href=\"https:\/\/www.ouronegroenergia.com\/\">\u9ed1\u91d1\u80fd\u6e90\u96c6\u56e2\u516c\u53f8<\/a>\u65b0\u5efa\u4e00\u5ea7\u71c3\u7164\u7535\u5382\u3002\u8be5\u7535\u5382\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5df4\u897f\u5357\u90e8<em>\u5723\u5361\u5854\u7433\u5a1c\u5dde<\/em>\u3002\u6709\u6279\u8bc4\u4eba\u58eb\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u4e0e\u5df4\u897f\u6b64\u524d\u505a\u51fa\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\u5e76\u4e0d\u76f8\u7b26\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6295\u8d44\u989d\u53ef\u80fd\u6bd4\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u9879\u76ee\u8fd8\u8981\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u5ea7\u706b\u7535\u5382\u6bd7\u90bb\u5df4\u897f\u7164\u70ad\u4e3b\u4ea7\u533a\uff0c\u9884\u8ba12017\u5e74\u5e95\u5efa\u6210\u5e76\u6295\u5165\u8fd0\u8425\uff0c\u5171\u914d\u59072\u53f030\u4e07\u5343\u74e6\u673a\u7ec4\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u603b\u6295\u8d44\u989d\u7ea610\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff08\u7ea6\u540867\u4ebf\u5143\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7b97\u4e0a\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4e2d\u56fd\u5171\u5728\u5df4\u897f\u4e09\u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u5730\u533a\u53c2\u4e0e\u6295\u8d44\u4e86\u4e09\u5ea7\u71c3\u7164\u7535\u5382\uff0c\u603b\u88c5\u673a\u5bb9\u91cf\u9ad8\u8fbe130\u4e07\u5343\u74e6\u3002\u8fd9\u53ea\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5404\u5730\u6295\u5efa\u7535\u5382\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u51b0\u5c71\u4e00\u89d2\uff0c\u636e\u7edf\u8ba1\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4e2d\u56fd\u94f6\u884c\u548c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5171\u6295\u8d44\u5efa\u8bbe\u4e86\u5927\u7ea679\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\uff08\u88c5\u673a\u5bb9\u91cf\u8d85\u8fc75200\u4e07\u5343\u74e6\uff09\u3002\u7136\u800c<a href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/2016\/09\/23\/china-stokes-global-coal-growth\/\">\u4e2d\u4e1c\u6b27\u94f6\u884c\u76d1\u63a7\u7f51\u7edc<\/a>\uff08CEE Bankwatch Network\uff09\u7684\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5728\u5357\u7f8e\u5730\u533a\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u53ea\u5728\u5df4\u897f\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u71c3\u7164\u53d1\u7535\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5404\u5730\u7164\u70ad\u6295\u8d44\u65e5\u6e10\u8d70\u4f4e\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5728<a href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/chinese-investment-generates-latin-americas-renewable-energy-expansion\/\">\u62c9\u7f8e\u5730\u533a\u6295\u8d44\u4e86\u5f88\u591a\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u9879\u76ee<\/a>\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u4f9d\u7136\u5728\u5df4\u897f\u6295\u8d44\u65b0\u5efa\u4e86\u8fd9\u51e0\u5ea7\u71c3\u7164\u7535\u5382\u3002\u56fd\u9645\u80fd\u6e90\u7f72\uff08International Energy Agency\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0IEA\uff09<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/newsroom\/news\/2016\/october\/iea-raises-its-five-year-renewable-growth-forecast-as-2015-marks-record-year.html\">\u4e2d\u671f\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u5e02\u573a\u62a5\u544a<\/a>\u7684\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c2015\u5e74\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u529f\u8d85\u8d8a\u7164\u70ad\u6210\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u65b0\u589e\u88c5\u673a\u7684\u6700\u5927\u6765\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7535\u5382\u9879\u76ee\u539f\u672c\u662f\u5df4\u897f\u653f\u5e9c2016\u5e744\u6708\u4e3e\u884c\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u5efa\u8bbe\u7ade\u6807\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u3002\u4f46\u9274\u4e8e\u5df4\u897f\u76ee\u524d\u65e5\u6e10\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8870\u9000\u5f62\u52bf\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u51b3\u5b9a\u91cd\u65b0\u89c4\u5212\u56fd\u5bb6\u80fd\u6e90\u6218\u7565\uff0c\u9879\u76ee\u7ade\u6807\u4e5f\u5c31\u6b64\u6401\u7f6e\u3002\u5df4\u897f<a