\u5609\u5bbe\u4f5c\u8005\u51af\u6c38\u5cf0<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

 \u300a\u5357\u65b9\u5468\u672b\u300b5<\/span>\u6708\u5bf9\u6e56\u5317\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u4e0a\u9a6c\u5343\u4e07\u4ea9\u6797\u6d46\u7eb8\u9879\u76ee<\/a>“<\/a><\/span>\u70bc\u5c71<\/a>”<\/a><\/span>\u6bc1\u6797<\/a><\/wbr>\u7684\u62a5\u9053\u518d\u6b21\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u96c6\u4f53\u6797\u6743\u5236\u5ea6\u6539\u9769\u662f\u62ff\u4e2d\u56fd\u8106\u5f31\u7684\u751f\u6001\u8fdb\u884c\u8d4c\u535a\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6309\u56fd\u5bb6\u60ef\u8bed\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u6797\u6743\u5927\u4f53\u5206\u4e3a\u56fd\u6709\u6797\u6743\u548c\u96c6\u4f53\u6797\u6743\u3002<\/wbr>\u524d\u8005\u5927\u6982\u53bf\u7ea7\u4ee5\u4e0a\u90e8\u95e8\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a7\u5236\u548c\u6d41\u8f6c\uff0c<\/wbr>\u540e\u8005\u5927\u6982\u7531\u6751\u7ea7\u5355\u4f4d\u63a7\u5236\u548c\u6d41\u8f6c\uff0c<\/wbr>\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u5f62\u5f0f\u90fd\u7ed9\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u6797\u4e1a\u5e72\u90e8\u548c\u6751\u4e3b\u4efb\u8150\u8d25\u4e4b\u673a\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u96c6\u4f53\u6797\u6743\u6539\u9769\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u628a<\/span>“<\/span>\u96c6\u4f53\u6797<\/span>”<\/span>\u4ee5\u786e\u6743\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c<\/wbr>\u4ee5\u957f\u671f\u627f\u5305\u4f7f\u7528\u6743\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c<\/span>“<\/span>\u5206\u914d<\/span>”<\/span>\u7ed9\u5404\u4e2a\u6751\u6c11\uff0c<\/wbr>\u7531\u6751\u6c11\u81ea\u5df1\u51b3\u5b9a\u8fd9\u7247\u6797\u5730\u7684\u7ecf\u8425\u3002\u5f53\u7136\uff0c<\/wbr>\u56fd\u5bb6\u6797\u4e1a\u90e8\u95e8\u4f1a\u51fa\u53f0\u8bf8\u591a\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u6765\u63a7\u5236\u6751\u6c11\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c<\/wbr>\u4ee5\u514d\u51fa\u73b0\u4e0d\u5e94\u6709\u7684\u751f\u6001\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u6709\u4eba\u628a\u96c6\u4f53\u6797\u6743\u6539\u9769\u79f0\u4e3a<\/span>“<\/span>\u7b2c\u4e09\u8f6e\u571f\u6539<\/span>”<\/span>\uff0c<\/wbr>\u5b9e\u9645\u662f\u4ee5\u534e\u5317\u5e73\u539f\u7684\u519c\u4e1a\u8015\u4f5c\u601d\u7ef4\u7ecf\u8425\u6797\u4e1a\u3002\u6709\u4eba\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c<\/wbr>\u6797\u6743\u6539\u9769\u7684\u7406\u8bba\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u662f<\/span>1978<\/span>\u5e74\u7684<\/span>“<\/span>\u571f\u5730\u8054\u4ea7\u627f\u5305\u8d23\u4efb\u5236<\/span>”<\/span>\u3002<\/wbr>\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u628a\u571f\u5730\u7ecf\u8425\u6743\u5229\u8ba9\u6e21\u7ed9\u519c\u6c11\uff0c\u6781\u5927\u5730\u523a\u6fc0\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u529b\u3002<\/wbr>\u4f46<\/span>30<\/span>\u5e74\u540e\u518d\u770b\u6b64\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u627f\u5305\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\uff0c<\/span>“<\/span>\u8054\u4ea7<\/span>”<\/span>\u5374\u4e00\u76f4\u6ca1\u5b9e\u73b0\uff0c<\/wbr>\u4e2d\u56fd\u519c\u6c11\u7684\u8015\u4f5c\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f7f\u571f\u5730\u6c61\u67d3\u3001\u677f\u7ed3\uff0c\u6df1\u53d7\u5176\u5bb3\u3002\u800c\u4f34\u968f\u5de5\u4e1a\u5316\u3001<\/wbr>\u57ce\u5e02\u5316\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u519c\u6c11\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u8054\u5408\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u53cd\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5bfc\u81f4\u6751\u5e84\u8870\u9000\u3001<\/wbr>\u7834\u788e\u5316\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u518d\u770b\u96c6\u4f53\u6797\u6743\u6539\u9769\u7684<\/span> <\/span>“<\/span>\u8bd5\u9a8c<\/span>”<\/span>\u3002\u798f\u5efa\u662f\u5168\u56fd\u6797\u6539\u7684<\/span>“<\/span>\u6a21\u5f0f\u6807\u672c<\/span>”<\/span>\u4e4b<\/wbr>\u4e00\uff0c\u5357\u5e73\u53c8\u662f\u798f\u5efa\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4ea7\u51fa\u5730\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u4f46\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c<\/wbr>\u5929\u7136\u6797\u88ab\u66ff\u6362\u4e3a\u4eba\u5de5\u6797\uff0c\u95fd\u6c5f\u5404\u652f\u6d41\u5e74\u590d\u4e00\u5e74\u66b4\u53d1\u6d2a\u6c34\uff0c<\/wbr>\u68ee\u6797\u6b63\u5728\u6210\u4e3a\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e89\u593a\u7eaf\u7cb9\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6548\u76ca\u7684\u5730\u76d8\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c<\/wbr>\u53d7\u5229\u76ca\u7ea0\u845b\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u6797\u6743\u6539\u9769\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6797\u6743\u8bc1\uff0c<\/wbr>\u81f3\u4eca\u6ca1\u6709\u771f\u6b63\u53d1\u653e\u5230\u519c\u6c11\u624b\u4e2d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u9488\u5bf9\u96c6\u4f53\u6797\u6743\u6539\u9769\u8fd9\u573a\u8c6a\u8d4c\uff0c\u6211\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u662f\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n

