(SSO)\uff0c\u5373\u7531\u4e8e\u5927\u96e8\u3001\u7ef4\u62a4\u4e0d\u5584\u6216\u8005\u7834\u574f\u516c\u7269\u9020\u6210\u672a\u7ecf\u5904\u7406\u7684\u6c61\u6c34\u88ab\u6392\u5165\u5468\u56f4\u6c34\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e\u5730\u65b9\u6c34\u52a1\u5f53\u5c40\u7684\u8bf4\u6cd5\uff0c\u5355\u662f\u53bb\u5e7412\u6708\u7684\u4e00\u5929\uff0c\u5c31\u6709\u8d85\u8fc7390\u4e07\u52a0\u4ed1\u88ab\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u96e8\u6c34\u6d8c\u5165\u5bc6\u65af\u63d0\u514b\u6cb3\u3002\u6bcf\u6b21\u53d1\u751f\u8fd9\u79cd\u6ea2\u6d41\uff0c\u6ee1\u8857\u624b\u7eb8\u548c\u6c61\u7269\u5c31\u6210\u4e86\u53f8\u7a7a\u89c1\u60ef\u7684\u666f\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u73af\u5883\u76d1\u7763\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c\u8be5\u56fd\u6bcf\u5e74\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u4e0b\u6c34\u9053\u6ea2\u6d41\u57282.3\u52307.5\u4e07\u8d77\u4e4b\u95f4\u3002\u4e0d\u4ec5\u7f8e\u56fd\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u53d1\u8fbe\u548c\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u90fd\u5728\u4e0e\u536b\u751f\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0d\u8db3\u9020\u6210\u7684\u516c\u5171\u536b\u751f\u548c\u73af\u5883\u95ee\u9898\u4f5c\u6597\u4e89\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u4e0a\u8ff0\u95ee\u9898\u4e2d\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u6e05\u6d01\u5395\u6240\u662f\u6700\u7a81\u51fa\u7684\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u65e9\u5df2\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\u8fd9\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u5927\u7ea6\u5341\u4e94\u5e74\u524d\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u793e\u4f1a\u53d1\u8d77\u4e86\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u5343\u5e74\u53d1\u5c55\u76ee\u6807\uff08MDG\uff09\uff0c\u8bd5\u56fe\u6539\u5584\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u72b6\u51b5\u3002\u5343\u5e74\u53d1\u5c55\u76ee\u6807\u4e2d\u5c31\u5305\u62ec\u6539\u53d8\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u5395\u6240\uff0c\u52302015\u5e74\u5c06\u5168\u7403\u65e0\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528&ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/data.worldbank.org\/indicator\/SH.STA.ACSN\">\u6539\u5584\u7684\u536b\u751f<\/a>\u8bbe\u65bd&rdquo;\uff08\u5373\u4ece\u906e\u853d\u7684\u5751\u5f0f\u5395\u6240\u5230\u62bd\u6c34\u9a6c\u6876\u7684\u536b\u751f\u7ea7\u522b\uff09\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u51cf\u5c11\u4e00\u534a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6362\u53e5\u8bdd\u8bf4\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u52302015\u5e74\u80fd\u591f\u5c06\u65e0\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u6e05\u6d01\u5395\u6240\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u4eba\u53e3\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4ece1990\u5e74\u768453%\u51cf\u5c11\u523026%\u3002\u6d4f\u89c8\u4e00\u4e0b\u5b98\u65b9\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u5c31\u4f1a\u53d1\u73b0\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u76ee\u6807\u4e0a\u7684\u8fdb\u5c55\u76f8\u5f53\u4e0d\u9519\u3002\u636e\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u7684\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c\u622a\u81f32010\u5e74\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u670943\u4ebf\u4eba\u80fd\u591f\u7528\u4e0a\u6539\u5584\u7684\u536b\u751f\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u5360\u603b\u4eba\u53e3\u768462%\uff0c\u8fd8\u670926\u4ebf\u4eba\u7528\u4e0d\u4e0a\uff0c\u536038%\u3002\u6309\u7167\u8fd9\u4e00\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u52302015\u5e74\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u4e0d\u7528\u4e0a\u6539\u5584\u7684\u536b\u751f\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5c06\u4e0b\u964d\u523033%\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u6bd4\u5343\u5e74\u53d1\u5c55\u76ee\u6807\u8fd8\u5dee\u4e03\u4e2a\u767e\u5206\u70b9\uff0c\u4f46\u5df2\u7ecf\u7b97\u4e0d\u9519\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7ed3\u679c\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u6839\u636e\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\uff0c&ldquo;\u6539\u5584\u7684\u536b\u751f\u8bbe\u65bd&rdquo;\u5305\u62ec\u90a3\u4e9b\u5c06\u672a\u7ecf\u5904\u7406\u7684\u6c61\u6c34\u76f4\u63a5\u6392\u5165\u73af\u5883\u7684\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u8bbe\u65bd\u53ea\u8981\u80fd\u591f\u675c\u7edd\u4eba\u7caa\u5c3f\u7684\u4eba\u7c7b\u63a5\u89e6\uff0c\u5c31\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f&ldquo;\u6539\u5584\u7684&rdquo;\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u4e9b\u5395\u6240\u5c06\u672a\u7ecf\u5904\u7406\u7684\u5e