\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u5982\u6b64\u5b8f\u4f1f\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u4f46\u65b0\u653f\u7b56\u6050\u6015\u8fd8\u53ea\u80fd\u7b97\u662f\u996e\u9e29\u6b62\u6e34\uff0c\u6ca1\u80fd\u89e6\u53ca\u5317\u4eac\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u75c7\u7ed3\u6240\u5728\u3002\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u80fd\u904f\u5236\u533a\u57df\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8017\u7684\u589e\u957f\u52bf\u5934\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u91c7\u53d6\u4ec0\u4e48\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u6cbb\u7406\u884c\u52a8\u4e5f\u4e8e\u4e8b\u65e0\u8865\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u95ee\u9898\u5df2\u7ecf\u8d85\u51fa\u4e86\u5317\u4eac\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u7ba1\u8f96\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u90bb\u8fd1\u7701\u5e02\u7684\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n

\u65e0\u8bba\u5b98\u65b9\u7edf\u8ba1<\/a>\u8fd8\u662f\u79d1\u5b66\u8bc4\u4f30<\/a>\uff0c\u90fd\u8868\u660e\u71c3\u7164\u662f\u4e0ePM2.5\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4e09\u79cd\u4e3b\u8981\u6c61\u67d3\u7269——\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u3001\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u6c2e\u548c\u4e00\u6b21\u9897\u7c92\u7269\u7684\u6700\u5927\u6765\u6e90\u3002\u6240\u8c13PM2.5\uff0c\u6307\u7684\u662f\u534a\u5f84\u5c0f\u4e8e2.5\u5fae\u7c73\u7684\u7ec6\u5fae\u9897\u7c92\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u8fd1\u4e24\u5e74\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u4f17\u5bf9\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u5173\u6ce8\u6838\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u95ee\u9898\u5f88\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u5177\u6709\u533a\u57df\u6027\u548c\u8de8\u5883\u6027\u3002\u6839\u636e\u300a\u5927\u6c14\u5316\u5b66\u548c\u5927\u6c14\u7269\u7406\u5b66\u300b\u6742\u5fd7\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c<\/a>\uff0c\u5317\u4eacPM2.5\u4e2d\u5e73\u574739%\u7684\u6210\u5206\u6765\u81ea\u5916\u5730\u6392\u653e\u6e90\u3002\u540c\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u8fd8\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5317\u4eac\u6301\u7eed\u522e\u5357\u98ce\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u5904\u4e8e\u6cb3\u5317\u548c\u5c71\u4e1c\u7684\u4e0b\u98ce\u53e3\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u975e\u672c\u5730\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u4f20\u64ad\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u5c06\u5360\u5317\u4eacPM2.5\u7684\u4e94\u5230\u4e03\u6210\u3002

\n\u53ea\u8981\u6d4f\u89c8\u4e00\u4e0b\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u7edf\u8ba1\u5e74\u9274\uff0c\u5c31\u4f1a\u53d1\u73b0\u5317\u4eac\u5468\u8fb9\u7701\u4efd\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u4f9d\u8d56\u6709\u591a\u4e48\u4e25\u91cd\u30022011\u5e74\uff0c\u5c71\u4e1c\u3001\u6cb3\u5317\u4e24\u7701\u5171\u6d88\u8d39\u4e867\u4ebf\u5428\u7164\u70ad\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7701\u7ea7\u884c\u653f\u533a\u4e2d\u5206\u522b\u540d\u5217\u7b2c\u4e00\u548c\u7b2c\u56db\u3002\u4e24\u7701\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u90fd\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e86\u6b27\u6d32\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u5927\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53——\u5fb7\u56fd\uff0c\u52a0\u8d77\u6765\u5219\u8d85\u8fc7\u5370\u5ea6\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6362\u4e00\u79cd\u7b97\u6cd5\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u5e02\u5468\u8fb9600\u516c\u91cc\u533a\u57df\u5185\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u5df2\u7ecf\u6bd4\u6574\u4e2a\u7f8e\u56fd\u90fd\u8981\u591a\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u6cb3\u5317\u7701\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8d39\u89c4\u6a21\uff0c\u4eac\u6d25\u5180\u5730\u533a\u4e9f\u9700\u5bf9\u7164\u70ad\u4f7f\u7528\u8fdb\u884c\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u5728\u533a\u57df\u5c42\u9762\u4e0a\u89e3\u51b3\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