83.9%\u7684\u53d7\u8bbf\u8005\u5e0c\u671b\u53d6\u7f14&ldquo;\u6d3b\u718a\u53d6\u80c6&rdquo;\u4ea7\u4e1a\u3002&ldquo;\u718a\u80c6&rdquo;\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f20\u7edf\u533b\u836f\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u540d\u8d35\u836f\u6750\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;\u6d3b\u718a\u53d6\u80c6&rdquo;\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5f15\u53d1\u8f83\u5927\u4e89\u8bae\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u57282012\u5e74\uff0c\u4e00\u5bb6\u540d\u4e3a&ldquo;\u5f52\u771f\u5802&rdquo;\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u56e0\u7533\u8bf7\u4e0a\u5e02\u800c\u5f15\u8d77\u516c\u4f17\u8c34\u8d23\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4ea7\u4e1a\u96c6\u4e2d\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u91ce\u751f\u52a8\u7269\u4fdd\u62a4\u548c\u5229\u7528\u4e4b\u95f4\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u5bf9\u7acb\u3002 &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u53bb\u5e74\u5e74\u5e95\uff0c \u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u518d\u5ea6\u7533\u8bf7\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002\u800c\u57282012\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u8c0b\u6c42\u4e0a\u5e02\u53d7\u963b\u65f6\uff0c\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u4e4b\u4e00\u90b1\u6dd1\u82b1\u63a5\u53d7\u4e2d\u592e\u7535\u89c6\u53f0\u8457\u540d\u4e3b\u6301\u4eba\u67f4\u9759\u91c7\u8bbf\u65f6\u8bf4\uff1a&ldquo;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tv.people.com.cn\/GB\/166419\/17234499.html\">\u65e9\u77e5\u9053\u8fd9\u6837\u5c31\u4e0d\u641e\u4e0a\u5e02\u4e86<\/a>\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-a8126d96-2a50-958a-2e2a-bc83510f2531\">3\u670829\u65e5\uff0c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tajijin.cn\/\">\u5317\u4eac\u7231\u5b83\u52a8\u7269\u4fdd\u62a4\u516c\u76ca\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a<\/a>\uff08\u5b83\u57fa\u91d1\uff0cTa Foundation\uff09\u8054\u5408\u4e16\u754c\u52a8\u7269\u4fdd\u62a4\u534f\u4f1a\u7b49\u591a\u5bb6\u673a\u6784\u4ee5\u53ca\u52a8\u7269\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\uff0c\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u4e3e\u529e\u9996\u5c4a\u4e9a\u6d32\u9ed1\u718a\u8bba\u575b\uff0c\u547c\u5401\u5305\u62ec\u5f52\u771f\u5802\u5728\u5185\u7684\u517b\u718a\u4f01\u4e1a\u8f6c\u578b\uff0c\u505c\u6b62&ldquo;\u6d3b\u718a\u53d6\u80c6&rdquo;\u3002\u6ca1\u6709\u9ed1\u718a\u517b\u6b96\u4e1a\u4f01\u4e1a\u53c2\u52a0\u6b64\u6b21\u8bba\u575b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-a8126d96-2a50-958a-2e2a-bc83510f2531\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.horizon-china.com\/type\/60034\">\u96f6\u70b9\u516c\u53f8<\/a><\/span>\u5bf910\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u516c\u4f17\u8fdb\u884c\u5728\u7ebf\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u516c\u4f17\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5e94\u8be5\u53d6\u7f14&ldquo;\u6d3b\u718a\u53d6\u80c6&rdquo;\u4ea7\u4e1a\u7684\u7406\u7531\u6709\u4e09\uff1a\u7b2c\u4e00\uff0c&ldquo;\u6d3b\u718a\u53d6\u80c6&rdquo;\u6b8b\u5fcd\uff1b\u7b2c\u4e8c\uff0c\u718a\u80c6\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\uff1b\u7b2c\u4e09\uff0c\u88ab\u8650\u5f85\u7684\u718a\u81ea\u8eab\u5065\u5eb7\u5b58\u5728\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u718a\