href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2010\/11\/07\/AR2010110705038.html\"><span>\u653f\u6cbb\u9634\u4e91<\/span><\/a>\u7684\u4e00\u7f15\u9633\u5149\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u4e24\u56fd\u8d38\u6613\u3001\u6295\u8d44\u548c\u91c7\u8d2d\u653f\u7b56\u4e0a\u7684\u7f3a\u9677\u6700\u7ec8\u5c06\u9650\u5236\u8fd9\u4e00\u9886\u57df\u53d6\u5f97\u66f4\u5927\u6536\u83b7\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u6000\u7591\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e0d\u4f1a\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5206\u4eab\u6700\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u6e05\u6d01\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u4ee5\u7ef4\u6301\u5176\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u9886\u5148\u548c\u7edd\u5bf9\u4f18\u52bf\uff1b\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5219<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessweek.com\/innovate\/content\/jan2010\/id20100122_369263.htm\"><span>\u62c5\u5fc3<\/span><\/a>\u4e2d\u56fd\u5728\u6e05\u6d01\u9769\u547d\u4e2d&ldquo;\u51fb\u8d25&rdquo;\u5b83\uff0c\u5927\u91cf\u83b7\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4e0e\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u8d38\u6613\u5b58\u5728\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u9006\u5dee\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u4ecd\u7136\u5bf9\u9ad8\u6280\u672f\u51fa\u53e3\u8fdb\u884c\u4e25\u683c\u9650\u5236\u3002\u4ece\u5c0f\u5e03\u4ec0\u603b\u7edf\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5173\u5207\u518d\u52a0\u4e0a\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e3b\u4e49\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u5bfc\u81f4\u7f8e\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u6536\u7d27\u4e86\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\u63a7\u5236\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u552f\u6050\u9ad8\u6280\u672f\u4ea7\u54c1\u4f1a\u843d\u5230\u519b\u4e8b\u7ec8\u7aef\u7528\u6237\u7684\u624b\u4e2d\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u7edf\u8ba1<a href=\"https:\/\/newyork.china-consulate.org\/eng\/xw\/t676457.htm\"><span>\u663e\u793a<\/span><\/a>\uff0c\u8fc7\u53bb\u5341\u5e74\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u9ad8\u6280\u672f\u8fdb\u53e3\u589e\u957f\u8fc5\u901f\uff0c\u4f46\u4ece\u7f8e\u56fd\u8fdb\u53e3\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5374\u4ece2001\u5e74\u768418.3%\u4e0b\u964d\u52302009\u5e74\u76847.5%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u66f4\u7cdf\u7cd5\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u636e\u7f8e\u56fd\u5546\u52a1\u90e82010\u5e748\u6708\u7684\u4e00\u4efd<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bis.doc.gov\/defenseindustrialbaseprograms\/osies\/defmarketresearchrpts\/final_green_technology_assessment.pdf\"><span>\u62a5\u544a<\/span><\/a>\u6240\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u62a4\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5229\u76ca\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u5728\u98ce\u80fd\u548c\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u3001\u66ff\u4ee3\u71c3\u6599\u6c7d\u8f66\u3001\u6c34\u8d28\u51c0\u5316\u548c\u80fd\u6548\u7b49\u9886\u57df\u90fd\u5c06\u9700\u8981\u65b0\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u3002\u62a5\u544a\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\u9650\u5236\u6bcf\u5e74\u5c06\u7ed9\u5b83\u5e26\u6765\u7ea67\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0847\u4ebf\u5143\uff09\u7684\u635f\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e5f\u5bf9\u4e2d\u7f8e\u5728\u6e05\u6d01\u6280\u672f\u4e0a\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u9020\u6210\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e94\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u5bf9\u5728\u534e\u5916\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e0a\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5927\u7684\u51b3\u5fc3\u3002\u5728\u6e05\u6d01\u6280\u672f\u90e8\u95e8\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