href=\"https:\/\/news.sina.com.cn\/c\/2010-07-29\/094220782159.shtml\">\u6d2a\u6c34\u51b2\u5165<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/baike.baidu.com\/view\/4214.htm\">\u677e\u82b1\u6c5f<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u548c\u56fd\u5916\u4f01\u4e1a\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u59ff\u6001\u5927\u4e0d\u76f8\u540c\u3002\u622a\u81f3\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u82f1\u56fd\u77f3\u6cb9\u516c\u53f8\u9664\u652f\u4ed8\u6e05\u7406\u6cb9\u6c61\u548c\u89e3\u51b3<a href=\"https:\/\/baike.baidu.com\/view\/3609479.htm\">\u6f0f\u6cb9\u4e8b\u6545<\/a>\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/finance.sina.com.cn\/stock\/usstock\/c\/20100809\/15388448513.shtml\">\u51e0\u5341\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143<\/a>\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u8981\u4e3a\u7f8e\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u6570\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143<a href=\"https:\/\/finance.ifeng.com\/forex\/whyw\/20100604\/2275189.shtml\">\u6e05\u6c61\u8d39\u7528\u57cb\u5355<\/a>\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u8bbe\u7acb200\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/news.163.com\/10\/0618\/12\/69FACKSD00014AED.html\">\u4e13\u9879\u8d54\u4ed8\u57fa\u91d1<\/a>\u3002\u4e0e\u4e4b\u5f62\u6210\u9c9c\u660e\u5bf9\u7167\u7684\u662f\uff1a\u7d2b\u91d1\u77ff\u4e1a\u5728\u6c61\u6c34\u6cc4\u9732<a href=\"https:\/\/news.163.com\/10\/0716\/08\/6BN02VBV00014AEE.html\">9\u5929<\/a>\u4e4b\u540e\u624d\u53d1\u5e03\u516c\u544a\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5176\u526f\u603b\u88c1\u4e00\u518d\u58f0\u79f0&ldquo;\u6b64\u6b21\u6e17\u6f0f\u4e3b\u8981\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u707e\u5bb3\u6709\u5173\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ef\u9884\u6599&rdquo;\u3002<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnpc.com.cn\/cn\/\">\u4e2d\u77f3\u6cb9<\/a>\u5bf9\u5927\u8fde\u77f3\u6cb9\u6d41\u5165<a href=\"https:\/\/baike.baidu.com\/view\/45137.htm\">\u6e24\u6d77<\/a>\u4e00\u4e8b\u65e0\u4efb\u4f55\u9053\u6b49\u6216\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u5176\u5b9e\u5305\u62ec\u4e2d\u77f3\u6cb9\u5728\u5185\u7684\u56fd\u6709\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u62d2\u7edd\u9053\u6b49\u8d54\u507f\u65b9\u9762\u662f\u6709\u5148\u4f8b\u7684\uff1a2005\u5e74\u5409\u6797\u677e\u82b1\u6c5f\u6c61\u67d3\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e2d\u77f3\u6cb9\u65b9\u9762\u4ec5\u4ec5\u4ed8\u7ed9\u5f53\u5730\u653f\u5e9c500\u4e07\u5143\uff0c\u5e76\u5411\u73af\u4fdd\u603b\u5c40\u7f34\u7eb3\u4e86100\u4e07\u5143\u7f5a\u6b3e\uff0c\u5bf9\u677e\u82b1\u6c5f\u6cbf\u5cb8\u5c45\u6c11\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u8d54\u507f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4ee5\u7eb3\u7a0e\u4eba\u7684\u94b1\u521b\u529e\u8d77\u6765\u7684\u56fd\u6709\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u5728\u5236\u9020\u4e86\u73af\u5883\u707e\u5bb3\u540e\u5374\u5f80\u5f80\u767e\u822c\u906e\u63a9\u548c\u50b2\u6162\u56de\u5e94\uff1f\u751a\u81f3\u6bd4\u8d22\u5927\u6c14\u7c97\u7684\u5916\u4f01\u66f4\u52a0\u6de1\u5b9a\uff1f\u5176\u5b9e\u53ea\u8981\u56db\u4e2a\u5b57\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u89e3\u91ca\uff1a&ldquo;\u6709\u6043\u65e0\u6050\u3002&rdquo;\u5728\u4e2d\u77f3\u6cb9\u3001\u7d2b\u91d1\u77ff\u4e1a\u7b49\u6240\u7ecf\u8425\u7684\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u90fd\u6ca1\u6709\u4ee5\u7eaf\u7cb9\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u89c4\u5219\u6765\u8fd0\u4f5c\u3002\u4e0a\u4e16\u7eaa90\u5e74\u4ee3\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u4e2d\u592e\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u6267\u884c\u5e02\u573a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6539\u9769\u65b9\u9762\u601d\u8def\u6e10\u53d8\uff0c\u4ece&ldquo;\u5e02\u573a\u5316\u3001\u79c1\u6709\u5316&rdquo;\u653f\u7b56\u8f6c\u800c\u5728\u7164\u70ad\u3001\u7535\u529b\u3001<a