u80c6\u53ef\u80fd\u67d3\u4e0a\u75be\u75c5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-a8126d96-2a50-958a-2e2a-bc83510f2531\">\u5b83\u57fa\u91d1\u79d8\u4e66\u957f\u5f20\u5c0f\u6d77\u8bf4\uff0c\u53d6\u7f14\u8be5\u4ea7\u4e1a\u53ea\u9700120\u4ebf\u5143\u5c31\u80fd\u505a\u5230\u3002\u4ed6\u4e86\u89e3\u5230\u4e2d\u56fd\u76ee\u524d\u670967\u5bb6\u517b\u718a\u5382\u30013\u4e07\u5934\u9ed1\u718a\uff0c120\u4ebf\u5143\u5305\u62ec\u8d4e\u4e70\u9ed1\u718a\uff0c\u8865\u507f\u9ed1\u718a\u517b\u6b96\u5382\u53ca\u5176\u5458\u5de5\u3001\u836f\u5382\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u3002&ldquo;\u5982\u679c\u73b0\u5728\u4e0d\u91c7\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u63a8\u79fb\uff0c 3\u4e07\u5934\u53d86\u4e07\u5934\uff0c\u4ed8\u51fa\u7684\u4ee3\u4ef7\u4f1a\u66f4\u5927\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\u5f20\u5c0f\u6d77\u544a\u8bc9\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff0c99%\u7684\u65e0\u7ba1\u5f15\u6d41\u53d6\u80c6\u7684\u718a\u90fd\u60a3\u6709\u80c6\u56ca\u708e\uff0c\u5728\u88ab\u62ef\u6551\u7684121\u5934\u53bb\u4e16\u53d6\u80c6\u718a\u4e2d\uff0c\u670935%\u60a3\u6709\u809d\u810f\u764c\u53d8\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u6700\u540e\u6b7b\u4e8e\u809d\u764c\u3002\u4eba\u7c7b\u670d\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53d6\u80c6\u718a\u5236\u54c1\u5b58\u5728\u5065\u5eb7\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0e\u4e0a\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u53cd\u5bf9&ldquo;\u5f52\u771f\u5802&rdquo;\u4e0a\u5e02\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u52a8\u7269\u4fdd\u62a4\u7ec4\u7ec7\u9664\u8868\u793a\u53cd\u5bf9\u5916\uff0c\u66f4\u5411&ldquo;\u6d3b\u718a\u53d6\u80c6&rdquo;\u4f01\u4e1a\u8868\u8fbe\u4e86\u5408\u4f5c\u6001\u5ea6\uff0c\u79f0\u613f\u7aed\u5c3d\u6240\u80fd\u5e2e\u52a9\u4ed6\u4eec\u8f6c\u578b\u3002\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\u8bd5\u56fe\u8054\u7cfb&ldquo;\u5f52\u771f\u5802&rdquo;\u4f46\u672a\u6210\u529f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;\u5f52\u771f\u5802&rdquo;\u4e8e2000\u5e74\u6210\u7acb\u30022012\u5e74\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u4e0a\u5e02\u7533\u8bf7\u5931\u8d25\u3002\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u62ab\u9732\u7684\u8d44\u6599\u663e\u793a\uff0c2013\u5e74\u81f32015\u5e748\u6708\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u8d44\u4ea7\u4ece3.34\u4ebf\u5143\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230\u4e8610\u4ebf\u5143\u3002\u5176\u517b\u6b96\u89c4\u6a21\u5df2\u75313\u5e74\u524d\u7684400\u5934\u9ed1\u718a\u589e\u52a0\u5230899\u5934\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img noreferrer\">AnimalsAsia<\/a>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>\u8bba\u575b\u4e0a\u7684\u53cd\u5bf9\u58f0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u8fd9\u6b21\u8bba\u575b\u4e0a\uff0c\u96f6\u70b9\u516c\u53f8\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u300a\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u4f17\u5bf9\u6d3b\u718a\u53d6\u80c6\u53ca\u718a\u80c6\u6d88\u8d39\u6001\u5ea6\u7814\u7a76\u62a5\u544a\u300b\u3002\u8c03\u67e5\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u5728\u53d7\u8bbf\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e03\u6210\u4ece\u672a\u8d2d\u4e70\u8fc7\u76f8\u5173\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u8fd9\u90e8\u5206\u65e0\u