href=\"https:\/\/uk.mobile.reuters.com\/article\/idUKL3N0OK1VH20140603?irpc=932\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u4e13\u5bb6\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a<\/a><a>\u526f\u4e3b\u4efb<\/a>\u5219\u5bf9&ldquo;\u5341\u4e09\u4e94&rdquo;\u89c4\u5212\u5f15\u5165\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u603b\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u5236\u5ea6\u8868\u793a\u4e50\u89c2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u90fd\u5c3d\u529b\u907f\u514d\u505a\u51fa\u6b64\u7c7b\u627f\u8bfa\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u6d88\u606f\u4ee5\u53ca\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u73af\u5883\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u653f\u7b56\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u4e2d\u56fd\u7535\u529b\u884c\u4e1a\u5bf9\u7164\u70ad\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u4f1a\u518d\u50cf\u8fc7\u53bb15\u5e74\u90a3\u6837\u589e\u957f\u5f3a\u52b2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f4e\u4e8e\u9884\u671f\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4f7f\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e00\u4e9b\u7164\u77ff\u4f30\u503c\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u7ed9\u62e5\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u77ff\u4ea7\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u751a\u81f3\u516c\u53f8\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u4e0a\u6d77\u3001\u6df1\u5733\u548c\u9999\u6e2f\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u5e26\u6765\u8fde\u9501\u53cd\u5e94\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u8fd1\u4e00\u534a\u7684\u70ed\u80fd\u7164\uff08\u7528\u4e8e\u53d1\u7535\u7684\u7164\uff0c\u5360\u4e2d\u56fd\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u603b\u91cf\u768450%\uff09\u4e3a\u56fd\u5bb6\u6240\u6709\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u534a\u5219\u4e3a\u4e09\u5927\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u7684\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u6240\u6709&mdash;&mdash;\u8fd9\u5176\u4e2d\u670980%\u4e3a\u9999\u6e2f\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u6240\u62e5\u6709\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e09\u5bb6\u6700\u5927\u7684\u70ed\u80fd\u7164\u516c\u53f8\u90fd\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u70ed\u80fd\u7164\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u53d8\u5316\u5bf9\u9999\u6e2f\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u6700\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
