id=\"docs-internal-guid-cc190f37-3c45-1b2a-334b-66120e7ec74e\">2015\u5e74\u4e2d\u56fd\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u6bd4\u4e0a\u5e74\u51cf\u5c113.7%\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u6570\u636e\u57282014\u5e74\u9996\u6b21\u51fa\u73b0\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u5f53\u5e74\u964d\u5e45\u4e3a2.9%\u3002\u73b0\u5728\u770b\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u7684\u4e0b\u964d\u6b63\u5728\u5448\u73b0\u52a0\u901f\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrdc.cn\/\">\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u4fdd\u62a4\u534f\u4f1a<\/a>\uff08NRDC\uff09\u9ad8\u7ea7\u987e\u95ee\u6768\u5bcc\u5f3a\u7814\u5224\uff0c\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u7684\u8d70\u4f4e\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u51cf\u6392\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-cc190f37-3c45-1b2a-334b-66120e7ec74e\">&ldquo;\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u8d8b\u52bf\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e0b\u964d\u7684\u9a71\u52a8\u529b\u4e3b\u8981\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u662f\u4fdd\u6301\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u7684\u7ee7\u7eed\u8f83\u5feb\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u662f\u975e\u5316\u77f3\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u4e0a\u5347\u3002\u56fd\u5bb6\u76ee\u524d\u5c06\u7164\u70ad\u548c\u94a2\u94c1\u4e24\u4e2a\u884c\u4e1a\u4f5c\u4e3a2016\u5e74\u5316\u89e3\u8fc7\u5269\u4ea7\u80fd\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u90e8\u95e8\uff0c2016\u5e74\u8981\u5316\u89e3\u5927\u7ea610\u4ebf\u5428\u8fc7\u5269\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u4ea7\u80fd\u548c1-1.5\u4ebf\u5428\u7684\u94a2\u94c1\u4ea7\u80fd\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4f30\u8ba12016\u5e74\u4e2d\u56fd\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u8fd8\u4f1a\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e0b\u964d\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>2015\u5e7412\u6708\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5728\u5df4\u9ece\u5927\u4f1a\u4e0a\u63d0\u4ea4&ldquo;\u56fd\u5bb6\u81ea\u4e3b\u8d21\u732e&rdquo;\uff0c\u518d\u6b21\u627f\u8bfa2030\u5e74\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u8fbe\u5230\u5cf0\u503c\u5e76\u4e89\u53d6\u5c3d\u65e9\u5b9e\u73b0\u3002<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tsinghua.edu.cn\/publish\/sppm\/4659\/2010\/20101215102709715627772\/20101215102709715627772_.html\">\u6e05\u534e\u5927\u5b66\u56fd\u60c5\u7814\u7a76\u9662<\/a>\u9662\u957f\u80e1\u978d\u94a2\u80e1\u6307\u51fa\uff1a&ldquo;\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u4ece\u9ad8\u589e\u957f\u5230\u4f4e\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u53bb\u5e74\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73b0\u8d1f\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u4ee5\u73b0\u5728\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u589e\u957f\u7387\uff0c\u4e0d\u7528\u7b49\u52302030\u5e74\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fbe\u5230\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u7684\u5cf0\u503c\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-cc190f37-3c45-1b2a-334b-66120e7ec74e\"><strong>\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u8d21\u732e\u589e\u957f\u8fc5\u901f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6574\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u7164\u70ad\u4ecd\u662f\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8d39\u7684\u4e3b\u4f53\uff0c\u5360\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8d39\u603b\u91cf\u768464%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4ea4\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u6f02\u4eae\u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u98ce\u7535\u548c\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u53d1\u7535\u7684\u88c5\u673a\u5bb9\u91cf\u90fd\u6709\u663e\u8457\u7684\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u5e76\u7f51\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u53d1\u7535\u88c5\u673a\u5bb9\u91cf\u7684\u589e\u957f\u751a\u81f3\u8fbe\u5230\u4e8673.7%\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6c34\u7535\u3001\u6838\u7535\u548c\u98ce\u7535\u7b49\u975e\u5316\u77f3\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u5360\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8d39\u603b\u91cf\u7684\u6bd4\u91cd\u6301\u7eed\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u8fbe\u523017.9%\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe
