{"id":42635,"date":"2015-02-05T13:48:00","date_gmt":"2015-02-05T13:48:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2020-06-22T23:10:37","modified_gmt":"2020-06-22T23:10:37","slug":"42635","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/zh\/7\/42635\/","title":{"rendered":"\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u65b0\u90e8\u957f\u80cc\u540e\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u73b0\u5b9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u4e0b\u4e00\u4efb\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u957f\u4eba\u9009\uff0c\u57fa\u672c\u5df2\u65e0\u60ac\u5ff5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6e05\u534e\u5927\u5b66\u6821\u957f\u9648\u5409\u5b81\uff0c\u57281\u670828\u65e5\u4e0b\u5348\uff0c\u88ab\u5ba3\u5e03\u4efb\u547d\u4e3a\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u515a\u7ec4\u4e66\u8bb0\u3002\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u90e8\u957f\u3001\u539f\u515a\u7ec4\u4e66\u8bb0\u5468\u751f\u8d24\uff0c\u88ab\u514d\u53bb\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u515a\u7ec4\u4e66\u8bb0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u65f6\u662f2015\u5e741\u6708\u5e95\uff0c\u8ddd\u79bb\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e00\u5e74\u4e00\u5ea6\u7684\u5168\u56fd\u4e24\u4f1a\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u4e0d\u5230\u4e24\u4e2a\u6708\u65f6\u95f4\u3002\u8fd9\u6b63\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u9ad8\u5c42\u6293\u7d27\u5e03\u5c40\u4e00\u4e9b\u91cd\u8981\u4eba\u4e8b\u5b89\u6392\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u3002\u9648\u5409\u5b81\u6b64\u65f6\u88ab\u4efb\u547d\u4e3a\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u515a\u7ec4\u4e66\u8bb0\uff0c\u6b63\u662f2015\u5e74\u4e24\u4f1a\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u957f\u6700\u65b0\u4efb\u547d\u7684\u524d\u594f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><b>\u6e05\u534e\u66f4\u6613\u51fa\u73b0&ldquo;\u5b66\u800c\u4f18\u5219\u4ed5&rdquo;\uff1f<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u6d88\u606f\u6765\u5f97\u7a81\u7136\u3002\u6839\u636e\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u6cbb\u8fd0\u884c\u7684\u903b\u8f91\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u73af\u4fdd\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u4e3a2015\u5e74\u4e24\u4f1a\u524d\u7d27\u6025\u5b8c\u6210\u4eba\u4e8b\u5e03\u5c40\u7684\u9996\u8981\u90e8\u95e8\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e2a\u51b3\u5b9a\u7531\u4e2d\u592e\u7ec4\u7ec7\u90e8\u526f\u90e8\u957f\u5230\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u6b63\u5f0f\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u4e2d\u56fd\u9ad8\u5c42\u4efb\u514d\u7684\u5e38\u89c4\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u4e0d\u540c\u5bfb\u5e38\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u90e8\u95e8\u5728\u5ba3\u5e03\u4efb\u547d\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5bf9\u9648\u5409\u5b81\u6240\u63a5\u66ff\u7684\u5468\u751f\u8d24\u5728\u4efb\u5341\u5e74\u7684\u653f\u7ee9\u5f97\u5931\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u6ca1\u6709\u505a\u4efb\u4f55\u8bc4\u4ef7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5468\u751f\u8d24\u81ea2005\u5e7412\u6708\u8d77\u62c5\u4efb\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u90e8\u957f\u3002\u6ca1\u6709\u610f\u5916\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u5df2\u8fc765\u5c81\u7684\u4ed6\u5c06\u6b63\u5e38\u9000\u4f11\uff0c\u5e73\u7a33\u6de1\u51fa\u653f\u6cbb\u821e\u53f0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u822c\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u4efb\u5b98\u5458\u5728\u88ab\u63a5\u66ff\u4e4b\u540e\u5373\u5c06\u6b63\u5e38\u9000\u4f11\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u4efb\u514d\u7684\u5ba3\u5e03\u5e38\u5e38\u4f34\u968f\u7740\u5bf9\u5176\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e1a\u7ee9\u3001\u6210\u679c\u6216\u5de5\u4f5c\u4f5c\u98ce\u7684\u5145\u5206\u80af\u5b9a\u3002\u7136\u800c\u6b64\u6b21\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5468\u751f\u8d24\u5341\u5e74\u6267\u638c\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u7684\u8868\u73b0\uff0c\u4e2d\u7ec4\u90e8\u663e\u5f97\u60dc\u58a8\u5982\u91d1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u73af\u4fdd\u5de5\u4f5c\u5728\u6b64\u524d\u4e24\u4f1a\u4e0a\u906d\u9047\u7684\u6c11\u610f\u6ed1\u94c1\u5362