{"id":40762,"date":"2011-05-27T12:45:00","date_gmt":"2011-05-27T12:45:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2020-06-22T22:59:58","modified_gmt":"2020-06-22T22:59:58","slug":"40762","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/zh\/6\/40762\/","title":{"rendered":"\u8349\u539f\u4e0a\u7684\u6c99\u5c18\u66b4"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u6625\u5929\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u5927\u98ce\u548c\u626c\u6c99\u5929\u6c14\u53c8\u6765\u4e86\u3002\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u5317\u65b9600\u516c\u91cc\u7684\u5185\u8499\u53e4\u9521\u6797\u90ed\u52d2\u76df\u4e4c\u73e0\u7a46\u6c81\u8349\u539f\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u5df2\u7ecf\u5386\u4e86\u56db\u6b21\u6c99\u5c18\u66b4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e4c\u73e0\u7a46\u6c81\u8349\u539f\u662f\u76ee\u524d\u5185\u8499\u53e4\u5730\u533a\u4fdd\u5b58\u6700\u597d\u7684\u5178\u578b\u8349\u539f\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u91cc\u4e5f\u53d1\u751f\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u8349\u573a\u9000\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u57ce\u5e02\u91cc\u7684\u4eba\u4eec\u8ba8\u8bba\u6c99\u5c18\u66b4\u5bf9\u57ce\u5e02\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u4ece\u7ef4\u62a4\u57ce\u5e02\u5229\u76ca\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u51fa\u53d1\u5b9e\u65bd\u8bb8\u591a\u6cbb\u7406\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u51e0\u5e74\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u6c99\u5c18\u66b4\u7f13\u89e3\u4e86\u5f88\u591a\u3002\u4f46\u66f4\u5e7f\u9614\u7684\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u751f\u6001\u9000\u5316\u5374\u5728\u52a0\u5267\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2010\u5e74\u6625\u5929\uff0c\u6211\u5728\u4e1c\u4e4c\u73e0\u7a46\u6c81\u65d7\u4e0d\u5e78\u9047\u5230\u4e00\u573a\u6c99\u5c18\u66b4\uff0c\u7ed9\u6211\u7559\u4e0b\u6df1\u523b\u5370\u8c61\u3002\u6211\u4f4f\u5728\u4e1c\u4e4c\u73e0\u7a46\u6c81\u65d7\u4e00\u6237\u7267\u6c11\u5bb6\u91cc\u3002\u4ed6\u5bb6\u7684\u513f\u5b50\u3001\u5ab3\u5987\u90fd\u5728\u57ce\u91cc\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u8001\u592b\u5987\u4e24\u4e2a\u5728\u7267\u573a\u4e0a\u3002\u90a3\u5929\u98ce\u7279\u522b\u5927\uff0c\u6574\u591c\u90fd\u5728\u547c\u5578\uff0c\u6211\u9192\u6765\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u5929\u5f88\u9634\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u70b9\u53d1\u9ec4\uff0c\u662f\u8d77\u571f\u4e86\u3002\u5929\u4eae\u4ee5\u540e\uff0c\u98ce\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5927\uff0c\u5916\u9762\u7684\u989c\u8272\u6e10\u6e10\u53d8\u6210\u7070\u9ec4\u3001\u6854\u9ec4\uff0c\u6700\u540e\u5929\u7a7a\u548c\u5927\u5730\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u6837\u7684\u989c\u8272\u3002\u963f\u7238\u5143\u767b\u548c\u989d\u5409\uff08\u963f\u5988\uff09\u90fd\u662f\u4e94\u3001\u516d\u5341\u5c81\u7684\u4eba\u4e86\uff0c\u773c\u770b\u5929\u6c14\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u574f\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