\u7684\u519c\u6237\u4eec\u8054\u7cfb\u3002\u636e\u4ed6\u8bf4\uff1a&ldquo;\u7518\u8d1d\u62c9\u6240\u6709\u7684 noreferrer\">IsDB<\/a>\uff09\u4f5c\u4e3a\u540e\u76fe\u7684\u6c99\u7279\u6295\u8d44\u516c\u53f8\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iccionline.net\/En\/icci-en\/OurProjects.aspx?id=8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
