href=\"https:\/\/www.tarsandsaction.org\/invitation\/\">\u6ca5\u9752\u7802\u884c\u52a8<\/a>&rdquo;\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u5c06\u6301\u7eed\u52309\u67083\u65e5\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u653f\u5e9c\u64a4\u95008\u670826\u65e5\u901a\u8fc7\u7684Keystone href=\"https:\/\/thinkprogress.org\/romm\/2011\/08\/19\/299697\/mckibben-on-tar-sands-action-the-largest-collective-act-of-civil-disobedience-in-the-history-of-the-climate-movement\/\">\u4ed6\u76f8\u4fe1<\/a>\u8fd9\u5c06\u662f&ldquo;\u6211\u4eec\u8fd9\u4ee3\u4eba\u6700\u5927\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u548c\u5e73\u62b5\u6297&rdquo;\u3002<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/en\/4094-Once-burned\">Keystone XL<\/a>\u662f\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u77f3\u6cb9\u516c\u53f8<a href=\"https:\/\/www.transcanada.com\/keystone.html\">TransCanada<\/a>\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u4e00\u6761\u957f\u8fbe1661\u82f1\u91cc\uff08\u7ea62673\u5343\u7c73\uff09\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u7ba1\u9053\u3002\u8be5\u77f3\u6cb9\u7ba1\u9053\u5c06\u627f\u62c5\u4ece\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u827e\u8d1d\u5854\u5411\u7f8e\u56fd\u5fb7\u514b\u8428\u65af\u5dde\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u8fd0\u8f93\u3002TransCanada\u58f0\u79f0\u8fd9\u6761\u7ba1\u9053\u5c06\u7ed9\u7f8e\u56fd\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5e26\u6765<a href=\"https:\/\/www.transcanada.com\/economic_benefits.html\">200\u4ebf\u7f8e\u91d1<\/a>\u7684\u6536\u76ca\uff0c\u5e76\u57282011\u81f32012\u5e74\u95f4\u521b\u9020<a href=\"https:\/\/www.transcanada.com\/economic_benefits.html\">20000\u4efd\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c97\u4f4d<\/a>\u3002<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\u7f8e\u56fd\u4ea4\u901a\u90e8<a href=\"https:\/\/opsweb.phmsa.dot.gov\/pipelineforum\/faq\/index.html\">\u79f0<\/a>&ldquo;\u7ba1\u9053\u662f\u8fd0\u8f93\u80fd\u6e90\u4ea7\u7269\u6700\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u53ef\u9760\u3001\u6709\u6548\u7387\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f&rdquo;\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u73af\u4fdd\u6fc0\u8fdb\u5206\u5b50\u6307\u51fa\u6ca5\u9752\u7802\u6cb9\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\uff08\u4e5f\u5c31\u662fKeystone XL\u7ba1\u9053\u8fd0\u8f93\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u7c7b\u578b\uff09\u6bd4\u4f20\u7edf\u77f3\u6cb9\u52d8\u63a2\u91ca\u653e\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foe.org\/keystone-xl-pipeline\">\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u591a\u4e09\u500d<\/a>\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u64cd\u4f5c\u6ca5\u9752\u7802\u6240\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u6bcf\u6876\u77f3\u6cb9\u4f1a\u6d88\u8017\u5e76\u6c61\u67d3\u5c06\u8fd1<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foe.org\/keystone-xl-pipeline\">3\u52a0\u4ed1\u6c34<\/a>\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u4e5f\u5c06\u4f7f\u7f8e\u56fd\u6700\u5927\u7684\u84c4\u6c34\u5c42\u6b27\u683c\u62c9\u84c4\u6c34\u5c42\u906d\u5230\u5a01\u80c1\u3002\u8be5\u84c4\u6c34\u5c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/en\/4094-Once-burned\">200\u4e07\u7f8e\u56fd\u4eba\u6c11<\/a>\u7684\u996e\u7528\u6c34\u5e76\u704c\u6e89\u4e86\u7f8e\u56fd<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/en\/4094-Once-burned\">25%\u7684\u519c\u4e1a\u7528\u5730<\/a>\u3002<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\u6297\u8bae\u8005\u4eec\u8fd8\u8003\u8651\u5230\u4e86\u7ba1\u9053\u9879\u76ee\u5f15\u53d1\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u4e0d\u516c\u6b63\u95ee\u9898\uff1a\u8f83\u4e3a\u8d2b\u7a77\u7684\u793e\u533a\u5c06\u53d7\u5230\u66f4\u591a\u7ba1\u9053\u5efa\u8bbe\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u5371\u5bb3\u3002Keystone