href=\"https:\/\/www.bp.com\/content\/dam\/bp\/pdf\/Energy-economics\/Energy-Outlook\/The_Oil_Market_2030.pdf\">\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5448\u73b0\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u957f\u7684\u8d8b\u52bf<\/a>\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u95e8\u9700\u8981\u91c7\u53d6\u66f4\u4e3a\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u8054\u52a8\u63aa\u65bd\u63a7\u5236\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u4e0d\u91c7\u53d6\u4e0b\u6587\u6240\u8ff0\u7684\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u76f8\u5173\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u539f\u6cb9\u9700\u6c42\u91cf\u5c06\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5728\u4e0b\u4e2a\u5341\u5e74\u7ed3\u675f\u65f6\u589e\u957f\u8fd1\u4e00\u500d\u3002\uff08\u6839\u636e\u82f1\u56fd\u77f3\u6cb9\u516c\u53f8\u80fd\u6e90\u5c55\u671b\u9884\u8ba1\uff0c\u52302030\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u9700\u6c42\u5c06\u4ece\u73b0\u4eca\u7684\u6bcf\u5929800\u4e07\u6876\u5347\u81f3\u6bcf\u59291750\u4e07\u6876\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u4e0d\u91c7\u53d6\u5f3a\u6709\u529b\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4e0b\u4e2a\u5341\u5e74\u7ed3\u675f\u65f6\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u603b\u4fdd\u6709\u91cf\u5c06\u589e\u957f\u81f3\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u4e09\u500d\uff0c\u8fbe\u52305\u4ebf\u8f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u6570\u91cf\u548c\u77f3\u6cb9\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u5c06\u4f7f\u4ea4\u901a\u8fd0\u8f93\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u7ffb\u4e00\u756a\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u62b5\u6d88\u4e86\u7535\u529b\u53ca\u5de5\u4e1a\u90e8\u95e8\uff08\u57fa\u51c6\u60c5\u666f\u4e0b\uff09\u51cf\u5c11\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u6240\u5b9e\u73b0\u7684\u51cf\u6392\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c\u52302030\u5e74\uff0c\u516c\u8def\u8fd0\u8f93\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u5c06\u4f1a\u4ece2014\u5e74\u76847.3\u4ebf\u5428\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u5f53\u91cf\u589e\u957f\u81f313\u4ebf\u5428\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u5f53\u91cf\uff0c\u589e\u5e45\u8fbe\u523080%\uff0c\u800c\u53bb\u5e74\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/edgar.jrc.ec.europa.eu\/news_docs\/jrc-2014-trends-in-global-co2-emissions-2014-report-93171.pdf\">\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u603b\u91cf\u4f30\u8ba1\u5728100\u4ebf\u5428\u5de6\u53f3<\/a>\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u589e\u957f\u5c06\u4f7f\u4e2d\u56fd\u65e0\u6cd5\u5982\u671f\u57282030\u5e74\u524d\u8fbe\u5230\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u5cf0\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd1\u51e0\u5341\u5e74\uff0c\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u4ee5\u5e74\u57478.7%\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u4ea4\u901a\u8fd0\u8f93\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u589e\u957f\u8fdc\u8d85\u5176\u4ed6\u90e8\u95e8\u3002\u6c7d\u8f66\u9500\u552e\u7684\u7206\u70b8\u5f0f\u589e\u957f\u548c\u884c\u9a76\u91cc\u7a0b\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u662f\u9020\u6210\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u4e0a\u5347\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u4e00\u589e\u957f\u5b8c\u5168\u62b5\u6d88\u4e86\u63d0\u9ad8\u71c3\u6cb9\u6807\u51c6\u7b49\u63aa\u65bd\u6240\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u7684\u4e0b\u964d\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5f53\u524d\u63aa\u65bd\u6267\u884c\u529b\u5ea6\u4e0d\u8db3<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n\u968f\u7740\u6536\u5165\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\u548c\u51fa\u884c\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u79c1\u5bb6\u8f66\u4fdd\u6709\u91cf\u589e\u957f\u4e865\u500d\uff0c\u5360\u65b0\u589e\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u603b\u91cf\u768490%\u3002\u9884\u8ba1\u968f\u7740\u8d27\u8fd0\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u5361\u8f66\u7684\u6570\u91cf\u4e5f\u5c06\u7ffb\u4e00\u756a\uff0c\u52302030\u5e74\u5c06\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u589e\u957f2.5\u500d\u5de6\u53f3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u80fd\u591f\u901a\u8fc7\u63d0\u5347\u6c7d\u8f66\u6548\u7387\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u6765\u63a7\u5236\u6c7d\u8f66\u589e\u957f\u7684\u7701\u4efd\u4ec5\u6709\u4e0d\u5230\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u4e0a\u6d77\u3001\u5317\u4eac\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u7279\u5927\u57ce\u5e02\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5730\u533a\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u80fd\u591f\u6709\u6548\u63a7\u5236\u6392\u653e\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5176\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u4fdd\u6709\u91cf\u5df2\u63a5\u8fd1\u9971\u548c\uff0c\u51fa\u884c\u91cf\u548c\u91cc\u7a0b\u7684\u589e\u5e45\u6b63\u5728\u653e\u7f13\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u7684\u8f66\u8f86\u6d3b\u52a8\u5c06\u4f1a\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u6c5f\u897f\u3001\u56db\u5ddd\u3001\u6c5f\u82cf\u8fd9\u6837\u53d1\u5c55\u8fc5\u901f\u7684\u5357\u65b9\u7701\u4efd\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5730\u533a\u7684\u65b0\u589e\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u6570\u91cf\u5c06\u4f1a\u5927\u5927\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u672a\u676515\u5e74\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u589e\u957f\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6765\u6e90\u3002\u5bf9\u6b64\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unep.org\/transport\/gfei\/autotool\/case_studies\/apacific\/china\/CHINA%20CASE%20STUDY.pdf\">\u71c3\u6cb9\u6807\u51c6<\/a>\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230\u4e0e\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u6301\u5e73\uff1b\u6269\u5927\u7535\u52a8\u6c7d\u8f66\u5e02\u573a\u4efd\u989d\uff1b\u63d0\u9ad8\u751f\u7269\u71c3\u6599\u6240\u5360\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7406\u8bba\u4e0a\u8bf4\uff0c\u6700\u6709\u6548\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u63d0\u9ad8\u71c3\u6cb9\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u5982\u679c\u52302030\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u80fd\u591f\u4f7f\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u71c3\u6cb9\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6027\u8fbe\u5230\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u6807\u51c6\uff08\u4ee5<a