href=\"https:\/\/finance.sina.com.cn\/roll\/20100726\/11098363535.shtml\">\u6709\u8272\u91d1\u5c5e<\/a>\u7b49\u4ea7\u80fd\u8fc7\u5269\u9886\u57df\u5b9e\u65bd&ldquo;\u6c70\u5f31\u7559\u5f3a&rdquo;\u7684\u94c1\u8155\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4e3a\u56fd\u6709\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5784\u65ad\u6027\u7ecf\u8425\u5927\u5f00\u65b9\u4fbf\u4e4b\u95e8\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u662f\u7578\u5f62\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u56fd\u4f01\u5c31\u662f\u5728\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u7ade\u4e89\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u6210\u957f\u8d77\u6765\u7684&mdash;&mdash;\u5784\u65ad\u7ecf\u8425\u3001\u7279\u8bb8\u7ecf\u8425\u3001\u6253\u538b\u6c11\u4f01\u3001\u5236\u5b9a\u884c\u4e1a\u81ea\u5229\u7684\u89c4\u5219\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u4e0d\u4e00\u800c\u8db3\u3002\u62d2\u7edd\u652f\u4ed8\u73af\u5883\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u4e0d\u8fc7\u662f\u5176\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7279\u6743\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u4f53\u73b0\u800c\u5df2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u5f88\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\uff0c\u9891\u53d1\u7684\u73af\u5883\u707e\u5bb3\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u662f\u7531\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u56fd\u6709\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u5173\u7cfb\u9020\u6210\u7684\uff1a\u7531\u4e8e\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u8fc7\u5ea6\u8ffd\u6c42GDP\uff0c\u800c\u5c06\u73af\u5883\u8003\u8651\u653e\u5728\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4f4d\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u7f55\u89c1\u7684\u65e0\u89c6\u73af\u5883\u7684\u5371\u9669\u5de5\u4e1a\u5e03\u5c40\u3002\u8fd9\u7a81\u51fa\u5730\u8868\u73b0\u5728\u4e3a\u4e86\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5229\u76ca\u800c\u4e0d\u987e\u73af\u5883\u5371\u9669\u7684\u6cbf\u6cb3\u4e24\u5cb8\u5316\u5de5\u5e03\u5c40\u3002\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u603b\u6295\u8d44\u8fd110152\u4ebf\u5143\u76847555\u4e2a\u5316\u5de5\u77f3\u5316\u5efa\u8bbe\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c81%\u5e03\u5c40\u5728\u6c5f\u6cb3\u6c34\u57df\u3001\u4eba\u53e3\u5bc6\u96c6\u533a\u7b49\u73af\u5883\u654f\u611f\u533a\u57df\uff0c45%\u4e3a\u91cd\u5927\u98ce\u9669\u6e90\u3002\u5728\u4e00\u4e9b\u5730\u65b9\u751a\u81f3\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u8ddd\u79bb\u6cb3\u9053\u4ec5300\u7c73\u7684\u5316\u5de5\u5382\u3002<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ywrp.gov.cn\/\">\u957f\u6c5f\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u4fdd\u62a4\u5c40<\/a>\u524d\u5c40\u957f\u7fc1\u7acb\u8fbe<a href=\"https:\/\/news.sohu.com\/20100806\/n274025094.shtml\">\u8bf4<\/a>\uff1a&ldquo;\u5168\u56fd\u4e00\u534a\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u5316\u5de5\u4f01\u4e1a\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u957f\u6c5f\u6d41\u57df\u3002\u6bcf\u5929\u8fdb\u5165\u957f\u6c5f\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u6c61\u6c34\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e\u4e00\u6761\u9ec4\u6cb3\u3002&rdquo;\u7531\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u7279\u6b8a\u53d1\u5c55\u6a21\u5f0f\u548c\u4ea7\u4e1a\u7ed3\u6784\u6240\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u5316\u5de5\u5e03\u5c40\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e25\u91cd\u5a01\u80c1\u5230\u516c\u5171\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u4eca\u5e74\u9891\u5bc6\u7206\u53d1\u7684\u73af\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u4e8b\u6545\u53ea\u662f\u4eca\u540e\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u73af\u5883\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u8b66\u544a\u6027\u5f00\u7aef\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u897f\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u73af\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u4e0a\u7684\u6210\u529f\u4e3b\u8981\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