6d88\u8d39\u884c\u4e3a\u4eba\u7fa4\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e5d\u6210\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0890.2%\uff09\u8868\u793a\u672a\u6765\u4e5f\u4e0d\u4f1a\u8d2d\u4e70\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u718a\u80c6\u5236\u54c1\u3002\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u7ed3\u8bba\u662f\uff1a&ldquo;\u5e02\u573a\u8d8b\u5411\u840e\u7f29\uff0c\u524d\u666f\u4e0d\u88ab\u770b\u597d&rdquo;\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56fd\u5bb6\u53d1\u6539\u59d4\u4e2d\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u534f\u4f1a\u6587\u5316\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb\u90ed\u7d2b\u4eea\u76f4\u622a\u4e86\u5f53\u5730\u8bf4\uff0c\u5979\u4e0d\u4f1a\u7ed9\u5f52\u771f\u5802\u6295\u8d44\u3002\u5f52\u771f\u5802\u4e24\u6b21\u8bd5\u56fe\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u4f46\u90fd\u906d\u5230\u53cd\u5bf9\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u4ee3\u8868\u8fd9\u4e2a\u884c\u4e1a\u6709\u95ee\u9898\u4e86\u3002&ldquo;\u6211\u4eec\u53ea\u4f1a\u6295\u8d44\u4e00\u4e9b\u672a\u6765\u7684\u671d\u9633\u4ea7\u4e1a\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f1a\u6295\u5915\u9633\u4ea7\u4e1a\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\u52a8\u7269\u4e13\u5bb6\u4ece\u91ce\u751f\u52a8\u7269\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u53cd\u5bf9\u610f\u89c1\u3002\u957f\u767d\u5c71\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u52a8\u7269\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u6734\u6b63\u5409\u544a\u8bc9\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u5e76\u4e0d\u8ba4\u540c\u5f20\u5c0f\u6d77\u5148\u751f\u6240\u8bf4\u7684120\u4ebf\u5143\u5c31\u80fd\u53d6\u7f14&ldquo;\u6d3b\u718a\u53d6\u80c6&rdquo;\u4ea7\u4e1a\uff0c\u4f46\u628a\u718a\u5708\u517b\u8d77\u6765\u786e\u5b9e\u4e0d\u80fd\u4fdd\u62a4\u91ce\u5916\u7684\u718a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6734\u6b63\u5409\u8bf4\uff0c\u957f\u767d\u5c71\u91ce\u5916\u9ed1\u718a\u6570\u91cf\u6025\u5267\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u5468\u8fb9\u533a\u57df\u517b\u718a\u5382\u7684\u5efa\u8bbe\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u517b\u718a\u5382\u79cd\u718a\u6765\u6e90\u9760\u91ce\u5916\u6355\u83b7\u3002\u518d\u52a0\u4e0a\u957f\u767d\u5c71\u65c5\u6e38\u89c2\u5149\u7531\u4ee5\u524d\u7684\u51e0\u5343\u4eba\u53d1\u5c55\u5230\u73b0\u5728\u7684\u4e00\u767e\u591a\u4e07\uff0c\u5bf9\u718a\u80c6\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u91ce\u751f\u718a\u80c6\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u7279\u522b\u5927\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4eba\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u91ce\u751f\u718a\u80c6\u836f\u6548\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u79d1\u9662\u52a8\u7269\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u526f\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u89e3\u7131\u4e5f\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u4eba\u5de5\u9a6f\u517b\u7e41\u6b96\u7684\u91ce\u751f\u52a8\u7269\u548c\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u91ce\u751f\u52a8\u7269\u662f\u4e0d\u4e00\u6837\u7684\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u91ce\u751f\u52a8\u7269\u5bf9\u91ce\u5916\u79cd\u7fa4\u6ca1\u6709\u8d21\u732e\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u718a\u548c\u4