u7a7f\u4e0a\u9632\u98ce\u7684\u8863\u670d\uff0c\u5e26\u4e0a\u98ce\u955c\uff0c\u963f\u7238\u53bb\u51c6\u5907\u6469\u6258\u8f66\uff0c\u989d\u5409\u53bb\u62ff\u5957\u9a6c\u6746\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u8981\u53bb\u627e\u7f8a\uff01<\/p>\n<p>\u8349\u539f\u4e0a\u6c14\u5019\u4e25\u5bd2\uff0c\u5230\u4e86\u4e09\u3001\u56db\u6708\u4efd\uff0c\u5929\u6c14\u5f00\u59cb\u56de\u6696\uff0c\u96f6\u4e0b\u4e09\u3001\u56db\u5341\u5ea6\u7684\u90a3\u79cd\u5bd2\u51b7\u8fc7\u4e86\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5c31\u8bf4\u662f\u6625\u5929\u4e86\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u7267\u8349\u8fd8\u6ca1\u6709\u5f00\u59cb\u751f\u957f\uff0c\u8349\u539f\u8fd8\u662f\u9ec4\u7684\uff0c\u8fd8\u4f1a\u4e0b\u96ea\uff0c\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e5f\u4f1a\u964d\u5230\u96f6\u5ea6\u4ee5\u4e0b\u3002\u8fd9\u65f6\u5019\u5728\u80fd\u89c1\u5ea6\u5f88\u4f4e\u7684\u5929\u6c14\u51fa\u53bb\u5f88\u5371\u9669\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u8ff7\u5931\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u91ce\u5916\u51bb\u4f24\u6216\u51bb\u6b7b\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u8fd9\u4e48\u5927\u7684\u98ce\uff0c\u963f\u7238\u548c\u989d\u5409\u62c5\u5fc3\u7f8a\u51fa\u4e8b\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u8fd8\u662f\u9a91\u4e0a\u6469\u6258\u62ff\u4e0a\u5957\u9a6c\u6746\u51fa\u53bb\u3002\u51fa\u95e8\u524d\uff0c\u989d\u5409\u7279\u522b\u8ba4\u771f\u5730\u5631\u5490\u6211\uff0c\u5343\u4e07\u4e0d\u8981\u51fa\u95e8\uff0c\u5916\u9762\u5f88\u5371\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u5e78\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u90a3\u5929\u4e0b\u5348\u4e0b\u4e86\u4e00\u70b9\u96ea\uff0c\u98ce\u5c0f\u4e86\u4e00\u70b9\uff0c\u6c99\u5c18\u66b4\u88ab\u538b\u4f4f\u4e86\uff0c\u989d\u5409\u548c\u963f\u7238\u4e5f\u5e73\u5b89\u56de\u6765\u4e86\uff0c\u7f8a\u7fa4\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u9047\u5230\u4ec0\u4e48\u5927\u4e8b\u3002\u963f\u7238\u90a3\u5929\u4e0b\u5348\u975e\u5e38\u4e0d\u9ad8\u5174\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u770b\u7740\u7a97\u5916\u53d1\u6101\uff0c\u4e00\u573a\u6c99\u5c18\u66b4\u5df2\u7ecf\u9884\u793a\u7740\u4e00\u5e74\u7684\u574f\u5e74\u666f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u8349\u539f\u4e0a\u6c99\u5c18\u66b4\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u79cd\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6c99\u5b50\u6765\u81ea\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u6709\u9ec4\u6c99\u5b50\u3001\u767d\u6c99\u5b50\u3001\u7c97\u6c99\u5b50\u548c\u7ec6\u6c99\u5b50\uff0c\u4f46\u5bf9\u7267\u6c11\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u4e00\u79cd\u662f\u8fdc\u65b9\u5439\u6765\u7684\u6c99\u5b50\uff0c\u4e00\u79cd\u662f\u672c\u5730\u7684\u6c99\u5b50\u3002\u6211\u5728\u963f\u7238\u5bb6\u9047\u5230\u7684\u90a3\u573a\u6c99\u5c18\u66b4\u5c31\u662f\u672c\u5730\u7684\u6c99\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8349\u539f\u4e0a\u672c\u5730\u8d77\u6c99\u5b50\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