href=\"https:\/\/www.gripweb.org\/gripweb\/?q=countries-risk-information\/documents-publications\/july-2007-flash-flood-disasters-chongqing-and\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201c7.18\u5927\u96e8\u201d<\/a>\u9020\u621022\u4eba\u7f79\u96be\u3002\u5f53\u65f6\uff0c\u7a0b\u6653\u9676\u66fe\u64b0\u6587\u547c\u5401\u4eba\u4eec\u91cd\u89c6\u201c\u57ce\u5e02\u578b\u6c34\u707e\u5bb3\u201d\u7684\u5371\u5bb3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2011\u5e747\u6708\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u5c31\u66fe\u6709\u8fc7\u4e00\u6b21\u66b4\u96e8\u3002\u65f6\u9694\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c\u8fd9\u6b21\u7684\u964d\u96e8\u91cf\u51e0\u4e4e\u8fbe\u5230\u4e0a\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u4e24\u500d\u3002\u7a0b\u6653\u9676\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff1a\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u7d27\u6025\u5e94\u5bf9\u662f\u6709\u6240\u6539\u5584\u7684\u3002\u4e3b\u57ce\u533a\u7684\u66b4\u96e8\u54cd\u5e94\u6c34\u5e73\u6bd4\u4ee5\u524d\u6709\u8fdb\u6b65\u3002\u758f\u901a\u7ba1\u7f51\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u5728\u5929\u6c14\u9884\u62a5\u540e\u505a\u597d\u4e86\u5230\u5c97\u51c6\u5907\uff0c\u79ef\u6c34\u51fa\u73b0\u540e\u5f88\u5feb\u5f00\u59cb\u4e86\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u800c\u5728\u53bb\u5e74\u90a3\u573a\u5927\u96e8\u4e2d\uff0c\u201c\u6574\u4e2a\u4ea4\u901a\u4e00\u584c\u7cca\u6d82\uff0c\u8bbe\u5907\u90fd\u8fd0\u4e0d\u4e0a\u53bb\u201d\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u5730\u94c1\u7ad9\u51fa\u73b0\u96e8\u6c34\u5012\u704c\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u620f\u79f0\u5168\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u5730\u94c1\u7ad9\u90fd\u6210\u4e86\u201c\u79ef\u6c34\u6f6d\u7ad9\u201d\uff08\u5317\u4eac\u5730\u94c1\u4e8c\u53f7\u7ebf\u4e0a\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u7ad9\u540d\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u65f6\u81f3\u4eca\u65e5\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5de5\u4f5c\u5e94\u8be5\u8bf4\u90fd\u6ca1\u6709\u6446\u8131\u201c\u5927\u707e\u4e4b\u540e\u6709\u5927\u6cbb\u201d\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u7b97\u4e0d\u4e0a\u201c\u672a\u96e8\u7ef8\u7f2a\u201d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u201c\u4ea1\u7f8a\u8865\u7262\u201d\u4e4b\u4e3e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7a0b\u6653\u9676\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4ece\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7279\u522b\u662f\u4e9a\u6d32\u7684\u6c14\u8c61\u60c5\u51b5\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u5c40\u90e8\u9ad8\u901f\u5ea6\u66b4\u96e8\u7684\u6b21\u6570\u5728\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u6bcf\u5c0f\u65f6\u8fbe50mm-100mm\u7684\u964d\u96e8\u91cf\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e0d\u65f6\u51fa\u73b0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1972\u5e74<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/List_of_deadliest_floods\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u65e5\u672c\u957f\u5d0e\u5e02\u906d\u53d7\u8d85\u8bb0\u5f55\u66b4\u96e8\u88ad\u51fb<\/a>\uff0c\u4ea4\u901a\u3001\u901a\u8baf\u3001\u7535\u529b\u7b49\u751f\u547d\u7ebf\u7cfb\u7edf\u5b8c\u5168\u9677\u5165\u762b\u75ea\uff0c299\u4eba\u56e0\u707e\u4e27\u751f\uff0c\u5c0f\u6c7d\u8f66\u635f\u5931\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e862\u4e07\u8f86\u3002\u8fd9\u573a\u57ce\u533a\u66b4\u96e8\u5f15\u53d1\u7684\u5927\u6c34\u707e\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u4f7f\u4eba\u4eec\u5efa\u7acb\u8d77\u4e86\u201c\u57ce\u5e02\u578b\u6c34\u707e\u5bb3\u201d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1999\u5e74\uff0c\u4e1c\u4eac\u3001\u535a\u591a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apnewsarchive.com\/1999\/Seven-Die-As-Floods-Hit-Japan\/id-19db66ab071c6b1364d39a45eabf4533\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u66b4\u96e8\u6210\u707e<\/a>\u30021\u5c0f\u65f6\u964d\u96e8\u91cf\u5747\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e86100mm\uff0c\u4e24\u5730\u540c\u65f6\u53d1\u751f\u4e86\u5730\u4e0b\u5ba4\u91cc\u6df9\u6b7b\u4eba\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2001\u5e74\uff0c\u97e9\u56fd\u9996\u5c14\u7684\u66b4\u96e8\u4e2d\uff0c\u5730\u4e0b\u94c1\u9053\u6c34\u6d41\u6210\u6cb3,\u9020\u621049\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c9\u4eba\u5931\u8e2a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u8106\u5f31\u5e76\u975e\u4e2d\u56fd\u72ec\u6709\u3002\u8d85\u5927\u578b\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u201c\u70ed\u5c9b\u6548\u5e94\u201d\u4f1a\u5f15\u53d1<a href=\"https:\/\/earthobservatory.nasa.gov\/Features\/UrbanRain\/urbanrain2.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201c\u96e8\u5c9b\u6548\u5e94\u201d<\/a>\u2014\u2014\u7531\u4e8e\u6c14\u6e29\u9ad8\u3001\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u7c89\u5c18\u5927\uff0c\u70ed\u6c14\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5468\u8fb9\u6c14\u6d41\u5411\u57ce\u5e02\u6c47\u805a\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u4e0a\u5347\u7684\u70ed\u6c14\u6d41\u906d\u9047\u9ad8\u7a7a\u5f3a\u5bf9\u6d41\u7684\u51b7\u6c14\u56e2\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u66b4\u96e8\uff0c\u5c31\u4f7f\u57ce\u5e02\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u6210\u4e3a\u66b4\u96e8\u88ad\u51fb\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u5730\u8868\u786c\u5316\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u5730\u9762\u6e17\u900f\u6027\u80fd\u5f88\u5dee\u3002\u4e0d\u900f\u6c34\u9762\u79ef\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u5fc5\u7136\u5e26\u6765\u5730\u9762\u5f84\u6d41\u7684\u589e\u591a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u591a\u91cd\u56e0\u7d20\u7684\u7efc\u5408\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0b\uff0c\u8d85\u5927\u578b\u57ce\u5e02\u51fa\u73b0\u5e02\u533a\u66b4\u96e8\u7684\u9891\u7387\u4e0e\u5f3a\u5ea6\u4f1a\u9ad8\u4e8e\u5468\u8fb9\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u73b0\u8c61\u5c06\u4f1a\u957f\u671f\u5b58\u5728\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c31\u5317\u4eac\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5730\u9762\u4e4b\u4e0b\u662f\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u534e\u5317\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\u6f0f\u6597\uff0c\u5730\u9762\u4e4b\u4e0a\u662f\u8fc5\u901f\u79ef\u805a\u96be\u4ee5\u6e17\u6f0f\u7684\u6c34\u6d41\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u5bf9\u6bd4\u51e0\u4e4e\u540a\u8be1\u3002<br
