noreferrer\">\u4e2d\u6587\u7248<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u62a5\u544a\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u6539\u8fdb\u8def\u7ebf\u56fe\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u5de5\u4e1a\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u7535\u529b\u56db\u4e2a\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6539\u8fdb\u7b56\u7565\u548c\u53d1\u5c55\u8def\u7ebf\u3002\u5728\u51cf\u6392\u548c\u7535\u529b\u7eff\u5316\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u53ef\u5927\u5e45\u5ea6\u964d\u4f4e\u80fd\u8017\u3002\u62a5\u544a\u9884\u6d4b\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5404\u9886\u57df\u7528\u80fd\u7ed3\u6784\u4f18\u5316\u548c\u80fd\u6548\u63d0\u5347\uff0c2050\u5e74\u5168\u56fd\u4e00\u6b21\u80fd\u6e90\u9700\u6c42\u53ea\u6bd42010\u5e74\u4e0a\u53471%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u4ea4\u901a\u4e3a\u4f8b\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4f18\u5316\u4ea4\u901a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6a21\u5f0f\u3001\u7269\u6d41\u4f53\u7cfb\u3001\u71c3\u6599\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4ea4\u901a\u5de5\u5177\u7684\u6548\u7387\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u516c\u5171\u4ea4\u901a\u4e3a\u4e3b\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u4ea4\u901a\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u5e76\u5168\u9762\u666e\u53ca\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u6c7d\u8f66\u5e76\u63a8\u5e7f\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u6c7d\u8f66\uff0c\u4ea4\u901a\u90e8\u95e8\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u5c06\u57282035\u5e74\u8fbe\u523014.9\u4ebf\u5428\u7684\u5cf0\u503c\u5e76\u4e8e2050\u5e74\u964d\u81f312.8\u4ebf\u5428\u30022010\u5e74\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ea4\u901a\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u4e3a6.4\u4ebf\u5428\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/8115-Cars-a-threat-to-China-s-2-3-CO2-peak\">\u6b64\u524d\u6709\u4e13\u5bb6\u62c5\u5fe7<\/a>\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e2d\u56fd\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u5f53\u524d\u7684\u4fdd\u6709\u91cf\u548c\u589e\u901f\uff0c\u4ea4\u901a\u9886\u57df\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u7684\u731b\u589e\u53ef\u80fd\u4f7f\u4e2d\u56fd\u65e0\u6cd5\u57282030\u5e74\u5982\u671f\u8fbe\u5cf0\u3002\u4f46\u300a\u91cd\u5851\u80fd\u6e90\u300b\u62a5\u544a\u9884\u6d4b\uff0c\u5728\u5de5\u4e1a\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8d39\u548c\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u63d0\u524d\u8fbe\u5cf0\uff082020\uff09\u7684\u534f\u540c\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u6574\u4f53\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u4ecd\u53ef\u57282025\u5e74\u8fbe\u5230\u5cf0\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u80fd\u6e90\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f4e\u78b3\u53d1\u5c55\u9879\u76ee\u4e3b\u4efb\u80e1\u654f\u544a\u8bc9\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u8be5\u62a5\u544a\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u60c5\u666f\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5bf9\u672a\u6765\u80fd\u6e90\u751f\u4ea7\u6d88\u8d39\u60c5\u51b5\u7684\u5047\u8bbe\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e86\u7814\u7a76\u7ec4\u4ee5\u53ca\u5404\u9886\u57df\u4e13\u5bb6\u7684\u53cd\u590d\u8bba\u8bc1\u3002\u62a5\u544a\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8def\u5f84\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u5230\u80fd\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u7684\u5404\u4e2a\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\u4e5f\u90fd\u662f\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u6210\u672c\u5141\u8bb8\u7684\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u6280\u672f\u53ef\u884c\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53d1\u6539\u59d4\u80fd\u6e90\u6240\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u59dc\u514b\u96bd\u4e5f\u5411\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8be5\u62a5\u544a\u7684\u5206\u6790\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5b9e\u73b0\u3002\u53d1\u6539\u59d4\u80fd\u6e90\u6240\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76<a
