href=\"https:\/\/www.cnnc.com.cn\/tabid\/141\/Default.aspx\"><span>\u4e2d\u56fd\u6838\u5de5\u4e1a\u96c6\u56e2<\/span><\/a>\u4e0e\u6cd5\u56fd<a href=\"https:\/\/www.areva.com\/\"><span>\u963f\u6d77\u73d0<\/span><\/a>\u516c\u53f8\u7b7e\u7f72\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u897f\u5317\u67d0\u5730\u5efa\u8bbe\u4e00\u5ea7\u5e74\u5904\u7406\u89c4\u6a21\u8fbe\u5230800\u5428\u7684\u4e4f\u71c3\u6599\u540e\u5904\u7406\u57fa\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u591a\u4f4d\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u9879\u76ee\u9009\u5740\u8bba\u8bc1\u7684\u4e13\u5bb6\u5411\u8bb0\u8005\u8bc1\u5b9e\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u57fa\u672c\u9009\u5b9a\u5728\u7518\u8083\u7701\u5609\u5cea\u5173\u4ee5\u5317\u7684\u91d1\u5854\u53bf\u5185\u3002\u6309\u7167\u6838\u7535\u9879\u76ee&ldquo;\u5de5\u4f5c\u533a\u4e0e\u751f\u6d3b\u533a\u5206\u79bb&rdquo;\u7684\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u8be5\u5382\u5efa\u6210\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u4e13\u5bb6\u548c\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u533a\u5c06\u57fa\u672c\u5212\u5b9a\u5728\u8ddd\u91d1\u5854\u53bf\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u8fd1\uff0c\u4f46\u53c8\u4fdd\u6301\u4e86\u4e00\u5b9a\u8ddd\u79bb\u7684\u57ce\u5e02&mdash;&mdash;\u5609\u5cea\u5173\u3001\u9152\u6cc9\u6216\u7389\u95e8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u5343\u4ebf\u6838\u7535\u9879\u76ee\u523a\u6fc0\u4e86\u8fd9\u51e0\u4e2a\u6208\u58c1\u504f\u8fdc\u5c0f\u57ce\u7684&ldquo;\u795e\u7ecf&rdquo;\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8fd9\u51e0\u4e2a\u4eba\u53e3\u7a00\u5c11\u3001\u8d44\u6e90\u8d2b\u4e4f\u3001\u652f\u67f1\u4ea7\u4e1a\u5355\u4e00\u7684\u6208\u58c1\u57ce\u5e02\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5343\u4ebf\u9879\u76ee\u6240\u80fd\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u914d\u5957\u4ea7\u4e1a\u548c\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u65e0\u7591\u662f\u4e00\u6839\u53d1\u5c55\u7684&ldquo;\u6551\u547d\u7a3b\u8349&rdquo;\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u5609\u5cea\u5173\u4e3a\u4f8b\uff0c\u5176\u5df2\u7ecf\u65b0\u5efa\u7684\u673a\u573a\u822a\u7ad9\u697c\uff0c\u548c\u6b63\u5728\u5efa\u8bbe\u4e2d\u7684\u9ad8\u94c1\u9879\u76ee\uff0c&ldquo;\u5728\u5411\u4e0a\u7ea7\u5ba1\u6279\u8981\u5730\u8981\u94b1\u65f6\uff0c\u62ff\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6838\u7535\u9879\u76ee\u8bf4\u4e8b\u90fd\u7ba1\u7528\u3002&rdquo;\u4e0a\u8ff0\u5730\u65b9\u5b98\u5458\u544a\u8bc9\u8bb0\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>&rdquo;\u6838\u5783\u573e&rdquo;\u4e24\u96be<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6838\u80fd\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u73af\u5883\u98ce\u9669\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u4e89\u8bae\u7684\u7126\u70b9\uff0c\u81ea1986\u5e74\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u6838\u4e8b\u6545\u5728\u82cf\u8054<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chernobyl_disaster\"><span>\u5207\u5c14\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5229\u6838\u7535\u7ad9<\/span><\/a>\u53d1\u751f\u540e\uff0c\u5173\u4e8e\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u5904\u7406\u7684\u6297\u8bae\u58f0\u5c31\u4e0d\u7edd\u4e8e\u8033\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2010\u5e7411\u67085\u65e5\uff0c\u4e00\u8f86\u8f7d\u6709123\u5428\u9ad8\u653e\u5c04\u6027\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u7684\u5217\u8f66\u4ece\u6cd5\u56fd\u51fa\u53d1\u524d\u5f80\u5fb7\u56fd\uff0c\u4e00\u8def\u4e0a\u906d\u9047\u4e86\u8fd15\u4e07\u540d\u6297\u8bae\u8005\u5728\u6cbf\u9014\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/environment\/2010\/nov\/05\/anti-nuclear-chernobyl-on-wheels\"><span>\u91cd\u91cd\u963b\u62e6<\/span><\/a>\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6e90\u81ea\u5fb7\u56fd\u6838\u80fd\u53d1\u7535\u5382\