\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e24\u4f1a\u5386\u53f2\u4e0a\u90fd\u5c5e\u5c11\u89c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2013\u5e743\u6708\u7684\u5168\u56fd\u4e24\u4f1a\u4e0a\uff0c\u5bf9\u4eba\u5927\u73af\u5883\u4e0e\u8d44\u6e90\u4fdd\u62a4\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u540d\u5355\u8349\u6848\u7684\u8868\u51b3\uff0c\u83b7\u5f97850\u5f20\u53cd\u5bf9\u7968\u3001120\u5f20\u5f03\u6743\u7968\u3001\u53ea\u67091969\u5f20\u8d5e\u6210\u7968\u3002\u5f53\u65f6\u4f1a\u573a\u4e0a\u6709\u4eba\u60ca\u547c\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6709\u4eba\u9f13\u638c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2014\u5e74\u7684\u4e24\u4f1a\u4e0a\uff0c\u6709\u5168\u56fd\u4eba\u5927\u4ee3\u8868\u63d0\u51fa\u63d0\u6848&mdash;&mdash;\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u5728\u6bcf\u5e74\u4e24\u4f1a\u4e0a\u505a\u62a5\u544a\u5e76\u63a5\u53d7\u4ee3\u8868\u6295\u7968\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8ff9\u8c61\uff0c\u8bf4\u660e\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u73af\u5883\u5371\u5c40\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u6c11\u4f17\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u5bb9\u5fcd\u9650\u5ea6\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u5c31\u8981\u8dcc\u7834\u653f\u6cbb\u6846\u67b6\u7684\u5e95\u7ebf\u3002\u6b64\u524d\u6c11\u610f\u6c79\u6c79\u7684\u623f\u4ef7\u3001\u533b\u7597\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u90fd\u8fd8\u6ca1\u6709\u51fa\u73b0\u7c7b\u4f3c\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ece\u8fd9\u4e2a\u610f\u4e49\u4e0a\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u6362\u5e05\u6050\u975e\u610f\u5916\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u90a3\u4e48\uff0c\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u9648\u5409\u5b81\u6765\u63a5\u66ff\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5728\u73af\u4fdd\u9886\u57df\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u6027\u3001\u6280\u672f\u6027\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u6761\u4eba\u4e8b\u4e0a\u7684\u8109\u7edc\u4e5f\u8bb8\u66f4\u503c\u5f97\u7559\u610f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u73b0\u4efb\u4e2d\u592e\u7ec4\u7ec7\u90e8\u5e38\u52a1\u526f\u90e8\u957f\u9648\u5e0c\uff0c\u66fe\u57282002\u5e74\u81f32009\u5e74\u671f\u95f4\u4efb\u6e05\u534e\u5927\u5b66\u515a\u59d4\u4e66\u8bb0\u3002\u4ed6\u5728\u6e05\u534e\u5316\u5de5\u7cfb\u5c31\u8bfb\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u662f1975\u5e749\u6708\u81f31979\u5e744\u6708\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u540c\u6837\u4e5f\u662f\u8fd9\u4e94\u5e74\u95f4\uff0c\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u5c31\u8bfb\u4e8e\u6e05\u534e\u5927\u5b66\u5316\u5de5\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e\u6b64\uff0c\u6216\u8bb8\u53ef\u4ee5\u671f\u5f85\u66f4\u591a&ldquo;\u5b66\u800c\u4f18\u5219\u4ed5&rdquo;\u7684\u65b0\u661f\uff0c\u4ece\u6e05\u534e\u8bde\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><b>\u4e2d\u56fd\u9ad8\u5b98\u4efb\u514d\u7684\u4e24\u96be\u5904\u5883<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u9648\u5409\u5b81\u6765\u81ea\u5b98\u573a\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u4e0e\u73af\u4fdd\u7cfb\u7edf\u539f\u6765\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u7248\u56fe\u51e0\u4e4e\u5b8c\u5168\u7edd\u7f18\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u6b21&ldquo;\u5929\u5916\u6765\u5ba2&rdquo;\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u7a7a\u964d\u4efb\u547d\u3002\u9648\u5409\u5b81\u6b63\u5f0f\u63a5\u638c\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u4e4b\u524d\u7684\u8fc7\u6e21\u548c\u9002\u5e94\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u5c06\u53ea\u6709\u77ed\u77ed\u7684\u4e24\u4e2a\u6708\u3002<\/p>\n<p>28\u65e5\uff0c\u4efb\u547d\u5ba3\u5e03\u7684\u5f53\u665a\uff0c\u9648\u5409\u5b81\u7684\u8001\u5e08&mdash;&mdash;\u5e74\u903e80\u7684\u6e05\u534e\u5927\u5b66\u73af\u5883\u79d1\u5b66\u4e0e\u5de5\u7a0b\u7cfb\u6559\u6388\u738b\u5360\u751f\u5bf9\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5f1f\u5b50\u8bf4\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u4ed6\u80fd\u591f\u56e2\u7ed3\u5404\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u9876\u7740\u538b\u529b\u628a\u5de5\u4f5c\u505a\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u9648\u5409\u5b81\u5373\u5c06\u9886