id=\"docs-internal-guid-58eb8de0-7eee-c89c-fbab-29fea3997961\">\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7531\u6cd5\u56fd\u6838\u71c3\u6599\u96c6\u56e2\u963f\u6d77\u73d0(Areva)\u4e0e\u4e2d\u56fd\u6838\u5de5\u4e1a\u96c6\u56e2(China National Nuclear Corporatio)\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u7528\u4ee5\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5185\u6838\u7535\u7ad9\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u4e4f\u71c3\u6599(spent fuel)\u8fdb\u884c\u518d\u5904\u7406(reprocessing)\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5176\u4e2d\u7684<\/span>\u94c0\u548c\u949a\u5143\u7d20\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7387\u3002\u65e9\u57282013\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\u7f51\u7ad9\u5c31\u66fe\u5bf9\u5b83\u7684\u5229\u5f0a\u8fdb\u884c\u8fc7<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.org.cn\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/6200-China-must-avoid-costly-trap-of-reprocessing-nuclear-fuel\">\u63a2\u8ba8<\/a>\u3002\u8fde\u4e91\u6e2f\u539f\u672c\u662f\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u6700\u6709\u5e0c\u671b\u843d\u6237\u7684\u5730\u70b9\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u4f46\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u5e02\u6c11\u6297\u8bae\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u672a\u6765\u5145\u6ee1\u53d8\u6570\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-58eb8de0-7eee-c89c-fbab-29fea3997961\">8\u670811\u65e5\uff0c\u8fde\u4e91\u6e2f\u5e02\u51b3\u5b9a<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ftchinese.com\/story\/001068875\">\u9000\u51fa\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u9009\u5740\u540d\u5355<\/a>\u3002\u8fd9\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5ef6\u7eed\u4e86\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u4e2d\u56fd&ldquo;\u90bb\u907f&rdquo;\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u5957\u8def\uff08\u6d88\u606f\u4f20\u64ad-\u5e02\u6c11\u53cd\u5bf9-\u653f\u5e9c\u53eb\u505c\uff09\u30022013\u5e747\u6708\uff0c\u540c\u6837\u56e0\u4e3a\u6c11\u4f17\u53cd\u5bf9\uff0c\u5e7f\u4e1c\u7701\u6c5f\u95e8\u5e02<a href=\"https:\/\/wsjcntop.blogspot.com\/2013\/07\/blog-post_442.html\">\u53eb\u505c<\/a>\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u6838\u71c3\u6599\u52a0\u5de5\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-58eb8de0-7eee-c89c-fbab-29fea3997961\">\u6765\u81ea\u4e2d\u56fd\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u4f53\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u4f17\u9762\u5bf9\u6b64\u7c7b\u5177\u6709\u73af\u5883\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\u65f6\u7684\u5fc3\u6001\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5fae\u4fe1\u516c\u4f17\u53f7&ldquo;\u8c61\u95fb&rdquo;\uff0c<\/strong><\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/weibo.com\/ttarticle\/p\/show?id=2309404006109944923226#_0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u8fde\u4e91\u6e2f&ldquo;\u6050\u6838\u9634\u973e&rdquo;<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-58eb8de0-7eee-c89c-fbab-29fea3997961\">\u4e1c\u5357\u6cbf\u6d77\u9009\u5740\u6700\u5927\u7684\u56f0\u96be\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u907f\u5f00\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u751f\u6d3b\u533a\u30022006\u5e74\uff0c\u56fd\u9632\u79d1\u5de5\u5c40\u5728\u603b\u7ed3\u4ed6\u56fd\u5931\u8d25\u7684\u5efa\u8bbe\u7ecf\u9a8c\u65f6\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u6761\u4fbf\u662f&ldquo;\u6709\u4e9b\u56fd\u5bb6\u5728\u51b3\u7b56\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7f3a\u4e4f\u4e0e\u516c\u4f17\u7684\u6c9f\u901a\uff0c\u516c\u4f17\u5bf9\u5176\u7f3a\u4e4f\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u548c\u4fe1\u4efb\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u672a\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u516c\u4f17\u7684\u4fe1\u4efb\u548c\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u9ad8\u653e\u5e9f\u7269\u5730\u8d28\u5904\u7f6e\u8fdb\u7a0b\u51fa\u73b0\u632b\u6298\u6216\u53cd\u590d&rdquo;\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u662f\u5783\u573e\uff0c\u8981\u627e\u5730\u65b9\u653e\uff0c\u53ef\u4e0d\u5c31\u662f\u8ba8\u4eba\u5acc\u561b\uff0c\u8c01\u613f\u610f\u628a\u6392\u6cc4\u7269\u653e\u5728\u81ea\u5bb6\u95e8\u53e3\u5462\uff1f\u8fd9\u4f3c\u4e4e\u662f\u4e0d\u5c11\u4eba\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\uff0c&ldquo;\u5357\u4eac\u5e02\u6c11\u62b5\u5236\u4e00\u4e2a\u5783\u573e\u5904\u7406\u5382\u80fd\u6210\u529f\uff0c\uff08\u6211\u4eec\uff09\u600e\u4e48\u8fd9\u4e48\u4e0d\u4e89\u6c14\uff0c\u8bf4\u51fa\u727a\u7272\u6574\u4e2a\u8fde\u4e91\u6e2f\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u6df7\u8d26\u8bdd\u3002\u4ece\u5fc3\u5e95\u7231\u7740\u8fd9\u7247\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u4e0d\u5e0c\u671b\u8c08\u5230\u5bb6\u4e61\u4f1a\u662f\u8fc7\u53bb\u5f0f\uff0c\u53cd\u5bf9\uff01&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5fae\u4fe1\u516c\u4f17\u53f7&ldquo;\u6838\u7535\u89c2\u5bdf&rdquo;\uff0c<\/strong><\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/m.sohu.com\/n\/463057099\/?wscrid=53828_2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u8fde\u4e91\u6e2f&ldquo;\u53cd\u6838\u5e9f\u6599&ldquo;\u4e8b\u4ef6\u59cb\u672b<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span
