href=\"https:\/\/en.msa.gov.cn\/uploadfile\/2016\/0411\/20160411104344638.pdf\">\u9010\u6b65\u5f15\u5165\u4f4e\u786b\u8239\u7528\u71c3\u6599\u8ba1\u5212<\/a>\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u6700\u7e41\u5fd9\u7684\u4e09\u5927\u6e2f\u53e3\u533a\u57df\uff08\u957f\u6c5f\u4e09\u89d2\u6d32\u3001\u73e0\u6c5f\u4e09\u89d2\u6d32\u4ee5\u53ca\u73af\u6e24\u6d77\u6e7e\uff09\u8bbe\u7acb\u4e86\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\uff08DECAs\uff09\u30022017\u5e74\u8d77\uff0c\u51e1\u62b5\u8fbe\u8fd9\u4e09\u4e2a\u533a\u57df\u7684\u8239\u8236\u5728\u9760\u5cb8\u505c\u6cca\u671f\u95f4\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u4f7f\u7528\u786b\u542b\u91cf\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc70.5%\u7684\u71c3\u6cb9\u30022019\u5e74\u8d77\uff0c\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\u8303\u56f4\u5c06\u6269\u5927\u81f3\u6d77\u5cb8\u7ebf\u591612\u6d77\u91cc\uff0822.224\u516c\u91cc\uff09\uff0c\u8fdb\u5165\u8be5\u6d77\u57df\u7684\u8239\u53ea\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u4f7f\u7528\u6b64\u7c7b\u66f4\u52a0\u6e05\u6d01\u7684\u71c3\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u4e9b\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u751a\u81f3\u66f4\u4e3a\u8fc5\u901f\u3002\u4eca\u5e744\u6708\uff0c\u4e0a\u6d77\u7b494\u4e2a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mot.gov.cn\/buzhangwangye\/hejianzhong\/zhongyaohuodonghejianghua\/201601\/t20160120_1978703.html\">\u957f\u6c5f\u4e09\u89d2\u6d32<\/a>\u6e2f\u53e3\u57ce\u5e02\u5c31\u5f00\u59cb\u8981\u6c42\u505c\u6cca\u8239\u53ea\u4f7f\u7528\u4f4e\u786b\u71c3\u6599\u300210\u6708\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/ibia.net\/early-introduction-of-low-sulphur-requirement-in-shenzhen\/\">\u6df1\u5733\u5e02<\/a>\u4e5f\u52a0\u5165\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u884c\u5217\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u4e5f\u65e9\u5c31\u542f\u52a8\u4e86\u7c7b\u4f3c\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u603b\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u884c\u52a8\u610f\u5473\u7740\u52302017\u5e74\uff0c\u5360\u5168\u7403\u96c6\u88c5\u7bb1\u8fd0\u8f93\u91cf\u4e94\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u8239\u53ea\u5c06\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u6e2f\u53e3\u533a\u57df\u5185\u4f7f\u7528\u66f4\u52a0\u6e05\u6d01\u7684\u4f4e\u786b\u71c3\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e5f\u80fd\u591f\u52a0\u7d27\u884c\u52a8\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u5c65\u884c\u81ea\u5df1\u8fd110\u5e74\u524d\u8bb8\u4e0b\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u4f4e\u786b\u71c3\u6599\u884c\u52a8\u5f00\u5c55\u8d77\u6765\u5c06\u4f1a\u8f7b\u677e\u5f88\u591a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u4e8b\u7ec4\u7ec7\u57282008\u5e74<a href=\"https:\/\/www.imo.org\/en\/OurWork\/Environment\/PollutionPrevention\/AirPollution\/Pages\/Air-Pollution.aspx\">\u5bf9\u5176\u8239\u8236\u6c61\u67d3\u9632\u6cbb\u6761\u4f8b<\/a>&mdash;&mdash;\u300a\u9632\u6b62\u8239\u8236\u6c61\u67d3\u56fd\u9645\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u9644\u4ef66\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4fee\u8ba2\uff0c\u8981\u6c422020\u5e74\u4ee5\u540e\u5168\u7403\u8239\u53ea\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u71c3\u6599\u786b\u542b\u91cf\u5747\u4e0d\u5f97\u8d85\u8fc70.5%\uff08\u4e0e\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u76f8\u540c\uff09\u3002\u9274\u4e8e\u76ee\u524d\u8239\u53ea\u80fd\u591f\u968f\u610f\u4f7f\u7528\u4e03\u500d\u4e8e\u4e0a\u8ff0\u786b\u542b\u91cf\u7684\u71c3\u6599\uff0c\u5151\u73b0\u8fd9\u4e00\u627f\u8bfa\u5c06\u5bf9\u822a\u8fd0\u4e1a\u9020\u6210\u91cd\u5927\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u7136\u800c\u4e0a\u8ff0\u6761\u7ea6\u8fd8\u9644\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u514d\u8d23\u6761\u6b3e\uff1a\u82e5\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u4e8b\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8c03\u67e5\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c2020\u5e74\u6e05\u6d01\u71c3\u6599\u7684\u4f9b\u5e94\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u5219\u8fbe\u5230\u4e0a\u8ff0\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u6700\u7ec8\u671f\u9650\u53ef\u5ef6\u81f32025\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u5468\u5c31\u662f\u5173\u952e\u65f6\u523b\u3002\u4ece\u4eca\u5929\u8d77\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u4e8b\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u6d77\u6d0b\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u5c06\u56f4\u7ed5\u662f\u4ece2020\u5e74\u8fd8\u662f\u4ece2025\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u6267\u884c\u5168\u7403\u4f4e\u786b\u8239\u7528\u71c3\u6599\u89c4\u5b9a\u5c55\u5f00\u8ba8\u8bba\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5ef6\u671f\u7684\u4ee3\u4ef7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u4e9b\u884c\u4e1a\u56e2\u4f53\u8981\u6c42\u5c06\u6267\u884c\u65e5\u671f\u63a8\u8fdf5\u5e74\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u548c\u4e16\u754c\u6765\u8bf4\u90fd\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u6015\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u3002\u5173\u952e\u539f\u56e0\u6709\u4e09\u4e2a\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6d77\u6d0b\u5371\u673a\u4ee5\u53ca\u8fd0\u8f93\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\uff08T&amp;E\uff09\u7684\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u63a8\u8fdf\u6267\u884c\u5168\u7403\u4f4e\u786b\u8239\u7528\u71c3\u6599\u89c4\u5b9a\u5c06\u5bf9\u4eba\u7c7b\u5065\u5eb7\u9020\u6210\u4f24\u5bb3\uff0c<a