u4e3b\u8981\u6709\u4e09\u79cd\uff1a\u4e00\u79cd\u662f\u519c\u8015\u5730\u5728\u6625\u5929\u88f8\u9732\u5728\u9633\u5149\u4e0b\uff0c\u8349\u539f\u4e0a\u84b8\u53d1\u91cf\u5927\u4fdd\u4e0d\u4e86\u5892\uff0c\u98ce\u4e00\u5439\u5c31\u8d77\u571f\uff1b\u7b2c\u4e8c\u79cd\u662f\u8349\u573a\u9000\u5316\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u963f\u7238\u5bb6\u95e8\u524d\u8fd9\u7247\u8349\u573a\uff0c\u957f\u671f\u5b9a\u5c45\uff0c\u7272\u53e3\u628a\u95e8\u524d\u90fd\u8e0f\u5e73\u4e86\uff0c\u98ce\u4e00\u5439\u5c31\u8d77\u6c99\u5b50\uff1b\u7b2c\u4e09\u79cd\u662f\u6cb3\u6d41\u3001\u6e56\u6cca\u9000\u5316\uff0c\u5e72\u6e56\u76c6\u548c\u5e72\u6cb3\u5e8a\u5e95\u90fd\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u6c99\u5b50\uff0c\u4f1a\u88ab\u6625\u5929\u7684\u5927\u98ce\u626c\u8d77\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u6c99\u5c18\u66b4\u3002\u4f46\u73b0\u5728\u6709\u4e86\u7b2c\u56db\u79cd\u8d77\u6c99\u5b50\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u9732\u5929\u91c7\u77ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u963f\u7238\u5bb6\u7684\u8349\u573a\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u9000\u5316\u5462\uff1f\u5148\u4ece\u963f\u7238\u5bb6\u73b0\u5728\u8349\u573a\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u8bf4\u8d77\u3002\u963f\u7238\u73b0\u5728\u7684\u8349\u573a\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u7ec6\u957f\u7684\u957f\u6761\uff0c\u5927\u7ea6\u4e8c\u81f3\u4e09\u516c\u91cc\u5bbd\uff0c\u5341\u51e0\u516c\u91cc\u957f\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u8349\u573a\u627f\u5305\u5230\u6237\u4ee5\u540e\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u5730\u65b9\u627f\u5305\u5230\u6237\u4ee5\u540e\u5206\u8349\u573a\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u597d\u8349\u573a\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u6bd4\u8f83\u96c6\u4e2d\uff0c\u6bcf\u5bb6\u90fd\u60f3\u5206\u4e00\u70b9\uff0c\u4e0d\u597d\u7684\u8349\u573a\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u4e0d\u60f3\u8981\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u627f\u5305\u65f6\u628a\u597d\u8349\u573a\u5e73\u5206\u4e86\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u4e00\u76f4\u5ef6\u7eed\u5230\u5f88\u8fdc\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8bc1&ldquo;\u516c\u5e73&rdquo;\u3002\u5206\u8349\u573a\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u7267\u6c11\u662f\u6e38\u7267\u7684\uff0c\u7528\u73b0\u5728\u65f6\u9ae6\u7684\u8bdd\u8bf4\uff0c\u662f\u96c6\u7ea6\u7ecf\u8425\u7684\uff0c\u5206\u4e86\u8349\u573a\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u7267\u6c11\u5c31\u4e0d\u80fd\u8d70\u52a8\u4e86\uff0c\u88ab\u9650\u5236\u5728\u81ea\u5bb6\u7684\u957f\u6761\u4e0a\uff0c\u5b9a\u5c45\u4e0b\u6765\u3002\u968f\u7740\u5b9a\u5c45\uff0c\u8499\u53e4\u5305\u4fbf\u6377\u3001\u5bb9\u6613\u642c\u52a8\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\u5c31\u6d88\u5931\u4e86\uff0c\u623f\u5b50\u6210\u4e86\u5927\u5bb6\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u963f\u7238\u5bb6\u4e5f\u6709\u4e00\u5904\u623f\u5b50\uff0c\u623f\u5b50\u5468\u56f4\