{"id":40103,"date":"2010-04-29T15:18:00","date_gmt":"2010-04-29T15:18:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2020-06-22T22:56:02","modified_gmt":"2020-06-22T22:56:02","slug":"40103","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/zh\/1\/40103\/","title":{"rendered":"\u975e\u6d32\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4e89\u593a\u6218\uff082\uff09"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u6ca1\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u5728\u8fd9\u573a\u571f\u5730\u70ed\u6f6e\u4e2d\u5e78\u514d\u3002\u82cf\u4e39\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u521a\u521a\u4ece\u5185\u6218\u7684\u4f24\u75db\u4e2d\u8d70\u51fa\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u5df2\u7ecf\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u4f7f\u4e00\u4ee3\u4eba\u4e27\u5931\u4e86\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u6743\u529b\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u5b83\u5374\u6210\u4e3a\u65b0\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4ea4\u6613\u70ed\u70b9\u3002\u97e9\u56fd \u516c\u53f8\u53bb\u5e74\u8d2d\u4e70\u4e86\u82cf\u4e39\u5317\u90e870\u4e07\u516c\u9877\u7684\u571f\u5730\u7528\u4e8e\u79cd\u690d\u5c0f\u9ea6\uff1b\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u8054\u5408\u914b\u957f\u56fd\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e70\u4e0b\u4e8675\u4e07\u516c\u9877\u7684\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u800c\u6c99\u7279\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u5219\u57282\u6708\u4efd\u521a\u521a\u4e0e\u5c3c\u7f57\u6cb3\u7701\u7b7e\u8ba2\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd 4.2\u4e07\u516c\u9877\u571f\u5730\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u3002 <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.goss-online.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u5357\u82cf\u4e39\u653f\u5e9c<\/a>\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u60f3\u8981\u8d2d\u4e70\u571f\u5730\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u3002\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u4e0e\u704c\u6e89\u90e8\u4e3b\u4efb\u5f7c\u5f97&middot;\u4e54\u91cc\u6700\u8fd1\u5728<a href=\"https:\/\/zh.wikipedia.org\/zh-cn\/%25E6%259C%25B1%25E5%25B7%25B4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u6731\u5df4<\/a>\u8868\u793a\uff1a&ldquo;\u6211\u4eec\u5df2\u7ecf\u6536\u5230\u5f88\u591a\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u8c08\u5224\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u4e2d\u3002\u4e00\u5bb6\u4e39\u9ea6\u516c\u53f8\u6b63\u5728\u4e0e\u56fd\u5bb6\u8fdb\u884c\u78cb\u5546\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u4e00\u4e9b\u5219\u5e0c\u671b\u83b7\u5f97\u5c3c\u7f57\u6cb3\u9644\u8fd1\u571f\u5730\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u6743\u3002&rdquo; <\/p>\n<p>\u800c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u9879\u6700\u5177\u6709\u7279\u6b8a\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u4e2d\uff0c\u7531\u524d\u671f\u8d27\u4ea4\u6613\u5546\u83f2\u5229\u666e&middot;\u6d77\u5c14\u4f2f\u683c\u9886\u5bfc\u7684\u7ebd\u7ea6\u6295\u8d44\u516c\u53f8<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jarchcapital.com\/aboutjarch.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jarch Capital<\/a>\u7684\u4f5c\u98ce\u7d20\u6765\u5f3a\u608d\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u7ecf\u5728<a href=\"https:\/\/zh.wikipedia.org\/zh-cn\/%25E8%25BE%25BE%25E5%25B0%2594%25E5%25AF%258C%25E5%25B0%2594\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u8fbe\u5c14\u5bcc\u5c14<\/a>\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u5357\u82cf\u4e39\u5730\u533a\u79df\u4e0b\u4e8680\u4e07\u516c\u9877\u7684\u571f\u5730\u3002\u6d77\u5c14\u4f2f\u683c\u5df2\u7ecf\u627f\u8bfa\u4e0d\u4ec5\u8981\u4e3a\u5f53\u5730\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5c31\u4e1a\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8fd8\u5c06\u62ff\u51fa\u5176\u6536\u76ca\u768410%\u751a\u81f3\u66f4\u591a\u56de\u9988\u5f53\u5730\u7684\u4eba\u6c11\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5374\u56e0\u4e3a&ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/farmlandgrab.org\/cat\/Jarch%20Capital\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u63a0\u593a<\/a>&rdquo;\u516c\u6709\u7528\u5730\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ee3\u8868\u7f8e\u56fd\u5206\u88c2\u82cf\u4e39\u7684\u4f01\u56fe\u5e76\u5265\u524a\u5176\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u7b49\u539f\u56e0\u800c\u9971\u53d7\u82cf\u4e39\u4eba\u7684\u6307\u8d23\u3002 <\/p>\n<p>\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u7ec4\u7ec7<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grain.org\/front\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Grain<\/a>\u7684 \u8499\u7279\u5229\u5c14\u5e38\u9a7b\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u5fb7\u592b\u6797&middot;\u5e93\u8036\u514b\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6295\u8d44\u975e\u6d32\u571f\u5730\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u7ecf\u88ab\u8bb8\u591a\u56fd\u5bb6\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u7684\u7cae\u98df\u4f9b\u5e94\u6218\u7565\u3002\u4ed6\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff1a&ldquo;\u5728\u5bcc\u88d5\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u773c\u4e2d\uff0c\u6295\u8d44\u975e\u6d32\u4e0d\u4ec5\u80fd\u591f\u83b7\u5f97\u7a33 \u5b9a\u7684\u8d44\u672c\u6536\u76ca\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e07\u5168\u4e4b\u8ba1\u3002\u53d72008\u5e7428\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u6240\u906d\u53d7\u7684\u7cae\u98df\u77ed\u7f3a\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u52a8\u4e71\u3001\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u532e\u4e4f\u3001\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u3001\u4eba\u53e3\u589e\u957f\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u571f\u5730\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u6709\u5438\u5f15 \u529b\u3002\u975e\u6d32\u62e5\u6709\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u4ef7\u683c\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u5927\u9646\u76f8\u6bd4\u975e\u5e38\u4fbf\u5b9c\u3002&rdquo;