XL\u4f1a\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e2d\u90e8\u7684\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u793e\u533a\uff0c\u90a3\u91cc\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u53ef\u80fd\u6ca1\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u642c\u5bb6\u3002\u5185\u5e03\u62c9\u65af\u5361\u6797\u80af\u5927\u5b66\u5bf9Keystone XL\u7ba1\u9053\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/watercenter.unl.edu\/downloads\/2011-Worst-case-Keystone-spills-report.pdf\">\u5206\u6790\u62a5\u544a<\/a>\u4f30\u6d4b\u8be5\u7ba1\u9053\u6bcf\u5e74\u5c06\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f1.82\u6b21\u6f0f\u6cb9\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u572850\u5e74\u4e2d\u53d1\u751f91\u6b21\u6f0f\u6cb9\uff08\u591a\u4e8e50\u6876\u6cb9\uff09\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4eca\u5e745\u6708\uff0cTransCanada\u7684Keystone I\u7ba1\u9053\u53d1\u751f\u4e86\u672c\u5e74\u4e2d\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/michiganmessenger.com\/48887\/keystone-i-pipeline-has-12th-leak-in-first-year\">\u7b2c12\u6b21\u6f0f\u6cb9<\/a>\u3002\u8fd9\u4e5f\u8868\u660e\u7ba1\u9053\u5468\u8fb9\u8d2b\u7a77\u7684\u793e\u533a\u548c\u8106\u5f31\u7684\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u4e34\u7ba1\u9053\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u7834\u574f\u3002<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\u8a79\u59c6\u58eb&bull;\u6c49\u68ee\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u822a\u7a7a\u548c\u5b87\u5b99\u822a\u884c\u5c40\u683c\u8fbe\u5fb7\u5b87\u5b99\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u6240\u957f\uff0c\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u4eec\u57288\u67083\u65e5\u5199\u7ed9\u767d\u5bab\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarsandsaction.org\/scientists-keystone-xl-obama\/\">\u4e00\u5c01\u4fe1<\/a>\u4e2d\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6ca5\u9752\u7802\u77f3\u6cb9\u63d0\u53d6\u4f1a\u9020\u6210\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6d6a\u8d39\u548c\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u8fd9\u6761\u7ba1\u9053\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u56fd\u5bb6\u5229\u76ca\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u6574\u4e2a\u661f\u7403\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u6c49\u68ee\u4e5f\u662f\u672c\u5468\u88ab\u902e\u6355\u7684\u6297\u8bae\u8005\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\u53ef\u662f\uff0c\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u653f\u5e9c\u57288\u670826\u65e5\u4ecd\u7136<a &nbsp; Keystone XL\u662f\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u77f3\u6cb9\u516c\u53f8TransCanada\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u4e00\u6761\u957f\u8fbe1661\u82f1\u91cc\uff08\u7ea62673\u5343\u7c73\uff09\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u7ba1\u9053\u3002\u8be5\u77f3\u6cb9\u7ba1\u9053\u5c06\u627f\u62c5\u4ece\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u827e\u8d1d\u5854\u5411\u7f8e\u56fd\u5fb7\u514b\u8428\u65af\u5dde\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u8fd0\u8f93\u3002TransCanada\u58f0\u79f0\u8fd9\u6761\u7ba1\u9053\u5c06\u7ed9\u7f8e\u56fd\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5e26\u6765200\u4ebf\u7f8e\u91d1\u7684\u6536\u76ca\uff0c\u5e76\u57282011\u81f32012\u5e74\u95f4\u521b\u902020000\u4efd\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c97\u4f4d\u3002 &nbsp; \u7f8e\u56fd\u4ea4\u901a\u90e8\u79f0&ldquo;\u7ba1\u9053\u662f\u8fd0\u8f93\u80fd\u6e90\u4ea7\u7269\u6700\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u53ef\u9760\u3001\u6709\u6548\u7387\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f&rdquo;\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u73af\u4fdd\u6fc0\u8fdb\u5206\u5b50\u6307\u51fa\u6ca5\u9752\u7802\u6cb9\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\uff08\u4e5f\u5c31\u662fKeystone XL\u7ba1\u9053\u8fd0\u8f93\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u7c7b\u578b\uff09\u6bd4\u4f20\u7edf\u77f3\u6cb9\u52d8\u63a2\u91ca\u653e\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u591a\u4e09\u500d\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u64cd\u4f5c\u6ca5\u9752\u7802\u6240\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u6bcf\u6876\u77f3\u6cb9\u4f1a\u6d88\u8017\u5e76\u6c61\u67d3\u5c06\u8fd13\u52a0\u4ed1\u6c34\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u4e5f\u5c06\u4f7f\u7f8e\u56fd\u6700\u5927\u7684\u84c4\u6c34\u5c42\u6b27\u683c\u62c9\u84c4\u6c34\u5c42\u906d\u5230\u5a01\u80c1\u3002\u8be5\u84c4\u6c34\u5c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86200\u4e07\u7f8e\u56fd\u4eba\u6c11\u7684\u996e\u7528\u6c34\u5e76\u704c\u6e89\u4e86\u7f8e\u56fd25%\u7684\u519c\u4e1a\u7528\u5730\u3002 &nbsp; \u6297\u8bae\u8005\u4eec\u8fd8\u8003\u8651\u5230\u4e86\u7ba1\u9053\u9879\u76ee\u5f15\u53d1\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u4e0d\u516c\u6b63\u95ee\u9898\uff1a\u8f83\u4e3a\u8d2b\u7a77\u7684\u793e\u533a\u5c06\u53d7\u5230\u66f4\u591a\u7ba1\u9053\u5efa\u8bbe\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u5371\u5bb3\u3002Keystone XL\u4f1a\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e2d\u90e8\u7684\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u793e\u533a\uff0c\u90a3\u91cc\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u53ef\u80fd\u6ca1\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u642c\u5bb6\u3002\u5185\u5e03\u62c9\u65af\u5361\u6797\u80af\u5927\u5b66\u5bf9Keystone XL\u7ba1\u9053\u7684\u5206\u6790\u62a5\u544a\u4f30\u6d4b\u8be5\u7ba1\u9053\u6bcf\u5e74\u5c06\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f1.82\u6b21\u6f0f\u6cb9\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u572850\u5e74\u4e2d\u53d1\u751f91\u6b21\u6f0f\u6cb9\uff08\u591a\u4e8e50\u6876\u6cb9\uff09\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4eca\u5e745\u6708\uff0cTransCanada\u7684Keystone I\u7ba1\u9053\u53d1\u751f\u4e86\u672c\u5e74\u4e2d\u7684\u7b2c12\u6b21\u6f0f\u6cb9\u3002\u8fd9\u4e5f\u8868\u660e\u7ba1\u9053\u5468\u8fb9\u8d2b\u7a77\u7684\u793e\u533a\u548c\u8106\u5f31\u7684\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u4e34\u7ba1\u9053\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u7834\u574f\u3002 &nbsp; \u8a79\u59c6\u58eb&bull;\u6c49\u68ee\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u822a\u7a7a\u548c\u5b87\u5b99\u822a\u884c\u5c40\u683c\u8fbe\u5fb7\u5b87\u5b99\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u6240\u957f\uff0c\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u4eec\u57288\u67083\u65e5\u5199\u7ed9\u767d\u5bab\u7684\u4e00\u5c01\u4fe1\u4e2d\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6ca5\u9752\u7802\u77f3\u6cb9\u63d0\u53d6\u4f1a\u9020\u6210\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6d6a\u8d39\u548c\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u8fd9\u6761\u7ba1\u9053\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u56fd\u5bb6\u5229\u76ca\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u6574\u4e2a\u661f\u7403\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u6c49\u68ee\u4e5f\u662f\u672c\u5468\u88ab\u902e\u6355\u7684\u6297\u8bae\u8005\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002
