href=\"https:\/\/www.carbonbrief.org\/blog\/2014\/04\/what-where-when-of-global-greenhouse-gas-emissions-three-charts\/\"><span>\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u4eec\u8b66\u544a\u79f0<\/span><\/a>\uff0c\u4e3a\u907f\u514d\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u5931\u63a7\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u5927\u56fd\u5e94\u505a\u51fa\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u52aa\u529b\uff1b\u4f46\u65e5\u672c\u7684\u51cf\u6392\u8ba1\u5212\u5374\u4e0e\u4e4b\u76f8\u53bb\u751a\u8fdc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65e5\u672c\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u6c14\u5019\u8c08\u5224\u4e2d\u7684\u6001\u5ea6\u65e5\u76ca\u51b7\u6f20\uff0c\u8fd1\u65e5\u6709\u673a\u6784\u4e13\u95e8\u9488\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e00\u73b0\u72b6\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd<a href=\"https:\/\/e3g.org\/docs\/E3G_Japan_Rising_sun_sinking_influence_300415_FINAL.pdf\"><span>\u62a5\u544a<\/span><\/a>\u3002\u800c\u5728\u5173\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4efd\u62a5\u544a\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u7535\u8bdd\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e2d\uff0c\u6885\u6bd4\u8bf4\u9053\uff1a&ldquo;\u76ee\u524d\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2015\/04\/09\/japan-defies-obama-plans-on-building-43-coal-plants\/\"><span>\u65e5\u672c\u8ba1\u5212\u5efa\u9020\u591a\u8fbe43\u5ea7\u71c3\u7164\u7535\u5382<\/span><\/a>\u3002\u52302030\u5e74\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7535\u5382\u7684\u53d1\u7535\u91cf\u5c06\u5360\u65e5\u672c\u7535\u529b\u4f9b\u5e94\u603b\u91cf\u768425%\uff0c\u6392\u653e\u5c06\u5360\u65e5\u672c\u76ee\u6807\u6392\u653e\u603b\u91cf\u7684\u4e00\u534a\u7684\u5de6\u53f3\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u5c31\u610f\u5473\u7740\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u80fd\u6e90\u7ed3\u6784\u4e2d\u7684\u5360\u6bd4\u5c06\u57fa\u672c\u4fdd\u6301\u4e0d\u53d8\uff0c\u4ecd\u5c06\u7ef4\u6301\u5728<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/countries\/cab.cfm?fips=ja\"><span>\u76ee\u524d25%<\/span><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/countries\/cab.cfm?fips=ja\"><span>\u7684\u6c34\u5e73<\/span><\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5206\u6790\u4eba\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u5728\u51cf\u6392\u95ee\u9898\u4e0a\u6beb\u65e0\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u5f88\u5927\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5176<a href=\"https:\/\/uk.reuters.com\/article\/2015\/04\/30\/japan-carbon-idUKL4N0XR5ZV20150430\"><span>\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u5927<\/span><\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65e5\u672c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.economist.com\/news\/asia\/21649557-court-cases-frustrate-efforts-restart-japans-nuclear-plants-legal-fallout\"><span>\u6838\u7535\u884c\u4e1a\u9762\u4e34\u7740\u91cd\u91cd\u6311\u6218<\/span><\/a>\u3002\u7535\u529b\u884c\u4e1a\u9700\u8981\u8f6c\u5411\u71c3\u7164\u53d1\u7535\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u7164\u70ad\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u8981\u6bd4\u8fdb\u53e3\u6db2\u5316\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u5212\u7b97\u5f97\u591a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65e5\u672c\u81ea\u8eab\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u8d44\u6e90\u532e\u4e4f\uff0c\u5176<a
