class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd94\u4e2a\u6295\u8d44\u9879\u76ee\u603b\u8ba15.09\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u80fd\u6e90\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\u7b49\u9886\u57df\u30024\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u5168\u90e8\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u4e9a\u6d32\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6295\u8d441.65\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u5b5f\u52a0\u62c9\u56fd\u7535\u529b\u8f93\u914d\u7cfb\u7edf\u5347\u7ea7\u6269\u5efa\u9879\u76ee\uff1b2.16\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u56fd\u5bb6\u8d2b\u6c11\u7a9f\u6539\u9020\u5347\u7ea7\u9879\u76ee\uff1b1\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u56fd\u5bb6\u9ad8\u901f\u516c\u8def\u9879\u76ee\uff1b2750\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u675c\u5c1a\u522b\u2014\u4e4c\u5179\u522b\u514b\u65af\u5766\u8fb9\u754c\u9053\u8def\u5854\u5409\u514b\u65af\u5766\u5883\u5185\u8def\u6bb5\u6539\u5584\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9664\u5b5f\u52a0\u62c9\u56fd\u9879\u76ee\u4e3a\u4e9a\u6295\u884c\u72ec\u7acb\u8d37\u6b3e\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u4f593\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u4e0e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldbank.org\/\">\u4e16\u754c\u94f6\u884c<\/a>\uff08WB\uff09\u3001<a href=\"https:\/\/www.adb.org\/\">\u4e9a\u6d32\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c<\/a>\uff08ADB\uff09\u3001<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ebrd.com\/home\">\u6b27\u6d32\u590d\u5174\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c<\/a>\uff08EBRD\uff09\u8054\u5408\u878d\u8d44\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u4e9a\u6295\u884c\u9996\u6279\u9879\u76ee\u4fe1\u606f (\u521b\u7eff\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u63d0\u4f9b)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table