u51e0\u5e73\u65b9\u516c\u91cc\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u90fd\u56e0\u725b\u7f8a\u7684\u53cd\u590d\u8e29\u8e0f\u53d8\u5f97\u79c3\u79c3\u7684\u3002\u5728\u51ac\u53bb\u6625\u6765\uff0c\u8349\u8fd8\u6ca1\u8fd4\u9752\u7684\u5b63\u8282\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u5c31\u662f\u9732\u5929\u7684\u6c99\u571f\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u4eba\u5b9a\u5c45\uff0c\u725b\u7f8a\u4e5f\u5b9a\u5c45\u4e86\uff0c\u623f\u5b50\u79bb\u68da\u5708\u5927\u7ea6\u4e03\u767e\u5230\u516b\u767e\u7c73\uff0c\u5728\u5b83\u4eec\u4e4b\u95f4\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u5bbd\u9614\u7684\u9000\u5316\u5e26\u3002\u5728\u7267\u6c11\u5b9a\u5c45\u653f\u7b56\u521a\u521a\u63a8\u884c\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u5c31\u6709\u5b66\u8005\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5b9a\u5c45\u4f1a\u9020\u6210&ldquo;\u6591\u79c3\u72b6&rdquo;\u9000\u5316\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u963f\u7238\u5bb6\u7684\u5468\u56f4\u5c31\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u5178\u578b\u7684&ldquo;\u6591\u79c3\u72b6&rdquo;\u9000\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u521a\u5230\u963f\u7238\u5bb6\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u4e0d\u4e86\u89e3\u8fd9\u4e2a\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u66fe\u7ecf\u95ee\u8fc7\u963f\u7238\uff1a&ldquo;\u60a8\u76d6\u623f\u5b50\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4e0d\u9009\u4e00\u4e2a\u8349\u597d\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff1f&rdquo;\u963f\u7238\u8bf4\uff1a&ldquo;\u6211\u4eec\u8fd9\u662f\u8001\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u4ee5\u524d\u8fc7\u51ac\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002\u4ee5\u524d\u8fd9\u8349\u53ef\u597d\u4e86\uff01&rdquo;\u8349\u539f\u4e0a\u51ac\u5929\u662f\u6700\u96be\u8fc7\u7684\u5b63\u8282\uff0c\u6c14\u5019\u4e25\u5bd2\uff0c\u7f8a\u7f94\u3001\u725b\u728a\u5bb9\u6613\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u9752\u8349\u751f\u957f\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4ee5\u524d\u8fc7\u51ac\u7684\u8349\u573a\u662f\u6700\u597d\u7684\u8349\u573a\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u73b0\u5728\u5df2\u7ecf\u5b9a\u5c45\u5341\u5e74\u4e86\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u5df2\u7ecf\u770b\u4e0d\u51fa\u8fd9\u79cd\u666f\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;\u73b0\u5728\u4e0d\u884c\u4e86\uff0c\u6625\u5929\u6c99\u6f20\u98ce\u4e00\u522e\uff0c\u7f8a\u7caa\u86cb\u5168\u522e\u8dd1\u4e86\uff0c\u8349\u5c31\u4e0d\u884c\u4e86\u3002&rdquo;\u963f\u7238\u79f0\u6c99\u5c18\u66b4\u4e3a&ldquo;\u6c99\u6f20\u98ce&rdquo;\u3002\u5173\u4e8e&ldquo;\u6c99\u6f20\u98ce&rdquo;\uff0c\u963f\u7238\u53e8\u5520\u8fc7\u8bb8\u591a\u8bdd\uff0c&ldquo;\u6211\u4eec\u5e74\u8f7b\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u54ea\u89c1\u8fc7\u6c99\u6f20\u98ce\u5440\uff1f&rdquo;&ldquo;\u4e00\u522e\u6c99\u6f20\u98ce\u8349\u5c31\u53d8\u4e86\uff0c\u7f8a\u8349\u4e0d\u957f\uff0c\u957f\u7070\u83dc\uff0c\u732a\u5403\u7684\u90a3\u79cd\u8349\uf