href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/rousseff-impeachment-wont-sour-china-brazil-relations\/\">\u653f\u6cbb\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e<\/a>\u7684\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u6027\u8ba9\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7164\u7535\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u53ef\u884c\u6027\u5145\u6ee1\u4e86\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\uff0c\u5e76\u5f15\u53d1\u4e86\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5df4\u897f\u6c14\u5019\u548c\u80fd\u6e90\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u62c5\u5fe7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9ed1\u91d1\u80fd\u6e90\u516c\u53f8\u603b\u88c1\u897f\u5c14\u7ef4\u5965&bull;\u9a6c\u594e\u65af&bull;\u8fea\u4e9a\u65af&bull;\u5185\u56fe\uff08Silvio Marques Dias Neto\uff09\u8868\u793a\uff1a&ldquo;\u9ed1\u91d1\u80fd\u6e90\u7edd\u5bf9\u4e0d\u4f1a\u653e\u5f03\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7164\u7535\u9879\u76ee\u3002&rdquo;\u897f\u5c14\u7ef4\u6b27\u6b64\u8a00\uff0c\u5176\u5b9e\u662f\u56de\u5e94\u6b64\u524d\u7684\u4f20\u8a00&mdash;&mdash;\u6709\u4f20\u8a00\u79f0\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5df4\u897f\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5371\u673a\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u53ef\u80fd\u53ea\u4f1a\u505c\u7559\u5728&ldquo;\u7eb8\u4e0a\u8c08\u5175&rdquo;\u9636\u6bb5\u3002\u4e2d\u4fe1\u96c6\u56e2\u548c\u9e64\u58c1\u5e02\u56fd\u660c\u80fd\u6e90\u53d1\u5c55\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u4e5f\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u76f8\u5173\u5efa\u8bbe\uff0c\u4e0d\u8fc7\u8fea\u4e9a\u65af\uff08Dias\uff09\u4e5f\u6b22\u8fce\u65b0\u6295\u8d44\u65b9\u7684\u52a0\u5165\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u80fd\u6e90\u5b89\u5168\u5f15\u53d1\u70ed\u8bae<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5df4\u897f\u7535\u529b\u4f9b\u5e94\u4e2d\u6709\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e8c\u6765\u81ea\u6c34\u7535\uff0c\u4f46\u6c14\u5019\u548c\u964d\u96e8\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u8ba9\u6c34\u529b\u53d1\u7535\u53d8\u5f97\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u4e0d\u53ef\u9760\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u65f1\u707e\u5bfc\u81f4\u5df4\u897f\u6c34\u7535\u4f9b\u5e94\u4e25\u91cd\u77ed\u7f3a\uff0c\u4e3a\u6b64\u8be5\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0d\u5f97\u542f\u7528\u5907\u7528\u71c3\u7164\u7535\u5382\u4ee5\u5f25\u8865\u7535\u529b\u4f9b\u5e94\u7f3a\u53e3\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u989d\u5916\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u4eca\u5e74\u65e9\u4e9b\u65f6\u5019\u5df4\u897f\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u7535\u8d39\u652f\u51fa\u6574\u6574\u4e0a\u6da8\u4e8650%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fea\u4e9a\u65af\uff08Dias\uff09\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5df4\u897f\u5e94\u8be5\u4fee\u5efa\u66f4\u591a\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4f69\u5fb7\u62c9\u65af&bull;\u963f\u5c14\u5854\u65af\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u71c3\u7164\u7535\u5382\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u7535\u529b\u4f9b\u5e94\u5b89\u5168\u6027\uff0c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7535\u529b\u4f9b\u5e94\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6765\u6e90\u3002\u8fea\u4e9a\u65af\uff08Dias\uff09\u6b64\u524d\u66fe\u62c5\u4efb\u8fc7<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceee.com.br\/pportal\/ceee\/Component\/Controller.aspx\">\u5357\u5927\u6cb3\u5dde\u7535\u529b\u516c\u53f8<\/a>\uff08CEEE\uff09\u603b\u88c1\uff0c\u4ed6\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff1a&ldquo;\u5df4\u897f\u7684\u786e\u5e94\u8be5\u7ee7\u7eed\u9f13\u52b1\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