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u5e9f\u6599\uff0c\u6b64\u524d\u88ab\u9001\u5230\u6cd5\u56fd\u963f\u6d77\u73d0\u96c6\u56e2\u4e0b\u5c5e\u4e00\u5bb6\u6838\u71c3\u6599\u56de\u6536\u5382\u8fdb\u884c\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u6309\u8ba1\u5212\u7528\u706b\u8f66\u8fd0\u56de\u5fb7\u56fd\uff0c\u5b58\u653e\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fc7\u6e21\u6027\u7684\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u50a8\u85cf\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e0d\u662f\u6cd5\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u963f\u6d77\u73d0\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u5728\u8fd0\u8f93\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u9014\u4e2d\u906d\u9047&ldquo;\u62e6\u8def\u864e&rdquo;\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u8fd0\u4f5c<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nuclear_reprocessing\"><span>\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u540e\u5904\u7406<\/span><\/a>\u7684\u9886\u519b\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u963f\u6d77\u73d0\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u5305\u62ec\u5fb7\u56fd\u3001\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u7b49\u5f88\u591a\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u6838\u7535\u7ad9\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u56fd\u9645&ldquo;\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u5904\u7406\u4e2d\u5fc3&rdquo;\uff0c\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u5728\u6cd5\u56fd\u4e0e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e4b\u95f4\u5f80\u6765\u8fd0\u8f93\uff0c\u6240\u5230\u4e4b\u5904\uff0c\u65e0\u4e0d\u906d\u5230\u6c11\u4f17\u7684\u5f3a\u70c8\u6297\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e\u63a5\u8fd1\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4e00\u4f4d\u77e5\u60c5\u4eba\u58eb\u544a\u8bc9\u8bb0\u8005\uff0c\u5408\u4f5c\u4e4b\u521d\uff0c\u6cd5\u56fd\u65b9\u9762\u5c31\u8868\u793a\u4e86\u5c06\u6b64\u9879\u76ee\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e9a\u6d32\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u56de\u6536\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u4e00\u60f3\u6cd5\u4e5f\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u56fd\u5185\u4e13\u5bb6\u7684\u8bc1\u5b9e\u3002&nbsp;&ldquo;2009\u5e74\uff0c\u53d7\u5230<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2009\/12\/27\/us-emirates-korea-nuclear-idUSLDE5BQ05O20091227\"><span>\u97e9\u56fd<\/span><\/a>\u51fa\u53e3\u6838\u7535\u7ad9\u5230\u963f\u8054\u914b\u7684\u523a\u6fc0\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u6838\u7535\u7ad9\u4e5f\u5728\u8dc3\u8dc3\u6b32\u8bd5\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u591f\u8d70\u51fa\u56fd\u95e8\uff0c\u51fa\u53e3\u5230\u4e00\u4e9b\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u3002&rdquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.xmu.edu.cn\/English\/\"><span>\u53a6\u95e8\u5927\u5b66<\/span><\/a>\u80fd\u6e90\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u9662\u957f\u674e\u5b81\u6559\u6388\u544a\u8bc9\u8bb0\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u4eca\u540e\u8fd0\u5f80\u7518\u8083\u7684\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u6765\u81ea\u56fd\u5185\u7684\u6838\u7535\u7ad9\uff0c\u8fd8\u5f88\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u6765\u81ea\u5468\u8fb9\u56fd\u5bb6\u3002&ldquo;\u56de\u6536\u6280\u672f\u662f\u5426\u6210\u719f&rdquo;\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u4e86\u4e13\u5bb6\u62c5\u5fe7\u4e4b\u5904\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/english.mep.gov.cn\/\"><span>\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u6838\u5b89\u5168\u53f8\u6838\u71c3\u6599\u5904<\/span><\/a>\u5904\u957f\u90b5\u660e\u6636\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u56de\u6536\u786e\u5b9e\u5b58\u5728\u56de\u6536\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