\u5bfc\u7684\u65b0\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\uff0c\u5404\u754c\u90fd\u7ed9\u4e88\u4e86\u5145\u5206\u7684\u6b63\u9762\u671f\u5f85\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e74\u8f7b\u3001\u6280\u672f\u80cc\u666f\u96c4\u539a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u663e\u8457\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\u56e0\u7d20\u88ab\u53cd\u590d\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u90fd\u5df2\u52ff\u5eb8\u8d58\u8a00\u3002\u6b64\u65f6\u6b64\u523b\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u4e0d\u60dc\u4ee5\u5404\u79cd\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u8bcd\u6c47\u5bc4\u6258\u539a\u671b&mdash;&mdash;&ldquo;\u9b44\u529b&rdquo;\u3001&ldquo;\u4eb2\u6c11&rdquo;\u3001&ldquo;\u5927\u5c40\u89c2&rdquo;\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6851\u5fb7\u96c6\u56e2\u8463\u4e8b\u957f\u6587\u4e00\u6ce2\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u9648\u5409\u5b81\u5bf9\u4ea7\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\u6709&ldquo;\u7edf\u7b79&rdquo;\u89c2\u70b9\u3002&ldquo;\u6587\u5bf9\u5a92\u4f53\u79f0\uff0c\u5728\u505a&ldquo;\u6c34\u4e13\u9879&rdquo;\u65f6\uff0c\u9648\u5409\u5b81\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u7ed9\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u3001\u79d1\u6280\u90e8\u505a\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u9f13\u52b1\u4f01\u4e1a\u53c2\u4e0e\u79d1\u7814\u7acb\u9879\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9648\u5409\u5b81\u5728\u82f1\u56fd\u5e1d\u56fd\u7406\u5de5\u533b\u5b66\u9662\u7684\u6821\u53cb\u738b\u52c7\u5bf9\u5a92\u4f53\u79f0\uff1a&ldquo;\uff08\u9648\uff09\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u5f88\u591a\u533a\u57df\u3001\u6218\u7565\u7684\u73af\u5883\u8bc4\u4ef7\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u5b8f\u89c2\u73af\u5883\u6bd4\u8f83\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u4e0d\u50cf\u4e00\u822c\u5b66\u8005\u94bb\u7814\u4e8e\u5f88\u7ec6\u7684\u6280\u672f\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u56fd\u5bb6\u73af\u5883\u54a8\u8be2\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u59d4\u5458\u3001\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u79d1\u5b66\u6280\u672f\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u526f\u4e3b\u4efb\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u73af\u5883\u79d1\u5b66\u5b66\u4f1a\u526f\u7406\u4e8b\u957f\uff0c\u7efc\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0a\u601d\u7ef4\u7279\u8d28\uff0c\u9648\u5409\u5b81\u6216\u8bb8\u662f\u5b66\u8005\u80cc\u666f\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u4e2d\uff0c\u6700\u9002\u5408\u62c5\u5f53\u73af\u4fdd\u5c06\u5e05\u7684\u4eba\u9009\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u9996\u4efb\u73af\u4fdd\u5c40\u957f\u3001\u6df1\u5b5a\u4f17\u671b\u7684\u66f2\u683c\u5e73\u8001\u5148\u751f\uff0c\u5bf9\u5a92\u4f53\u9053\u51fa\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u6b63\u9762\u5f62\u5bb9\u8bcd&mdash;&mdash;&ldquo;\u52a1\u5b9e\u3001\u624e\u5b9e&rdquo;\uff0c&ldquo;\u8003\u8651\u95ee\u9898\u5b9e\u5728&rdquo;\uff0c&ldquo;\u4e0d\u8bb2\u5927\u8bdd\u7a7a\u8bdd&rdquo;\uff0c&ldquo;\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u6001\u5ea6&rdquo;\uff0c\u8001\u4eba\u8bf4\uff1a&ldquo;\u6211\u4e00\u76f4\u5f88\u6b23\u8d4f\u4ed6\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u6b64\u6bb7\u5207\u539a\u91cd\u7684\u52c9\u52b1\uff0c\u662f\u524d\u8f88\u7ed9\u9648\u5409\u5b81\u672a\u6765\u4ed5\u9014\u7684\u771f\u8bda\u793c\u7269\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u73af\u5883\u6cbb\u7406\u65b0\u683c\u5c40\u7684\u6df1\u5207\u671f\u5f85\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\u5bf9\u4ed6\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u6311\u6218\u65e0\u7591\u5de8\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7528\u300a\u5357\u534e\u65e9\u62a5\u300b\u7684\u8bdd\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u4ed6\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a&ldquo;\u653f\u6cbb\u7d20\u4eba&rdquo;\uff0c\u5b98\u573a\u7684\u5386\u7ec3\u7ecf\u9a8c\u662f\u4e00\u5f20\u767d\u7eb8\uff0c\u62c5\u4efb\u6e05\u534e\u5927\u5b66\u6821\u957f\uff0c\u4e0d\u8fc7\u4e09\u5e74\u65f6\u95f4\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e7f\u64ad\u7f51\u7684\u65b0\u95fb\u63cf\u8ff0\u4e86\u6e05\u534e\u6821\u56ed\u91cc\u7684\u4e00\u5e45\u753b\u9762\uff1a\u964
