href=\"https:\/\/money.163.com\/14\/0604\/12\/9TT6IH6O00254TI5.html\">\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8<\/a>\u4eca\u5e74\u4e5f\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8981\u5c06\u73af\u5883\u7fa4\u4f53\u6027\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4f5c\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\u95ee\u9898\u4e88\u4ee5\u5173\u6ce8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e<a href=\"https:\/\/news.xinhuanet.com\/yuqing\/2013-10\/27\/c_125605487.htm\">\u65b0\u534e\u8206\u60c5<\/a>\u5f15\u7528\u7684\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u81ea1996\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u73af\u5883\u7fa4\u4f53\u6027\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e00\u76f4\u4fdd\u6301\u5e74\u574729%\u7684\u589e\u901f\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f2012\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u56db\u5ddd\u4ec0\u90a1\u3001\u6c5f\u82cf\u542f\u4e1c\u3001\u6d59\u6c5f\u5b81\u6ce2\u3001\u4e91\u5357\u6606\u660e\u7b49\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u8f70\u52a8\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u73af\u5883\u7fa4\u4f53\u6027\u4e8b\u4ef6\u76f8\u7ee7\u53d1\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u6cd5\u5927\u5b66\u6cd5\u5b66\u6559\u6388\u66f9\u660e\u5fb7\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u73af\u5883\u7fa4\u4f53\u6027\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e2d\u7684\u6297\u8bae\u8005\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u5728\u96be\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u73b0\u884c\u5236\u5ea6\u6846\u67b6\u89e3\u51b3\u73af\u5883\u4e0d\u6b63\u4e49\u95ee\u9898\u65f6\uff0c\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86\u6297\u8bae\u884c\u4e3a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u8bf4\uff0c2014\u5e7410\u6708\u53ec\u5f00\u7684\u5341\u516b\u5c4a\u56db\u4e2d\u5168\u4f1a\u63d0\u51fa\u5168\u9762\u63a8\u8fdb\u4f9d\u6cd5\u6cbb\u56fd\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e3a\u73af\u5883\u6cd5\u6cbb\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u5343\u8f7d\u96be\u9022\u7684\u673a\u9047\u3002\u52a0\u4e0a\u65b0\u4fee\u8ba2\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u6cd5\u660e\u5e74\u4f0a\u59cb\u5f00\u59cb\u5b9e\u65bd\uff0c&ldquo;\u73af\u5883\u7fa4\u4f53\u6027\u4e8b\u4ef6\u9ad8\u53d1\u7684\u6001\u52bf\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73b0\u62d0\u70b9\uff0c\u5373\u5f00\u59cb\u5448\u73b0\u51cf\u7f13\u7684\u8d8b\u52bf&rdquo;\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff1a\u5728\u6c5f\u897f\u5f0b\u9633\u53bf\uff0c\u6700\u8fd1\u53d1\u751f<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.org.cn\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/7363-Locals-attack-factory-in-south-east-China-after-child-lead-poisonings\"><strong>\u6253\u7838\u518d\u751f\u94c5\u5de5\u5382<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u4ece\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u5a92\u4f53\u62a5\u9053\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u60a8\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7206\u53d1\u7684\u6839\u6e90\u5728\u54ea\uff1f<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u66f9\u660e\u5fb7\uff1a<\/strong>\u4ece\u5a92\u4f53\u5bf9\u8be5\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u62a5\u9053\u6765\u5224\u65ad\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u6839\u6e90\u5728\u4e8e\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u89c4\u5212\u3001\u9879\u76ee\u9009\u5740\u4ee5\u53ca\u73af\u5883\u5f71\u54cd\u8bc4\u4ef7\u65b9\u9762\u5747\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u4e9b\u7455\u75b5\uff0c\u7531\u6b64\u5f15\u53d1\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u7fa4\u4f53\u6027\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u524d\uff0c\u8be5\u9547\u56e0\u4e3a\u94c5\u6c61\u67d3\u66fe\u5bfc\u81f4\u8840\u94c5\u8d85\u6807\u751a\u81f3\u4e2d\u6bd2\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u5c45\u6c11\u5bf9\u94c5\u9879\u76ee\u5b58\u5728\u62c5\u5fe7\u3001\u987e\u8651\u3001\u53cd\u611f\u3001\u538c\u6076\u7b49\u5fc3\u7406\u548c\u60c5\u7eea\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u62c5\u5fc3\u548c\u987e\u8651\u4e0d\u662f\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u5047\u60f3\u548c\u60f3\u8c61\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u5386\u53f2\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9e\u548c\u7ecf\u9a8c\u7684\u5224\u65ad\u4e0a\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u53ca\u5176\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u95e8\uff0c\u7406\u5e94\u6c72\u53d6\u6559\u8bad\uff0c\u5728\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u89c4\u5212\u4e0a\u79d1\u5b66\u5408\u7406\u8fdb\u884c\u4e61\u9547\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u5212\u5206\uff0c\u5c06\u5de5\u4e1a\u533a\u4e0e\u5c45\u4f4f\u533a\u5206\u9694\u5f00\u6765\u3002\u5728\u9009\u5740\u4e0a\uff0c\u5c06\u6b64\u7c7b\u91cd\u91d1\u5c5e\u9879\u76ee\u5b89\u6392\u5728\u79bb\u5c45\u6c11\u533a\u4ec5\u4ec5\u7ea6\u4e00\u516c\u91cc\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u8003\u8651\u9644\u8fd1\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u611f\