1.    <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u68ee\u6797\u50cf\u7a7a\u6c14\u3001\u5927\u6d77\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u7b80\u5355\u786e\u6743\u548c\u5206\u5272\uff0c<\/wbr>\u5176\u751f\u6001\u6548\u76ca\u8fdc\u9ad8\u4e8e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6548\u76ca\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c<\/wbr>\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u68ee\u6797\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u5df2\u7ecf\u5d29\u6e83\u7684\u4eca\u5929\uff0c\u6709\u5929\u7136\u6797\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c<\/wbr>\u6700\u597d\u4e0d\u8981\u63a8\u884c\u6797\u6743\u6539\u9769\uff0c\u800c\u8981\u5168\u90e8\u7eb3\u5165\u56fd\u5bb6\u516c\u76ca\u6797\u91cd\u70b9\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

2.     <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u770b\u7834<\/span>“<\/span>\u5b9c\u6797\u8352\u5c71<\/span>”<\/span>\u7684\u6b3a\u9a97\u6027\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u5df2\u6ca1\u6709<\/span>“<\/span>\u5b9c\u6797\u8352\u5c71<\/span>”<\/span>\uff0c\u6240\u6709<\/span>“<\/span>\u8352\u5730<\/wbr>\u8352\u5c71<\/span>”<\/span>\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u6700\u9700\u8981\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

3.     <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u4e3a\u751f\u6001\u4fdd\u62a4\u800c\u79cd\u6811\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6240\u6709\u6709\u571f\u58e4\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u4e0d\u52a0\u5e72\u9884\uff0c<\/wbr>\u81ea\u7136\u90fd\u80fd\u591f\u590d\u539f\uff1b\u4e5f\u6b63\u56e0\u4e3a\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u7684<\/span>“<\/span>\u79cd\u6811\u884c\u52a8<\/span>”<\/span>\uff0c<\/wbr>\u90fd\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u73af\u5883\u5f71\u54cd\u8bc4\u4ef7\uff1b\u6240\u6709\u79cd\u6811\u7684\u94b1\uff0c\u90fd\u7528\u6765\u505a\u81ea\u7136\u7814\u7a76\uff1b<\/wbr>\u6240\u6709\u7684\u79cd\u6811\u4eba\uff0c\u90fd\u8f6c\u578b\u4e3a\u81ea\u7136\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n