u53d1\u7535\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u5e94\u4ee5\u727a\u7272\u57fa\u672c\u8d1f\u8377\u53d1\u7535\u4e3a\u4ee3\u4ef7\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\u652f\u6301\u65b0\u5efa\u71c3\u7164\u7535\u5382\u7684\u4e00\u65b9\u4e5f\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u7164\u70ad\u4e3a\u6c34\u529b\u53d1\u7535\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4e3a\u5df4\u897f\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5f00\u53d1\u5723\u5361\u5854\u7433\u5a1c\u5dde\u548c\u5357\u5927\u6cb3\u5dde\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u8d44\u6e90\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u673a\u9047\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u65e6\u7535\u5382\u6295\u4ea7\uff0c\u9ed1\u91d1\u80fd\u6e90\u5c06\u4f7f\u7528\u5df4\u897f\u6700\u5927\u7164\u7530<a href=\"https:\/\/mining-atlas.com\/operation\/Candiota-Coal-Mine.php\">\u574e\u8fea\u5965\u5854<\/a>\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u539f\u7164\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u5168\u5929\u5019\u8fd0\u8425\u53d1\u7535\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u964d\u4f4e\u6709\u5bb3\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u9ed1\u91d1\u80fd\u6e90\u516c\u53f8\u8868\u793a\u5c06\u91c7\u7528\u8131\u786b\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u53ef\u4ee5\u963b\u6b62\u5fae\u5c0f\u56fa\u4f53\u9897\u7c92\u8fdb\u5165\u5927\u6c14\u73af\u5883\u7684&ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/datadriven.yale.edu\/2014\/10\/01\/pm2-5-targets-alone-wont-solve-chinas-smog-problem\/\">\u9897\u7c92\u7269\u524a\u51cf<\/a>&rdquo;\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u9006\u6d41\u800c\u4e0a\u662f\u5426\u660e\u667a\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u81ea\u4ece\u53bb\u5e7412\u6708\u300a<a href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/new-brazilian-government-ratifies-paris-accord\/\">\u5df4\u9ece\u6c14\u5019<\/a>\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\u7b7e\u7f72\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/harnessing-opportunities-in-mexicos-power-sector\/\">\u58a8\u897f\u54e5<\/a>\u3001<a href=\"https:\/\/www.argentinaindependent.com\/currentaffairs\/latest-news\/newsfromargentina\/president-macri-launches-renewable-energy-plan-renovar\/\">\u963f\u6839\u5ef7<\/a>\u7b49\u62c9\u7f8e\u56fd\u5bb6\u5f00\u59cb\u52a0\u5927\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u5e76\u9010\u6e10\u5c06\u5176\u89c6\u4e3a\u7164\u70ad\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\u3002\u4e0e\u4e4b\u5f62\u6210\u9c9c\u660e\u5bf9\u6bd4\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5df4\u897f\u4e5f\u7b7e\u7f72\u4e86\u300a\u5df4\u9ece\u6c14\u5019\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\uff0c\u5e76\u627f\u8bfa\u524a\u51cf\u672c\u56fd\u7684\u78b3\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u5df4\u897f\u80fd\u6e90\u90e8\u95e8\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.climate-transparency.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Brazil-2016.pdf\">\u78b3\u5f3a\u5ea6<\/a>\u5374\u5728\u9010\u5e74\u4e0a\u5347\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e16\u754c\u81ea\u7136\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\uff08World Wildlife Fund\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0WWF\uff09\u5df4\u897f\u5206\u90e8\u7684\u6570\u636e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.org.br\/?48262\">\u663e\u793a<\/a>\uff0c\u5df4\u897f\u76ee\u524d\u662f\u5168\u7403\u7b2c7\u5927\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u56fd\uff0c\u5176\u6392\u653e\u603b\u91cf\u4e2d\u670930%\u6765\u81ea\u80fd\u6e90\u90e8\u95e8\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.org.br\/\">\u4e16\u754c\u81ea\u7136\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\uff08WWF\uff09\u5df4\u897f\u5206\u90e8<\/a>\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u4e0e\u80fd\u6e90\u9879\u76ee\u534f\u8c03\u5b98\u5b89\u5fb7\u70c8&bull;\u7eb3\u80e1\u52d2\uff08Andr&eacute; Nahur\uff09\