e8e\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u3001\u6e05\u5ec9\u4ee5\u53ca\u516c\u6c11\u6743\u5229\u7684\u8fd0\u7528\uff1a\u4f9d\u6cd5\u5b9a\u51fa\u7684\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u548c\u4e2a\u4eba\u73af\u5883\u8d23\u4efb\uff1b\u73af\u5883\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u6d41\u52a8\uff1b\u5a92\u4f53\u81ea\u7531\u7684\u8ba8\u8bba\u7a7a\u95f4\uff1b\u516c\u4f17\u7684\u5173\u5207\u548c\u53c2\u4e0e\u3002\u8fd9\u90fd\u662f\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u524d\u63d0\u3002\u5728\u6b27\u6d32\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u516c\u6c11\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5728\u73af\u5883\u95ee\u9898\u4e0a\u975e\u5e38\u79ef\u6781\uff1b\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\uff0c\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u653f\u5e9c\u8fd9\u6b21\u4e5f\u4e3b\u52a8\u626e\u6f14\u4e86\u5411\u6c61\u67d3\u4f01\u4e1aBP\u65bd\u538b\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u8fd9\u624d\u963b\u6b62\u4e86\u751f\u6001\u707e\u96be\u5411\u66f4\u5927\u8303\u56f4\u7684\u8513\u5ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b89\u5168\u9600\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u6709\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5176\u4e0e\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u7279\u522b\u662f\u56fd\u6709\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5bc6\u5207\u5173\u7cfb\u5386\u6765\u4e3a\u4eba\u8bdf\u75c5\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5784\u65ad\u7ecf\u8425\u53ca\u540c\u653f\u5e9c\u4fdd\u6301\u5bc6\u5207\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u56fd\u4f01\uff0c \u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u73af\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u65b9\u9762\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e0d\u4f73\uff0c\u4e5f\u5f88\u5c11\u53d7\u5230\u60e9\u7f5a\u3002\u636e\u6709\u5173\u90e8\u95e8\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u57283486\u5bb6\u6392\u653e\u5e9f\u6c34\u7684\u56fd\u63a7\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e2d\uff0c\u8d85\u6807\u6392\u653e\u7684\u670936%\uff1b\u57283557\u5bb6\u6709\u5e9f\u6c14\u6392\u653e\u7684\u56fd\u4f01\u4e2d\uff0c\u5168\u5e74\u90e8\u5206\u548c\u5168\u90e8\u6d4b\u6b21\u8d85\u6807\u7684\u536041%\u3002\u4f46\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f01\u4e1a\u8fdb\u884c\u73af\u5883\u6267\u6cd5\u5374\u9762\u4e34\u91cd\u91cd\u56f0\u5883\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u56fd\u4f01\u73af\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u8bf4\u5230\u5e95\u4e0d\u662f\u73af\u5883\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u653f\u5e9c\u610f\u613f\u548c\u653f\u4f01\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u5b9e\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u6b21\u7d2b\u91d1\u77ff\u4e1a&ldquo;\u6bd2\u6c34\u4e8b\u4ef6&rdquo;\u53d1\u751f\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5728<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mep.gov.cn\/\">\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8<\/a>5\u6708\u901a\u62a5\u6279\u8bc4\u768411\u5bb6\u5b58\u5728\u4e25\u91cd\u73af\u5883\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u4e0a\u5e02\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e2d\uff0c\u7d2b\u91d1\u77ff\u4e1a\u4f4d\u5217\u699c\u9996\uff0c\u6b64\u524d\u8fd9\u5bb6\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e5f\u591a\u6b21\u88ab\u901a\u62a5\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u5e87\u62a4\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ece\u6765\u5c31\u6ca1\u4eba\u80fd\u62ff\u5b83\u600e\u4e48\u6837\u30022010\u5e74\u7d2b\u91d1\u77ff\u4e1a\u96c6\u56e2\u7adf\u7136\u8363\u83b7&ldquo;2009\u5e74\u5ea6\u4e2d\u56fd\u6700\u8bda\u4fe1\u4f01\u4e1a&rdquo;\u79f0\u53f7\u3002\u5373\u4fbf\u5728\u5176\u917f\u6210\u91cd\u5927\u73af\u5883\u707e\u96be\u540e\uff0c\u4e00\u4f4d\u4e0d\u613f\u900f\u9732\u59d3\u540d\u7684\u7d2b\u91d1\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u4e5f\u5bf9\u65f6\u4ee3\u5468\u62a5\u8bb0\u8005<a