e1c\u5317\u864e\uff0c&ldquo;\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u4eba\u5de5\u517b\u7684\u90a3\u4e9b\u4e2a\u4f53\uff0c\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u6ca1\u6709\u529e\u6cd5\u628a\u5b83\u653e\u5f52\u5230\u91ce\u5916\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\u89e3\u7131\u5973\u58eb\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6fd2\u5371\u7269\u79cd\u91ce\u5916\u6570\u91cf\u975e\u5e38\u5c11\uff0c\u5a01\u80c1\u7269\u79cd\u751f\u5b58\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u8fdb\u884c\u4eba\u5de5\u7e41\u80b2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;\u800c\u4e14\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u53ea\u8981\u80fd\u591f\u4eba\u5de5\u517b\u6b96\u6210\u529f\u4e86\uff0c\u4eba\u7c7b\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u968f\u4fbf\u5229\u7528\u3002\u628a\u5927\u718a\u732b\u6216\u8005\u4e1c\u5317\u864e\u53d8\u6210\u9910\u684c\u4e0a\u65e5\u5e38\u7684\u98df\u7269\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u60f3\u8c61\u7684\u3002&rdquo; \u89e3\u7131\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u53d6\u7f14&ldquo;\u6d3b\u718a\u53d6\u80c6&rdquo;\u4e3a\u4f55\u96be<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u90ed\u7d2b\u4eea\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c&ldquo;\u6d3b\u718a\u53d6\u80c6&rdquo;\u4ea7\u4e1a\u76f8\u5bf9\u6765\u8bb2\u662f\u6bd4\u8f83\u66b4\u5229\u7684\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u517b\u718a\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u575a\u6301\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u6709\u5229\u53ef\u56fe\u3002\u53e6\u5916\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u8f6c\u578b\u56f0\u96be\uff0c\u6709\u90a3\u4e48\u591a\u5de5\u4eba\u3001\u573a\u5730\u3001\u718a\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u9700\u8981\u89e3\u51b3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u6210\u4e3a\u66b4\u5229\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u662f\uff0c\u718a\u80c6\u5728\u4e2d\u533b\u836f\u4e2d\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u540d\u8d35\u836f\u6750\u3002\u636e\u4e16\u754c\u52a8\u7269\u4fdd\u62a4\u534f\u4f1a\u9ad8\u7ea7\u79d1\u5b66\u987e\u95ee\u5b59\u5168\u8f89\u4ecb\u7ecd\uff0c\u718a\u80c6\u5165\u836f\u59cb\u4e8e\u5510\u4ee3\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u80c6\u7ed3\u77f3\u3001\u53d1\u70ed\u3001\u70e7\u4f24\u3001\u809d\u810f\u53ca\u5fc3\u810f\u7b49\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u4ece\u91ce\u5916\u6355\u83b7\u9ed1\u718a\u5e76\u975e\u6613\u4e8b\uff0c\u718a\u80c6\u90fd\u672a\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f20\u7edf\u4e2d\u836f\u4e2d\u5e7f\u6cdb\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u76f4\u523080\u5e74\u4ee3\u521d\uff0c&ldquo;\u6d3b\u718a\u53d6\u80c6&rdquo;\u6280\u672f\u7531\u671d\u9c9c\u4f20\u5165\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e76\u8fc5\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u548c\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u4e8e\u5176\u836f\u7269\u5c5e\u6027\uff0c\u8981\u53d6\u7f14&ldquo;\u6d3b\u718a\u53d6\u80c6&rdquo;\uff0c\u627e\u5230\u718a\u80c6\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\u662f\u5173\u952e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u56de\u5e942012\u5e74&ldquo;\u5f52\u771f\u5802&rdquo;\u95ee\u9898\u65f6\uff0c<\/span>\u536b\u751f\u90e8\u90e8\u957f<a