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5df4\u897f\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u8ffd\u52a0\u7164\u70ad\u53d1\u7535\u5382\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u4f46\u65e0\u8bba\u4ece\u73af\u5883\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u8fd8\u662f\u7ecf\u6d4e\u89d2\u5ea6\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u4e3e\u63aa\u90fd\u6ca1\u6709\u610f\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8eab\u4e3a\u5df4\u897f\u80fd\u6e90\u91d1\u878d\u4e13\u5bb6\u7684\u7eb3\u80e1\u52d2\uff08Nahur\uff09\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff1a&ldquo;\u5982\u679c\u5df4\u897f\u653f\u5e9c\u80fd\u591f\u9010\u6b65\u51cf\u5c11\u5bf9\u71c3\u7164\u7535\u5382\u7684\u8865\u8d34\uff0c\u9f13\u52b1\u53d1\u5c55\u592a\u9633\u80fd\uff0c\u5219\u9884\u8ba1\u53ef\u8282\u7701\u8d85\u8fc71500\u4ebf\u96f7\u4e9a\u5c14\uff08\u7ea6\u54084.6\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff09\u7684\u516c\u5171\u8d44\u91d1\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\u9ed1\u91d1\u80fd\u6e90\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8fea\u4e9a\u65af\uff08Dias\uff09\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u540e\u7eed\u4e5f\u8ba1\u5212\u6295\u8d44\u98ce\u7535\u548c\u5c0f\u578b\u6c34\u7535\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4ed6\u575a\u6301\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5df4\u897f\u5c1a\u672a\u5145\u5206\u5229\u7528\u5176\u7164\u70ad\u7684\u4f9b\u7535\u6f5c\u529b\u3002\u4ed6\u91cd\u7533\uff0c\u6709\u4e86\u5c16\u7aef\u6280\u672f\u7684\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u71c3\u70e7\u7684\u73af\u5883\u5f71\u54cd\u80fd\u591f\u5f97\u5230\u6709\u6548\u63a7\u5236\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6240\u8c13\u7684&ldquo;\u6e05\u6d01\u7164\u70ad&rdquo;\u6280\u672f\u867d\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u9650\u5236\u67d0\u4e9b\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u7684\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u5374\u4ecd\u7136\u675f\u624b\u65e0\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0e\u5df4\u897f\u9ad8\u6602\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u6295\u8d44\u6001\u52bf\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u7164\u70ad\u5e02\u573a\u5982\u4eca\u9762\u4e34\u7740\u524d\u6240\u672a\u6709\u7684\u538b\u529b\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\u7164\u70ad\u4ef7\u683c\u4e00\u76f4\u5f98\u5f8a\u5728\u6bcf\u516c\u542840\u523045\u7f8e\u5143\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u800c5\u5e74\u524d\u66fe\u9ad8\u8fbe70\u523080\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u6700\u8fd1\u5c31<a href=\"https:\/\/energydesk.greenpeace.org\/2016\/10\/21\/china-coal-crackdown-cancel-new-power-plants\/\">\u53eb\u505c<\/a>\u4e8630\u5ea7\u71c3\u7164\u7535\u5382\u7684\u5efa\u8bbe\uff0c\u603b\u88c5\u673a\u9ad8\u8fbe1700\u4e07\u5343\u74e6\u3002\u800c\u9762\u5bf9\u75b2\u8f6f\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u6700\u5927\u7164\u70ad\u96c6\u56e2<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/blog\/8824-Peabody-s-downfall-a-cautionary-tale-for-energy-investors\/en\">\u76ae\u535a\u8fea\u80fd\u6e90\u516c\u53f8<\/a>\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u5728\u4eca\u5e744\u6708\u7533\u8bf7\u7834\u4ea7\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002\u5305\u62ec\u6cd5\u56fd<a href=\"https:\/\/www.engie.com\/\">Engie<\/a>\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u524d\u82cf\u4f0a\u58eb\u96c6\u56e2\uff09\u5728\u5185\u7684\u591a\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u4e5f\u5df2\u7ecf\u653e\u5f03\u6295\u8d44\u65b0\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5e76\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8c03\u4f4e\u4e86\u7164\u70ad\u5728\u53d1\u7535\u80fd\u6e90\u7ec4\u6210\u4e2d\u7684\u6392\u5e8f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0e\u4e4b\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u6295\u8d44\u5374\u662f\u4e00\u7247\u706b\u70ed\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a