u53d7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u73af\u5883\u5f71\u54cd\u8bc4\u4ef7\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u73af\u5883\u5f71\u54cd\u4fe1\u606f\u662f\u5426\u5f97\u5230\u5145\u5206\u62ab\u9732\u3001\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u5173\u65b9\u7279\u522b\u662f\u9879\u76ee\u9644\u8fd1\u5c45\u6c11\u5bf9\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6001\u5ea6\u548c\u610f\u89c1\u662f\u5426\u5f97\u5230\u542c\u53d6\u548c\u5c0a\u91cd\uff0c\u5747\u4ee4\u4eba\u751f\u7591\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u53ef\u4ece\u8be5\u7fa4\u4f53\u6027\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e2d\u6751\u6c11\u7684\u60c5\u7eea\u4e2d\u5f97\u5230\u53cd\u6620\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6751\u6c11\u6253\u7838\u5de5\u5382\u751a\u81f3\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u8fdd\u6cd5\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u4f1a\u9762\u4e34\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u8ffd\u7a76\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e4b\u524d\u662f\u5426\u7a77\u5c3d\u4e86\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u6551\u6d4e\u9014\u5f84\uff0c\u5982\u5411\u515a\u653f\u673a\u5173\u53cd\u6620\u548c\u547c\u5401\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u73af\u4fdd\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8fd0\u7528\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9014\u5f84\u6765\u7ef4\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5408\u6cd5\u6743\u76ca\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u51b2\u52a8\u3001\u8fc7\u6fc0\u3001\u6025\u8e81\u548c\u8349\u7387\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u5728\u6cd5\u6cbb\u793e\u4f1a\u4e2d\u4e0d\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u4ec0\u4e48\u79ef\u6781\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u4e1b\u6797\u6cd5\u5219\u53ea\u4f1a\u5728\u65e0\u5e8f\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u4e2d\u8d77\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff1a\u800c\u5728\u53e6\u5916\u4e00\u4e2a\u5730\u65b9\uff0c<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.infzm.com\/content\/103916\"><strong>\u798f\u5efa394\u540d&ldquo;\u73af\u5883\u96be\u6c11&rdquo;<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u7ecf\u8fc75\u5e74\u7406\u6027\u7ef4\u6743\uff0c\u6700\u540e&ldquo;\u7f55\u89c1\u80dc\u8bc9&rdquo;\u3002\u8fd9\u6b21\u80dc\u8bc9\u80fd\u8bf4\u660e\u4ec0\u4e48\u95ee\u9898\uff1f<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u66f9\u660e\u5fb7\uff1a<\/strong>\u8be5\u6848\u7f55\u89c1\u7684\u80dc\u8bc9\u7ed9\u73af\u5883\u96be\u6c11\u7684\u7406\u6027\u7ef4\u6743\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u4e00\u4e1d\u66d9\u5149\uff0c\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u672a\u6765\u89e3\u51b3\u73af\u5883\u7fa4\u4f53\u6027\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5373&ldquo;\u95fd\u4faf\u6a21\u5f0f&rdquo;\u3002\u6b64\u6848\u80dc\u8bc9\u770b\u4f3c\u5076\u7136\uff0c\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u542f\u53d1\u610f\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u6848\u6210\u529f\u7ef4\u6743\u8bf4\u660e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9014\u5f84\u662f\u6709\u6548\u53ef\u884c\u7684\uff0c\u4e0d\u8fc7\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9014\u5f84\u4e5f\u662f\u8270\u96be\u548c\u6f2b\u957f\u7684\uff0c\u8fd9\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u6cd5\u6cbb\u6210\u719f\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e5f\u4f1a\u5982\u6b64\u3002\u5386\u65f65\u5e74\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u8bf4\u660e\u4e86\u7acb\u6848\u96be\u3001\u9274\u5b9a\u96be\u3001\u80dc\u8bc9\u96be\u3001\u6267\u884c\u96be\u7b49\u73af\u5883\u7ef4\u6743\u6848\u4ef6\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u666e\u904d\u6027\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\u8fd8\u666e\u904d\u5b58\u5728\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u884c\u653f\u5e72\u9884\u3001\u6cd5\u9662\u96be\u4ee5\u72ec\u7acb\u884c\u4f7f\u5ba1\u5224\u6743\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u73af\u5883\u7ef4\u6743\u9700\u8981\u73af\u4fdd\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u3001\u4e13\u4e1a\u5f8b\u5e08\u3001\u516c\u76ca\u8d44\u91d1\u3001\u7ef4\u6743\u6280\u5de7\u7b49\u591a\u79cd\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u738b\u707f\u53d1\u6559\u6388\u521b\u7acb\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u6cd5\u5927\u5b66\u6c61\u67d3\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5e2e\u52a9\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u73af\u4fdd\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u5728\u63f4\u52a9\u73af\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u5bf9\u6297\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u65b9\u9762\u79ef\u7d2f\u4e86\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u63a8\u52a8\u4e2d\u56fd\u73af\u5883\u6cd5\u6cbb\u7684\u79ef\u6781\u529b\u91cf\u6b63\u5728\u6210\u957f\u58ee\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff1a\u89e3\u51b3\u73af\u5883\u7fa4\u4f53\u6027\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u5173\u952e\u5728\u54ea\uff1f<br