u91c7\u7528\u5316\u5b66\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5de5\u827a\u6d41\u7a0b\u6bd4\u8f83\u590d\u6742\u3002\u4e4f\u71c3\u6599\u540e\u5904\u7406\u6210\u672c\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\uff0c\u5bf9\u5de5\u827a\u6d41\u7a0b\u3001\u8bbe\u5907\u4ee5\u53ca\u6750\u6599\u8981\u6c42\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5e55\u540e\u5546\u4e1a&ldquo;\u63a8\u624b&rdquo;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2011\u5e741\u67083\u65e5\uff0c&ldquo;\u4e2d\u56fd\u6838\u80fd\u6280\u672f\u83b7\u91cd\u5927\u7a81\u7834\uff0c\u94c0\u5229\u7528\u7387\u63d0\u534760\u500d&rdquo;\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadaily.com.cn\/china\/2011-01\/04\/content_11788510.htm\"><span>\u5b98\u65b9\u6d88\u606f<\/span><\/a>\uff0c\u9ad8\u8c03\u5ba3\u4f20\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u5728\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u5904\u7406\u6280\u672f\u4e0a\u7684\u7a81\u7834\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;\u8fd9\u5176\u5b9e\u662f\u5728\u91ca\u653e\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f3a\u6709\u529b\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u6cd5\u56fd\u4e0d\u8ddf\u6211\u4eec\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u81ea\u5df1\u4e5f\u80fd\u641e\u3002&rdquo;\u4e00\u4f4d\u63a5\u8fd1\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u77e5\u60c5\u4eba\u58eb\u8fd9\u6837\u8be0\u91ca\u8fd9\u6761\u65b0\u95fb\u3002\u56f4\u7ed5\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4ef7\u503c2000\u4ebf\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4e2d\u6cd5\u4e5f\u5728\u6295\u8d44\u5f62\u5f0f\u548c\u5408\u4f5c\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4e0a&ldquo;\u62c9\u952f\u5f0f&rdquo;\u8c08\u5224\u3002&ldquo;\u73b0\u5728\u963f\u6d77\u73d0\u7f3a\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u5176\u5904\u7406\u8bbe\u5907\u6b63\u5904\u4e8e&lsquo;\u5403\u4e0d\u9971&rsquo;\u7684\u72b6\u6001\u3002&rdquo;\u6e05\u534e\u5927\u5b66\u9648\u5a67\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u900f\u9732\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81ea2009\u5e74\u75db\u5931\u963f\u8054\u914b4\u5ea7\u6838\u7535\u7ad9200\u591a\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684&ldquo;\u5927\u5355&rdquo;\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u963f\u6d77\u73d0\u5728\u6cd5\u56fd\u7684\u6838\u7535\u9886\u5bfc\u5730\u4f4d\u5c31\u906d\u53d7\u4e25\u91cd\u8d28\u7591\uff1b\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u672c\u5e94\u5728\u4eca\u5e74\u7ae3\u5de5\u7684\u6cd5\u56fd\u548c\u65e5\u672c\u5408\u4f5c\u3001\u5efa\u8bbe\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fissilematerials.org\/blog\/2010\/09\/another_delay_for_rokkash.html\"><span>\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u56de\u6536\u5382<\/span><\/a>\uff0c\u4e5f\u7531\u4e8e\u67d0\u4e9b\u6280\u672f\u539f\u56e0\u800c\u5ef6\u8fdf\u3002\uff08\u6b64\u6b21\u65e5\u672c\u5927\u5730\u9707\u5bf9\u4e1c\u5317\u5730\u533a\u7684\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u56de\u6536\u5382\u4e5f\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u5f71\u54cd\uff1a\u4e4f\u71c3\u6599\u7684\u51b7\u5374\u6c34\u6cc4\u6f0f\uff0c\u6838\u8bbe\u65bd\u4e5f\u906d\u9047\u4e86\u505c\u7535\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u663e\u7136\uff0c\u6765\u81ea\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u5343\u4ebf\u5408\u540c\u65e0\u7591\u53ef\u4ee5\u586b\u8865\u963f\u6d77\u73d0\u7684\u4ea7\u80fd\u7a7a\u7f3a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u8c08\u5224\u50f5\u6301\u5728\u4e86\u4ef7\u683c\u4e0a\u3002\u9648\u5a67\u8868\u793a\uff1a&ldquo;\u5373\u4f7f\u4ef7\u683c\u4e0b\u964d\u52301000\u4ebf\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u76ee\u524d\u5f15\u8fdb\u6cd5\u56fd\u6280\u672f\u548c\u8bbe\u5907\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u6bd4\u8f83\u6602\u8d35\u3002&rdquo;<br