9f\u7269\u4ece\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u90a3\u91cc\u6392\u51fa\uff0c\u4f46\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u56de\u5230\u73af\u5883\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6c61\u67d3\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u6216\u5176\u5b83\u6c34\u9053\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u90bb\u5c45\u7684\u5395\u6240\u6b63\u5728\u6392\u653e\u5e9f\u7269\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5bb6\u662f\u5e72\u51c0\u4e86\uff0c\u6c61\u7269\u5374\u4f1a\u5371\u5bb3\u6cbf\u9014\u7684\u793e\u533a\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u8fdb\u5165\u996e\u7528\u6c34\u4f9b\u5e94\u7cfb\u7edf\u3001\u6c61\u67d3\u704c\u6e89\u4f5c\u7269\u6216\u8005\u88ab\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u76f4\u63a5\u89e6\u5230\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u51fa\u4e8e\u4e0a\u8ff0\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u90a3\u4e9b\u5c06\u672a\u7ecf\u5904\u7406\u7684\u6c61\u6c34\u6392\u5165\u73af\u5883\u7684\u5395\u6240\u5e94\u8be5\u88ab\u5217\u4e3a&ldquo;\u672a\u6539\u5584\u7684\u536b\u751f\u8bbe\u65bd&rdquo;\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u6765\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5b9e\u73b02015\u5e74\u76ee\u6807\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6001\u5ea6\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5e94\u8be5\u662f\u62c5\u5fe7\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u6ee1\u8db3\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e16\u754c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u4eba\u65e0\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u6e05\u6d01\u5395\u6240<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u7528\u8fd9\u4e2a\u66f4\u52a0\u786e\u5207\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\uff0c\u4e0a\u9762\u7684\u6570\u636e\u5c06\u53d8\u5f97\u622a\u7136\u4e0d\u540c\uff1a\u6839\u636e\u300a\u73af\u5883\u79d1\u5b66\u4e0e\u6280\u672f\u300b\u6742\u5fd7\u4e0a\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c2010\u5e74\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u670928\u4ebf\u4eba\u6b63\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u6539\u5584\u7684\u536b\u751f\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u5360\u603b\u4eba\u53e3\u768440%\uff1b\u4e0d\u80fd\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u670941\u4ebf\uff0c\u536060%\u3002\u8fd9\u6bd4\u4e4b\u524d\u4f30\u8ba1\u7684\u536b\u751f\u8bbe\u65bd\u4e0d\u8db3\u4eba\u53e3\u8981\u591a\u51fa15\u4ebf\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6309\u7167\u8fd9\u4e2a\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u4e49\uff0c\u5343\u5e74\u53d1\u5c55\u76ee\u6807\u7684\u57fa\u51c6\u4eba\u53e3\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4e5f\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\uff0c\u53731990\u5e74\u670964%\u7684\u4eba\u7528\u4e0d\u4e0a\u6539\u5584\u7684\u536b\u751f\u8bbe\u65bd\uff08\u800c\u975e\u73b0\u6709\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e0b\u768453%\uff09\u3002\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\uff0c\u76ee\u6807\u4e5f\u53d8\u6210\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6bd4\u4f8b\u51cf\u5c11\u523032%\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u4e49\u4ee5\u540e\u7684\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u52302015\u5e74\u4f7f\u7528\u672a\u6539\u5584\u7684\u536b\u751f\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u5168\u7403\u4eba\u53e3\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4ecd\u670959%\uff0c\u548c\u76ee\u6807\u76f8\u5dee\u6781\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5dee\u8ddd\u5e94\u8be5\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u6572\u54cd\u8b66\u949f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e0a\u7684\u5c0f\u5c0f\u53d8\u5316\u6216\u8bb8\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u65e0\u5173\u7d27\u8981\uff0c\u4f46\u65e0\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u5395\u6240\u8fd9\u4ef6\u4e8b\u7684\u5371\u5bb3\u5374\u7edd\u975e\u5982\u6b64\u3002\u536b\u751f\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0e\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u73af\u5883\u3001\u8d22\u5bcc\u548c\u5c0a\u4e25\u90fd\u606f\u606f\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u3002\u6ca1\u6709\u5395\u6240\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u7cdf\u7cd5\u7684\u536b\u751f\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u8179\u6cfb\u75c5\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u9020\u621076\u4e07\u513f\u7ae5\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e94\u5c81\u4ee5\u4e0b\u513f\u7ae5\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5927\u81f4\u6b7b\