href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/blog\/6095-Video-Environmentalist-Ma-Jun-on-transparency-in-China\/ch\">\u521b\u5efa\u5e73\u53f0<\/a>\uff0c\u6c47\u96c6\u4e86\u653f\u5e9c\u5df2\u7ecf\u516c\u5f00\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4ee5\u65b9\u4fbf\u516c\u4f17\u83b7\u53d6\u5f53\u5730\u571f\u5730\u3001\u7a7a\u6c14\u548c\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u7684\u521b\u4e3e\u4f7f\u5f97&ldquo;\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4eba\u53c2\u4e0e\u5230\u73af\u5883\u6cbb\u7406\u4e2d\u53bb&rdquo;\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u6709\u8fd12000\u5bb6\u4f01\u4e1a\u5df2\u91c7\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd&ldquo;\u51c0\u5316&rdquo;\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2006\u5e74\u9a6c\u519b\u521b\u7acb\u4e86<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipe.org.cn\/default.aspx\">\u516c\u4f17\u73af\u5883\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3(IPE)<\/a>\u3002\u8eab\u4e3a\u8c03\u67e5\u8bb0\u8005\uff0c\u4ed6\u62c5\u5fc3\u7f3a\u4e4f\u516c\u4f17\u7684\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u6c61\u67d3\u4f01\u4e1a\u5c31\u4e0d\u4f1a\u6709\u6cbb\u7406\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u4ed8\u51fa\u7684\u4ee3\u4ef7\u4e5f\u53ea\u4e0d\u8fc7\u662f\u6536\u5230\u4e00\u4e9b\u91d1\u989d\u4e0d\u5927\u7684\u7f5a\u5355\u800c\u5df2\u3002\u65af\u79d1\u5c14\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u8fd8\u79f0\u8d5e\u516c\u4f17\u73af\u5883\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u901a\u8fc7\u6566\u4fc3\u82f9\u679c\u3001\u60e0\u666e\u3001
