href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/stories\/2008\/11\/06\/60minutes\/main4579229_page3.shtml?tag=contentMain;contentBody\">\u4ea7\u751f<\/a>\u4e86\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u73af\u5883\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u95ee\u9898\u30022009\u5e74\u7f8e\u56fd\u5171\u4ea7\u751f300\u4e07\u5428\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e,\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u88ab\u975e\u6cd5\u503e\u9500\u5230\u4e86\u9999\u6e2f\u30022008\u5e74,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.smh.com.au\/environment\/toxic-australian-ewaste-dumped-on-china-20090521-bh6f.html\">8\u8258<\/a>\u4ece\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u5230\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u975e\u6cd5\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u8f7d\u8239\u88ab\u6263\u62bc,2009\u5e74\u4e0a\u534a\u5e74\u53c8\u67094\u8258\u88ab\u6263\u62bc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u6bcf\u5e74\u751f\u4ea7\u7ea6230\u4e07\u5428\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\uff0c \u5728\u4eba\u5747\u6c34\u5e73\u4e0a\u4ecd\u8fdc\u4f4e\u4e8e\u7f8e\u56fd\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u540e\u8005\u5e74\u4ea7\u91cf300\u4e07\u5428\uff0c\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u6700\u591a\u7684\u3002\u4e0d\u5e78\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u53ef\u671b\u57282007\u81f32020\u5e74\u8dc3\u5347200\uff05\u81f3 400\uff05\u3002\u8003\u8651\u5230\u6765\u81ea\u7f8e\u56fd\u548c\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u7684\u975e\u6cd5\u503e\u9500\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u56fd\u5185\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u7684\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u6311\u6218\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u4f18\u5316\u7535\u5b50\u5e9f\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6536\u76ca\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u9632\u6b62\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dosomething.org\/tipsandtools\/terms-you-should-know-about-e-waste\">\u5065\u5eb7<\/a>\u7684\u6709\u5bb3\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u6b63\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u5e94\u5bf9\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u65b0\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u4f7f\u751f\u4ea7\u8005\u8003\u8651\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u4e0a\u6bcf\u4e2a\u70b9\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u8d44\u91d1\u7ed3\u6784\u4ee5\u652f\u4ed8\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u5904\u7406\u3002\u65b0\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e8e2010\u5e743\u6708\u7b7e\u53d1\uff0c\u5c06\u4e8e2011\u5e741\u6708\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u5e76\u89c4\u5b9a\u672a\u7ecf\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u5904\u7406\u4e2d\u5fc3\u53ef\u5f15\u8d7750\u4e07\u5143\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff08\u7ea6\u540874\uff0c000\u7f8e\u5143\uff09\u7684\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3002\u65b0\u89c4\u5b9a\u5305\u62ec\u6280\u672f\u6807\u51c6\u548c\u9f13\u52b1\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bf9\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u8005\u548c\u9500\u552e\u8005\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8d23\u4efb\u5236\u3002\u56fd\u5185\u751f\u4ea7\u5546\u548c\u9500\u552e\u5546\u5c06\u4ea4\u7eb3\u8d39\u7528\u4ee5\u8865\u8d34\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u5904\u7406\u3002\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u662f\uff1a\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u548c\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u51c6\u5907\u597d\u4e86\u5417\uff1f <\/p>\n<p>\u9ad8\u79d1\u6280\u3001\u4f4e\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u56de\u6536\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6b63\u5728\u5d1b\u8d77\u3002\u4e0a\u6d77\u672c\u5c31\u8be5\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u56de\u6536\u6536\u96c6\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u6d77\u6dc0\u7535\u5b50\u533a\u4e5f\u4e0d\u4f8b\u5916\u3002\u5728\u65e0\u9521\uff0c\u82cf\u5dde\uff0c\u6cf0\u5dde\uff0c\u5929\u6d25\uff0c\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u9ad8\u79d1\u6280\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u56de\u6536\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5982\u96e8\u540e\u6625\u7b0b\u822c\u5192\u51fa\u3002\u4f60\u89c1\u8fc7\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e48\uff1f\u4f60\u7684\u5e9f\u65e7\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\u4ea4\u7ed9\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e86\u4e48\uff1f\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5df2\u901a\u8fc7\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6210\u529f\u5730\u56de\u6536\u4e86\u7535\u5b50\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u4f60\u5c31\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u5207\u5b9e\u89e3\u51b3\u4e2d\u56fd\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u957f\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u3002 \u4e2d\u56fd\u6bcf\u5e74\u751f\u4ea7\u7ea6230\u4e07\u5428\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\uff0c \u5728\u4eba\u5747\u6c34\u5e73\u4e0a\u4ecd\u8fdc\u4f4e\u4e8e\u7f8e\u56fd\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u540e\u8005\u5e74\u4ea7\u91cf300\u4e07\u5428\uff0c\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u6700\u591a\u7684\u3002\u4e0d\u5e78\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u53ef\u671b\u57282007\u81f32020\u5e74\u8dc3\u5347200\uff05\u81f3 400\uff05\u3002\u8003\u8651\u5230\u6765\u81ea\u7f8e\u56fd\u548c\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u7684\u975e\u6cd5\u503e\u9500\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u56fd\u5185\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u7684\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u6311\u6218\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u4f18\u5316\u7535\u5b50\u5e9f\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6536\u76ca\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u9632\u6b62\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u6709\u5bb3\u5f71\u54cd\u3002 \u9ad8\u79d1\u6280\u3001\u4f4e\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u56de\u6536\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6b63\u5728\u5d1b\u8d77\u3002\u4e0a\u6d77\u672c\u5c31\u8be5\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u56de\u6536\u6536\u96c6\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u6d77\u6dc0\u7535\u5b50\u533a\u4e5f\u4e0d\u4f8b\u5916\u3002\u5728\u65e0\u9521\uff0c\u82cf\u5dde\uff0c\u6cf0\u5dde\uff0c\u5929\u6d25\uff0c\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u9ad8\u79d1\u6280\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u56de\u6536\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5982\u96e8\u540e\u6625\u7b0b\u822c\u5192\u51fa\u3002\u4f60\u89c1\u8fc7\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e48\uff1f\u4f60\u7684\u5e9f\u65e7\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\u4ea4\u7ed9\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e86\u4e48\uff1f\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5df2\u901a\u8fc7\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6210\u529f\u5730\u56de\u6536\u4e86\u7535\u5b50\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u4f60\u5c31\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u5207\u5b9e\u89e3\u51b3\u4e2d\u56fd\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u957f\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u3002