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672a\u7ecf\u5904\u7406\u7684\u6c61\u6c34\u6392\u5165\u73af\u5883\u4f1a\u5e26\u6765\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u6076\u679c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6c61\u67d3\u73af\u5883\u3001\u7834\u574f\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u3001\u6c61\u67d3\u6e05\u6d01\u6c34\u6e90\u3001\u51cf\u5c11\u53ef\u7528\u996e\u7528\u6c34\u4f9b\u5e94\u548c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4f20\u64ad\u75be\u75c5\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8d22\u5bcc\u7684\u589e\u957f\u4e5f\u53d7\u5230\u59a8\u5bb3\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u94f6\u884c\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u6bcf\u5e74\u7531\u536b\u751f\u4e0d\u8db3\u9020\u6210\u7684\u635f\u5931\u9ad8\u8fbe2600\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u522b\u65e0\u9009\u62e9\u88ab\u8feb\u5f53\u4f17\u6392\u4fbf\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u4e2a\u4eba\u5c0a\u4e25\u4e5f\u65e0\u4ece\u8c08\u8d77\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u6709\u8ff9\u8c61\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u793e\u4f1a\u5f00\u59cb\u65e5\u76ca\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\uff1a\u9664\u4e86\u5bf9\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u672c\u8eab\uff0c\u6539\u5584\u536b\u751f\u8bbe\u65bd\u5bf9\u516c\u5171\u536b\u751f\u548c\u73af\u5883\u6548\u76ca\u4e5f\u6781\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5343\u5e74\u9879\u76ee\u6c34\u4e0e\u536b\u751f\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c0f\u7ec4\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u4e2d\u671f\u62a5\u544a\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u6269\u5c55&ldquo;\u6539\u5584\u7684\u536b\u751f\u8bbe\u65bd&rdquo;\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\uff0c\u4ee5&ldquo;\u4fdd\u8bc1\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5728\u5bb6\u4e2d\u548c\u8fd1\u90bb\u533a\u57df\u90fd\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e05\u6d01\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u73af\u5883&rdquo;\u3002\u6b63\u5982\u632a\u5a01\u4eba\u6743\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u9a6c\u5c14\u79d1\u59c6&middot;\u5170\u798f\u5fb7\u6240\u8bf4\uff0c\u536b\u751f\u8bbe\u65bd\u5e94\u8be5&ldquo;\u4fdd\u62a4\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u3001\u5468\u8fb9\u533a\u57df\uff08\u5982\u5bb6\u5ead\u3001\u5b66\u6821\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u3001\u533b\u9662\u6216\u793e\u533a\uff09\u53ca\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u4eba\u7fa4\u4e0d\u53d7\u8be5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7684\u4e0d\u5229\u6c61\u67d3\u540e\u679c\u7684\u5f71\u54cd&rdquo;\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e2d\u56fd\u5de8\u578b\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u5e94\u5bf9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u957f\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u5316\u548c\u65e5\u76ca\u8001\u5316\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u5c06\u9700\u8981\u6211\u4eec\u4ed8\u51fa\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u6765\u6539\u5584\u536b\u751f\uff0c\u800c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5219\u9996\u5f53\u5176\u51b2\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u53e3\u591a\u8fbe13\u4ebf\uff0c\u4e14\u8fd8\u5728\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5fc5\u987b\u4fdd\u8bc1\u5176\u536b\u751f\u6280\u672f\u80fd\u591f\u6ee1\u8db3\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\u53e3\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4fdd\u8bc1\u5176\u6c61\u6c34\u5904\u7406\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0d\u4f1a\u8d85\u8d1f\u8377\u5de5\u4f5c\u4ee5\u81f4\u964d\u4f4e\u75c5\u83cc\u6740\u706d\u7684\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u73b0\u6709\u5b9a\u4e49\uff0c2010\u5e74\u4e2d\u56fd\u5df2\u670964%\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u4e0a&ldquo;\u6539\u5584\u7684\u536b\u751f\u8bbe\u65bd&rdquo;\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u8981\u4fdd\u8bc1\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u90fd\u7528\u4e0a\u6e05\u6d01\u7684\u5395\u6240\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u9886\u5bfc\u4eba\u8fd8\u8981\u4ed8\u51fa\u8270\u82e6\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u90fd\u80fd\u6210\u4e3a\u73b0\u5b9e\uff0c\u4f46\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u5b8f\u4f1f\u76ee\u6807\u8bf4\u660e\u4ed6\u4eec\u5df2\u7ecf\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\u8fd9\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u30022001\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u6c61\u6c34\u4ee5\u6bcf\u5e74<a