u6cb3\u5317\u7701\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u5360\u5230\u4eac\u6d25\u5180\u5730\u533a\u768480%\uff0c\u6cb3\u5317\u540c\u65f6\u5360\u5230\u4eac\u6d25\u5180\u5730\u533a\u4e09\u5927\u4e3b\u8981\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u6392\u653e\u768477%\u523090%\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5c31\u7b97\u5317\u4eac\u80fd\u591f\u7acb\u523b\u5b9e\u73b0\u5176\u63d0\u51fa\u76841500\u4e07\u5428<\/a>\u5e74\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8017\u4e0a\u9650\uff08\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8bf4\u7acb\u5373\u524a\u51cf\u71c3\u7164700\u4e07\u5428\u5de6\u53f3\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u6cb3\u5317\u7701\u5e9e\u5927\u7684\u7164\u8017\u9762\u524d\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u4e3e\u63aa\u4e5f\u7b80\u76f4\u662f\u5c0f\u5deb\u89c1\u5927\u5deb\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6cb3\u5317\u4e0d\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u5e02\u957f\u738b\u5b89\u987a\u7acb\u4e0b\u7684“\u519b\u4ee4\u72b6”\u6050\u6015\u53ea\u662f\u65e0\u6cd5\u6cbb\u672c\u4e4b\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4ef6\u4e8b\u53ef\u80fd\u66f4\u52a0\u4ee4\u4eba\u62c5\u5fe7\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5317\u4eac\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u529f\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u8fc5\u901f\u51cf\u6392\uff0c\u4f46\u6765\u81ea\u5c71\u4e1c\u3001\u6cb3\u5317\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u57282011\u5e74\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u52a0\u30022005\u5e74\u52302010\u5e74\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5f00\u59cb\u6267\u884c\u706b\u7535\u5382\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u6c61\u67d3\u63a7\u5236\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u7701\u7684\u6392\u653e\u66fe\u7ecf\u4e00\u5ea6\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u4f46\u968f\u540e\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u4ee4\u4eba\u9707\u60ca\u7684\u589e\u957f\u3002\u6839\u636e\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u7edf\u8ba1<\/a>\uff0c2011\u5e74\u6cb3\u5317\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u6392\u653e\u589e\u52a0\u4e8615%\uff0c\u5c71\u4e1c\u66f4\u662f\u731b\u589e19%\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u80cc\u540e“\u96be\u4ee5\u5ffd\u89c6\u7684\u771f\u76f8”\u5c31\u662f\uff0c\u6280\u672f\u8fdb\u6b65\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u6392\u653e\u5f3a\u5ea6\u8fdb\u6b65\u6839\u672c\u6321\u4e0d\u4f4f\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u589e\u957f\u901f\u5ea6\u7684\u62b5\u6d88\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u672a\u6765\u51e0\u5e74\u4e2d\uff0c\u8981\u5728\u71c3\u7164\u7535\u5382\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u6280\u672f\u4e0a\u53d6\u5f97\u6210\u5c31\u4f1a\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u96be\uff0c\u4ee3\u4ef7\u4e5f\u4f1a\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5927\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5728\u6280\u672f\u5c42\u9762\u5bb9\u6613\u505a\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u5df2\u7ecf\u505a\u5b8c\uff0c\u5269\u4e0b\u7684\u90fd\u662f“\u786c\u9aa8\u5934”\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5f3a\u6709\u529b\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8017\u4e0a\u9650\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u5317\u4eac\u9700\u8981\u7684\uff0c\u5468\u8fb9\u7701\u4efd\u4e5f\u5fc5\u987b\u7acb\u5373\u6267\u884c\u3002\u4f46\u4ee4\u4eba\u9057\u61be\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8fd8\u6ca1\u6709\u770b\u5230\u6cb3\u5317\u3001\u5c71\u4e1c\u4e24\u7701\u91c7\u53d6\u76f8\u5e94\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u88ab\u63d0\u8bae\u5df2\u4e45\u7684\u533a\u57df\u5927\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u8054\u9632\u8054\u63a7\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u8fc4\u4eca\u4e3a\u6b62\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u770b\u5230\u4efb\u4f55\u5b9e\u8d28\u8fdb\u5c55\u6216\u8005\u516c\u5f00\u7684\u6267\u884c\u65f6\u95f4\u8868\u3002
