Report.pdf\">\u62a5\u544a<\/a>\u4e2d\u68c0\u6d4b\u4e86\u8fd9\u79cd\u5e9f\u65e7\u91d1\u5c5e\u5904\u7406\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u5e76\u5f97\u51fa\u7ed3\u8bba\uff1a\u5c06\u5e9f\u65e7\u6d77\u519b\u8230\u8247\u7f6e\u4e8e\u6d77\u5e95\u662f&ldquo;\u4f7f\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u5904\u7f6e\u4e0e\u6210\u672c\u5916\u90e8\u5316\u7684\u884c\u4e3a&rdquo;\u3002\u867d\u7136\u6d77\u519b\u65b9\u9762\u8fa9\u62a4\u8fd9\u6b21\u4e3e\u63aa\u662f\u4e00\u6b21\u5faa\u73af\u5229\u7528\u7684\u9769\u65b0\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u79d1\u5b66\u754c\u548c\u73af\u4fdd\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5bf9\u6b64\u8868\u793a\u6df1\u523b\u6000\u7591\uff0c\u5e76\u5bc6\u5207\u5173\u6ce8\u76f8\u5173\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 21.2pt; line-height: 150%; \"><span lang=\"EN-US\">1970-1999<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri\">\u5e74\u95f4\uff0c<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">SINKEX<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;\nmso-hansi-font-family:Calibri\">\u9879\u76ee\u7ecf\u7edf\u8ba1\u4ec5\u5904\u7406<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">8%<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri\">\u7684\u62a5\u5e9f\u8230\u8239\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4f30\u8ba1\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">20<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;\nmso-hansi-font-family:Calibri\">\u5e74\u4e2d\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5df2\u7ecf\u5904\u7406\u4e86<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><a lang=\"EN-US\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ban.org\/Library\/dishonorable disposal_Ban Report.pdf\">60<\/a><\/span><span Report.pdf\">\u4e07\u5428<\/a>\u7684\u53ef\u5faa\u73af\u7684\u94a2\u94c1\u3001\u94dd\u53ca\u94dc\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u79cd\u4e0d\u5c06\u8239\u8230\u8fdb\u884c\u53ef\u5faa\u73af\u5904\u7406\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\u9884\u8ba1\u635f\u5931\u4e86\u5927\u7ea6<\/span><span Report.pdf\">\u4e07\u4e2a\u7eff\u8272\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c97\u4f4d<\/a>\u3002\u800c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u51fa\u53e3\u62a5\u5e9f\u8239\u8230\u662f\u975e\u6cd5\u7684\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u62a5\u5e9f\u8239\u8230\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u88ab\u5f03\u4e8e\u8fdc\u6d0b\u6df1\u6d77\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 21.2pt; line-height: 150%; \"><span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53;mso-ascii-font-family:\nCalibri;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri\">\u6d77\u519b\u8ba4\u4e3a\u8fd9\u79cd\u5904\u7406\u65b9\u6cd5\u65e2\u8282\u7701\u4e86\u519b\u8d39\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e86\u73af\u5883\u3002\u6839\u636e<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marad.dot.gov\/documents\/January2008ReportToCongress.pdf\">2008<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;\nmso-hansi-font-family:Calibri\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marad.dot.gov\/documents\/January2008ReportToCongress.pdf\">\u5e74\u6d77\u519b\u62a5\u544a<\/a>\uff0c\u4eba\u5de5\u9c7c\u7901\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u4e3a\u6df1\u6d77\u7269\u79cd\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6816\u606f\u4e0e\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002\u5df4\u585e\u5c14\u884c\u52a8\u7f51\u7684\u62a5\u544a\u6307\u51fa\u6d77\u519b\u7684\u7ed3\u8bba\u57fa\u4e8e&ldquo;\u62a5\u5e9f\u7684\u8239\u8236\u5438\u5f15\u9c7c\u7684\u9a7b\u7559&rdquo;\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5df4\u585e\u5c14\u884c\u52a8\u7f51\u540c\u65f6\u63d0\u51fa\u7591\u95ee\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u5438\u5f15\u662f\u5426\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5bf9\u751f\u6001\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u6b63\u5411\u6548\u5e94\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5438\u5f15\u9c7c\u4f7f\u5f97\u9c7c\u5728\u6b64\u5904\u96c6\u4e2d\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u4f1a\u4f7f\u6df1\u6d77\u9c7c\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u5546\u4e1a\u6355\u635e\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 21.2pt; line-height: 150%; \"><span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53;mso-ascii-font-family:\nCalibri;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri\">\u800c\u62a5\u5e9f\u7684\u8230\u8239\u662f\u5426\u4f1a\u5411\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u6d78\u51fa\u6bd2\u7d20\u6210\u4e3a\u4e89\u8bba\u7684\u7126\u70b9\u3002\u7f8e\u56fd\u73af\u4fdd\u603b\u5c40\u786e\u8ba4\u8230\u8239\u7528\u4e8e\u4eba\u5de5\u9c7c\u7901\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4e0d\u5fc5\u6e05\u6d17\u6240\u6709\u7684\u6709\u6bd2\u7269\u8d28\uff0c\u8b6c\u5982\u591a\u6c2f\u8054\u82ef\uff08<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">PCBs<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;\nmso-hansi-font-family:Calibri\">\uff09\u3001\u77f3\u68c9\u3001\u94c1\u548c\u542b\u94c5\u6d82\u6599\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u663e\u793a\u5728\u6c89\u6ca1\u8239\u53ea\u5468\u56f4\u4f1a\u7acb\u5373\u51fa\u73b0\u9ad8\u6d53\u5ea6\u7684\u591a\u6c2f\u8054\u82ef\u3002\u800c<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">2001<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;\nmso-hansi-font-family:Calibri\">\u5e74\u4ee5\u524d\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u73af\u4fdd\u603b\u5c40\u7684\u6c34\u4e0b\u8239\u8236\u6307\u5357\u4e2d\u8981\u6c42\u53ef\u68c0\u6d4b\u591a\u6c2f\u8054\u82ef\u6d53\u5ea6\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc7<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">2ppm<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;\nmso-hansi-font-family:Calibri\">\uff0c\u800c\u540e\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">SINKEX<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;\nmso-hansi-font-family:Calibri\">\u9879\u76ee\u8fd0\u884c\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8fdb\u5165\u6c34\u4f53\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u5c06\u62a5\u5e9f\u8230\u8239\u7f6e\u4e8e\u6d77\u5e95\u4ecd\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u5e76\u4e14\u53ef\u5faa\u73af\u7684\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u5df4\u585e\u5c14\u884c\u52a8\u7f51\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u8239\u8236\u56de\u6536\u9879\u76ee\u4e3b\u4efb\u53ca\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u62a5\u544a\u5408\u4f5c\u4f5c\u8005<\/span><span