5df2\u7ecf\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amchamchina.org\/\"><span>\u4e2d\u56fd\u7f8e\u56fd\u5546\u4f1a<\/span><\/a>\u8fdb\u884c\u63a5\u89e6\uff0c\u8bf7\u5176\u5c31\u6539\u8fdb\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u6cd5\u5f8b\u63d0\u51fa\u5efa\u8bae\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u5c40\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e13\u5229\u5546\u6807\u5c40\u5f00\u59cb\u5bf9\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0e\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u72af\u7f6a\u8bc9\u8bbc\u8fdb\u884c\u4e13\u5229\u4fdd\u62a4\u5408\u4f5c\u30022010\u5e745\u6708\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5546\u52a1\u90e8\u957f\u9648\u5fb7\u94ed\u5728\u5965\u5730\u5229\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8bba\u575b\u4e0a<a href=\"https:\/\/english.peopledaily.com.cn\/90001\/90776\/90883\/6991951.html\"><span>\u5f3a\u8c03<\/span><\/a>\u8bf4\uff1a&ldquo;\u4e00\u4e2a\u6ca1\u6709\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u6c11\u65cf\u662f\u65e0\u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\u521b\u65b0\u7684&hellip;&hellip;\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u63d0\u9ad8\u5176\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u7f8e\u56fd\u5229\u76ca\u96c6\u56e2\u6df1\u6df1\u62c5\u5fc3\u4e2d\u56fd\u96be\u4ee5\u6253\u51fb\u8fdd\u53cd\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u51b5\u4e14\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff08\u5982<a href=\"https:\/\/www.internationalrelations.house.gov\/press_display.asp?id=621\"><span>\u5916\u4ea4\u5173\u7cfb\u6388\u6743\u6cd5\u6848<\/span><\/a>\u3001&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.opencongress.org\/bill\/111-h2454\/show\"><span>\u7f8e\u56fd\u6e05\u6d01\u80fd\u6e90\u6cd5\u68481978\u53f7\u4fee\u6b63\u6848<\/span><\/a>\u548c2009\u5e74\u56fd\u4f1a\u901a\u8fc7\u7684\u5916\u4ea4\u62e8\u6b3e\u6cd5\u6848\uff09\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.southcentre.org\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=1086&amp;Itemid=279\"><span>\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e3b\u4e49\u6027\u8d28<\/span><\/a>\u8feb\u4f7f\u5f88\u591a\u7f8e\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u653e\u5f03\u4e0e\u4e2d\u56fd\u5206\u4eab\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u6e05\u6d01\u6280\u672f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u6d77\u5916\u76f4\u63a5\u6295\u8d44(ODI)\u4e5f\u6bd4\u5728\u5176\u5b83\u5730\u533a\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u897f\u6b27\u548c\u5927\u6d0b\u6d32\uff09\u7684\u5c11\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u6e05\u6d01\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u53d7\u5230\u7b7e\u8bc1\u5904\u7406\u3001\u4e2d\u7f8e\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u5dee\u522b\u4ee5\u53ca\u533a\u5212\u6cd5\u7684\u91cd\u91cd\u963b\u788d\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesswire.com\/news\/home\/20100528005880\/en\/U.S.-China-Advanced-Vehicle-Summit-Pays-Productive-Dialogue\"><span>\u5370\u7b2c\u5b89\u7eb3<\/span><\/a>&nbsp;\u548c<a href=\"#Controversy\"><span>\u5931\u8d25<\/span><\/a>\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6700\u597d\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e5f\u5236\u8ba2\u4e86\u5404\u79cd\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e24\u56fd\u95f4\u7684\u6e05\u6d01\u6280\u672f\u8d38\u6613\u8fdb\u884c\u9650\u5236\u3002\u7f8e\u56fd\u8fdb\u5165\u4e2d\u56fd\u6e05\u6d01\u6280\u672f\u5e02\u573a\u56f0\u96be\u91cd\u91cd\uff0c\u65e2\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u7ecf\u5e38\u6bd4\u4e2d\u56fd\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u5b83\u5916\u56fd\u7ade\u4e89\u8005\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u66f4\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e5f\u56e0\u4e3a\u534f\u8bae\u843d\u5b9e\u548c\u652f\u4ed8\u5b89\u5168\u4e0a\u7684\u677e\u57ae\u3002\u6cd5\u5f8b\u65b9\u9762\u6700\u7a81\u51fa\u7684\u969c\u788d\u5305\u62ec\u65b0\u7684\u300a<a
